Detoxify from heavy metals in your body
The recipe is quite simple - it's one cup of each ingredient. This is to detoxify your body from heavy metals that we get from many foods and environmental toxins.
1 Cup of each ingredient is added to a warm to hot bath. Soak 15-20 minutes.
* Epsom salt
* Baking soda
* Pink Himalayan sea salt
(I also add 2-3 drops of my favorite essential oil. Any of these are great lavender, citrus, eucalyptus, frankincense & myrth) Choose any you'd like.
Take bath 3x's in one week. Then wait about a month or more before doing this again.
I do it every other month for a week or 3 baths with a day between baths. Personally I'm feeling so much better after 2nd bath. 3rd is recommended for full detoxification. Helps level your PH also.
