I have been struggling with EE as well. Been following the elimation diet. Easier to swallow now. Have not had a repeated EGD. Gave upeggs, milk-dairy(cheese), nuts/tree nuts/coconuts, soy, fish, and gluten. I had a hard time at first, very hungry loaded up on rice and potatoes. For me the rice milk was the best alternative for someone who loved skim/2% milk. Tried to balance fat with veggies. Tried to supplement with a rice protein powder for amino support. You can mix it with water, applejuice or rice milk. I also added blueberries or strawberries. It's more expensive but very smooth.
