Diindolylmethane (DIM)

I used DIM 100 mg for breast cysts, and it cleared them up in a couple of days. I had actually scheduled a mammogram and took DIM after reading an article about it. I almost canceled my mammogram, but decided to have once since it had been some time.

When I mentioned DIM to the female technician, she said there was a pharmaceutical product you could take. Of course, there was. But DIM can be bought over the counter, and is much cheaper and works. A win, win. I'm really surprised no one has posted about this.

My wife had chronic breast cysts. The doctors told her to cut out chocolate and caffeine and keep getting mammograms. A friend told me that breast cysts are a condition of an iodine deficiency. I researched it and got my wife on 12.5 mg iodine pills. Within a week her pain was gone, and within a month her cysts were gone and have never come back. It works!!! It is also good for prostate problems.

I used a makeup cotton pad and put a mixture of castor oil and frankincense oil on the pad, then put it inside my sports bra and wore it there all night every night for the past four days. The cyst was the size of a large gum ball. Now it's the size of a small gum ball in just 4 days! I'm honestly amazed!

Lugol's Iodine

I had severe pain and cystic breasts. What eliminated was painting on Lugol's iodine, and taking it as well. I then found out I was hypothyroid and the painful breasts were a symptom!

Immediate relief! Even my gynecologist didn't even suggest this remedy.

I was given all kinds of pain medication, even birth control pills to help and they did nothing. Try getting lugol's and painting on breast first. Do not worry it stains then disappears!

If it disappears quickly, you are iodine deficient! Get your thyroid checked.

This is a followup to the above post. The bloody discharge continued so I went to a doc who ordered a mammogram, although I didn't want to do that. The mammo showed a growth and a biopsy was done that showed malignancy. I opted for surgery.

Prior to surgery, I had a series of IV vitamin C treatments along with hydrogen peroxide therapy at home. My other doc advised me to take fractionated pectin powder (modified citrus pectin) before the biopsy to prevent stray cancer cells from doing harm, which I did. The results of the unilateral mastectomy showed that the malignancy had not spread to the outer edges and the one affected lymph node was encapsulated. The surgeon removed 20 lymph nodes as well as the breast. The hospital reported that tests showed that I DID NOT need chemotherapy! I am now taking a hormone pill to supposedly prevent a recurrence.

I give credit to the vitamin C IV treatments, citrus pectin and hydrogen peroxide for the very favorable outcome.

Question: I have a breast condition that I believe has stemmed from a mammogram which produced a intraductal papilloma, followed by breast surgery.

It has resulted in what I believe to be fat necrosis which has progress to a sometimes bloody discharge. I don't think it is cancer, but rather stems from that surgery.

Does anyone on this forum have advice as to how this could be treated? Would apple cider vinegar help dissolve the calcium? I refuse to have another mammogram, as this would just add to the problem.

I remember reading somewhere that pectin works for radiation. It was given to orphans in the nuclear disasters in Japan. They were one of the least affected by the radiation exposure.

Please know that mammograms give women cancer via radiation and digital thermography does not, with thermography, doctors can detect cancerous tumors in its early stages.

MSM AND Vitamin C to Cure Breast Pain

With summer so close some of us will not be able to use baking soda without swelling. Baking soda water and molasses has gotten me through many seemly incurables. However, in my older age my legs and feet swells due to circulatory situations. About three weeks ago I started getting some breast pain. I started doing some research and learned about MSM water (16 tablespoons of organic MSM in a gallon of distilled or spring water), and vitamin C which is taken a half hour later. Several tablespoons of this water is drank about five times each day. It works is all I want to say.

MSM does not bother me, I use to take the tablets until I ran out. if I had only known it was doing more then helping my knees I would have not have stopped taking them. I simply went to search and put in MSM and cancer, (staying ahead of the game) and searched a few of the listings. I found at least two articles that said this will cure it. It certainly took the pain.

Loving You EC,

HisJewel

I've taken apple cider vinegar (organic with the "mother") for about 10 years now for a variety of reasons. I too had breast calcifications and they are now gone for several years now (not sure exactly how many).

I take 1 tablespoon in about 10 to 12 ounces of water in the mornings, about 5 mornings per week, first thing on an empty stomach. After a few months, I added about 1/2 teaspoon of baking sofa to the mixture to help with constipation. I also take about 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with a pinch of baking soda in 6 ounces of water at bedtime for indigestion (about 5 out of 7 nights).

I do take some other supplements, but I believe the breast calcifications disappeared with the apple cider regime.

This is belated THANK YOU to Earth Clinic and those who share on the site. In Dec 2014, I posted that the doctor found calcification in my breasts after a regular mammogram. I read here that Apple Cider Vinegar destroys calcification and went about taking it as advised on this site. Well, I went for a second mammogram in early Jan 2015 and NO calcification was found!! Praise God and thank you Earth Clinic!

Magnesium

I sometimes get very painful and sore breasts during the month which worsen with caffeine. What I have found that can get rid of most of the pain and sensitivity within 24 hours is magnesium - either powdered or a daily epsom salts baths where I soak for at least 15 minutes in a full tub of hot water with half a bag of epsom salts. Taking powdered mag (calm) is so much easier than soaking in a bath, but my stomach can only take so much magnesium. It causes a lot of gas and loose stools. I have tried magnesium oil too, but prefer soaking in epsom salts.

I stopped magnesium for about a month so I could try other remedies, but none of them worked. I tried blackstrap molasses, vitamin e capsules, iodine supplement and some herbs for balancing hormones.

I hope this helps someone!

