I was skeptical, but this did work for me. I also tried the cotton-ball and q-tip for applying but struggled to apply what felt was needed because so much was absorbed and wasted in the cotton. Then I recalled the mention of painting with a q-tip. Sooo I purchased a small 3/8in wide flat paint brush. Easy to rinse and re-use for every re-application. 50/50 DMSO & Lugol's will always be part of my home first aid kit. Thanks