I had a similar experience about 15 years ago after having a mammogram that I think was too intense. My skin had red streaks afterwards. Some time after that my left breast started a yellowish discharge and eventually began to bleed. It was diagnosed as an intraductal papilloma and I had to have it removed surgically. There was a soft lump at the incision site and it remained soft for many years. Lately it has become harder but not larger. I'm thinking it has calcified or turned into a cyst. I am going to increase my iodine to see if this helps. I blame the mammogram for this problem and avoid them altogether now.

My daughter had breast lumps which developed when she started contraception they were worrying her so I got her to lie in bed with a smearing of castor oil over the area and a oil soaked woollen rag over it then plastic wrap over it then we placed a covered hot water bottle over the area, she fell asleep and within about an hour she called me to her room and the area had large red areas following the veins around the sides of her breast abit like welts but not raised. I believe it was the lumps dissolving. The lumps went away completely after doing this once. I got this information to do this from the Edgar Cayce site. Hope this helps someone.

The herbs that will enhance breast size are Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam and Fenugreek. There are breast enlargement pills that contain all three, that seem to have good reviews. However you can buy all three herbs individually for a lot less.

Massaging your breasts, I'm assuming, is a form of jelqing, which is done in many cultures by men, since the beginning of time, to increase the size of their member. I have a friend who was rebounding (using a mini trampoline) as exercise and claimed that her bust was increasing in size. This is the first thing I thought of.

Coconut oil & balmex are my go to products for fungus under the breasts.

You are absolutely 'right on' about fungal infection under the breasts from today's bras. I found a way to alleviate the pain/sting and infection. Making sure the area is dry, I first wipe the area clean with coconut oil; then rub the affected area lightly with balmex. I do this every night before bed & within a few days, the fungus is all gone. This has worked on my chin dermatitis as well. I also NEVER wear a bra to bed; I let my boobies breathe all night and only occasionally ( too heavy! ) during the day. Smarter now about candida, I eat -100 carbs per day as carby foods can explode and feed the ever-present-on-the-human-body fungus. I also handwash my bras now, something I was always lazy about doing despite my grandmother's teachings. Soaking 30 min then hand-scrubbing with a toothbrush gets that "rim" much cleaner than a washing machine. These fungal infections are hyper-plaguing humanity & our pets now, and, from what I hear and read, this situation is expected to get worse. Fungus & Candida compromises the immune system by keeping the body inflamed and that can result in problems with allergic reactions, heart disease, colon, pancreas, gall bladder, kidneys, liver, skin, & mental issues (just naming a few). For me, nixing grains, sugar, and milk is the key along with 'under-eating' at each meal.

Well, finally I have to air this problem. Recently I tried about eight different bras in varying price ranges. What I really believe is that it is a conspiracy against women's health if one examines the fabric they are made with.

Growing up, I had always well made bras that breathed and never "let me steep in my own juice". Nowadays at least here in Canada, all the fabrics are airtight and totally synthetic. Even custom made bras are made that way and while demonstrating on videos, no mention is made that human tissue is prevented from breathing. I finally settled for a cheaper bra since I find no point in spending on a garment that does not breathe no matter what the cost. So sometimes I use coconut oil to treat fungus due to this situation and wear loose clothing and no bra because it is utterly uncomfortable, always causing fungal infection especially under the band that goes around the rib cage. And that in the heat of the summer especially

Most cotton is now GMO'ed and poisoned. But I believe that the industry has directions what fabrics to use. There is seemingly nothing else but air tight stuff even though it says it is "breathable". Nothing is further from the truth.

Dr. Marc Sircus on his website mentioned this fact about women's bras in connection with breast cancer, since fungal infections can permeate the skin layers and cause havoc internally. Skin must breathe! In the past, the design included enough airy parts or the entire fabric. No More!

With toxic medicines, forbidden cures, poisoned foods, air and water, is this not worth making a point?

If you want to enlarge your breasts try massaging them nightly. Do it any way you choose but try to make it a real workout for them. Do this 10-20 minutes at the end of the day and they should be tired and a bit sore by nightime. You will increase your bosom.

Thanks Timh. I have actually decided not to go with the Palm Oil products as mentioned before, as I see that it is recommended to go with a broad mix of carotenoids, rather than high numbers of the same carotenoid. Also said that a survey showed that men who took carotenoid supplements had a higher risk of prostate cancer and I thought that maybe this might transfer for women, so I won't be supplementing or adding products. I think that I will just stick to your opinion of adding veggies and boosting with zinc for maximum potency- genius! . Thanks again for your advice, seems you are nearly running the show! Good Luck and Best Wishes to you.

Anna: Sorry I failed to address your concern with Mercury toxicity. To keep heavy metal levels low in the body it is advised to consume Chlorella and Cilantro. The sensitivity you expressed could be related to Mercury.

As to the safety of product ingredients, there are extreme views from very safe to "all supplements are tainted". At any rate, I consider supplements to be as safe as the foods we eat. If you are concerned with toxicity issues read the E.C. page on "Detoxification". Keeping the body clean on the inside is our best defense against chronic illnesses. Keeping antioxidant status high is critical.

Anna: Yes, I have been a long-time iherb customer and recommend their products and service highly.

The two products you linked look to be a most excellent source of natural antioxidants. The addition of Coconut oil should be a big boost to overall health as it is beneficial in sooo many ways to the human body. As for seaweed and algae, I personally take one each tab of Spirulina and Chlorella daily; but if u can find a good "seaweed complex" that contains other species, try that. You can also purchase as a powder and make smoothies or simply add to veggie juicing.

Don't forget to add some Pumpkin Seeds and Brazil Nuts so the Carotinoids and Tocotreinols can "complex" and get the real power of antioxidants in your tissues and cells.

Let us know when your better!
