My friend was diagnosed as important arteries blocked 50%. Doctors appointed him to insert a stent for the next week. He told the doctor that his horoscope was not good that time frame and dragged another weeks. But the doctor gave him 12 days appointment. Mean time he tried the ACV, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon recipe with 1 table spoon in the morning and one in the afternoon. On the day of operation, the doctors found out that the arteries were only 10% blocked and told him no need to insert the stent. Amazing home remedy.

In reply to Saudi Mike. It's really very simple. Heart disease is about one thing - cleaning your arteries. Heart disease issue has been filled with so much disinformation. Blood pressure, cholesterol levels, salt intake are irrelevant. Prescription medications are damaging. The natural way to clean your arteries is using FIBROLYTIC ENZYMES. China has done thousands of studies on them. They prevent heart attack and strokes. There are no side effects and the body will use what it needs and no more. No need for so many other alternative remedies either. Better to take a more direct approach. No doctor visits and little expense. Better to let the body heal itself.

For people who have been through the medical system with stents (one of the many unnecessary operations they foist on people) and other crap, it is much harder to advise them since I don't know the implications of all that other medical intervention crap. Medical doctors scare patients away from alternatives.

I have been suffering from angina and shortness of breadth for more than three years. Upon advice from my cardiologist, I went for an angiogram three months ago and found 7 of my arteries were blocked, 2 at 90%, the rest were between 40 and 80%. A stent was immediately inserted on the artery with 90% blockage, and I was asked to go back for another angioplasty in two weeks time. I hesitated as I dislike the invasive operation and I wanted to have a more conservative approach to my heart problems.

My son suggested I should try the concoction of garlic, ginger, lemon and apple cider vinegar juice.

I did try for about 6 weeks and then one day I suddenly found myself have a very uncomfortable chest pain, and I was very much alarmed because of my heart history. I asked to be sent to the Emergency at Sunny Brook, a reputable research hospital, right away. In view of my recent record the doctor on duty scheduled me to have angioplasty the following morning, and immediately gave me a series of tests. The next morning, the cardiologist in charge studied results of my tests and could not found anything wrong with my heart but he could not take my case lightly in view of the record of blockages.

He then decided to give me further tests, including the Echo Stress Test. And again everything was found to be in excellent health and I was discharged in the evening. The cardiologist believed my chest pain was due to indigestion. I have no proof that my blockages were cleared since the doctor saw there was no need to give me an angiogram.

But I do believe it is the concoction that brings me back my heart health. I strongly suggest that anyone with a heart problem should try this remarkable concoction.

Vitamin C

Heard a doctor once tell a old italian man to take three times the regular dose of vitamin C for six months to clear blocked artery in his heart. It works because I tried it. Get a strong dose of chelating minerals and seaweed minerals every day, selenium stops heart attacks, potassium slows the heart to a regular beat thus lowering the blood pressure through the arteries. Calcium is another one to maintain a heathy blood pressure, all in these minerals and seaweed minerals these also contain humic acid and fulvic acid, the carbon of live, where we all come from. People and animals florish on this stuff.

Regards, Bo

Soy Lecithin – Heart, Veins, And High Blood Pressure.

From the Book: Miracle Medicine Foods, p. 47-50. 1977 by Rex Adams

In his book, The Low-Fat Way to Health and Longer Life (Rrentice-Hall, Inc., 1958), Lester M. Morrison, M.D. writes: "Now I'm going to tell you about one of the most important nutritional supplements developed in the last 50 years. Make a careful note of it and of how it is to be used, as described in these pages. The least it can do for you is to improve your health and give you added vitality. And it may help save your life." He goes on to describe soybean lecithin.

Soybeans contain the miracle medicine food lecithin (Sold as Soy or Sunflower Lecithin Softgels), an unsaturated fatty acid. Soybean lecithin has been found to clean out veins and arteries—dissolve the gooey sludge cholesterol—and thus increase circulation, relieve heart, vein and artery problems, soothe the liver and gallbladder (bile and gallstones contain cholesterol), relieve anemia, kidney disorders, eczema, psoriasis, and some forms of arthritis. It has cured many diabetics—cured brain clots, strokes, paralyzed legs, hands and arms.

Dr. Morrison says that lecithin is an essential constituent of all living cells and plays a vital role. After more than 10 years of intense experimentation, he says that lecithin is the best of all cholesterol-reducing agents tested, and can prevent heart and blood vessel disease. Atherosclerotic plaques are dissolved and removed by lecithin, he says, and soybean lecithin is able to prevent blood clotting in the arteries! In those who used it, scientists found evidence of increased immunity against virus infections (including immunity against pneumonia). Dr. Morrison says he is certain that lecithin is one of our most powerful weapons against disease, and an especially, valuable bulwark against development of hardening of the arteries and all the complications of heart, brain, and kidney that follow. He calls it the most valuable of all food oils.

Dr. Morrison places lecithin at the top of the list in a heart-food program of lean meats, soft fats (those that are liquid at room temperature, such as most vegetable oils), fish, poultry, fresh fruits and vegetables, all cooked or dry cereals, whole wheat bread, most natural syrups and honey, and fat-free beverages. He says to include lecithin with certain powerful heart-food supplements at mealtime, in a five-step program as follows: (1) take 2 to 4 tablespoons of soybean lecijhin at breakfast, (2) add the most powerful dose of B complex vitamins you can get in tablet form (follow the instructions on the label but ask your dealer for the best brand), (3) take at least 25,000 units of vitamin A and 150 mg. of vitamin C daily, (4) take two tablespoons of soybean oil, corn oil or safflower oil daily as salad dressing or with tomato or fruit juice, (5) include 2 to 4 tablespoons of whole wheat germ each day, with cereal or salad.

Soybean lecithin is available in capsule, liquid or powder form at health stores everywhere. It is a prime ingredient in Dr. Morrison's Low-Fat Way to Better Health and Longer Life, along with sensible weight-reduction and moderate exercise.

Reported Cases:

Dr. Morrison reports how 19 elderly patients were placed on this program. All—with one exception—had suffered from a stroke or hardening of the brain arteries. Doctors generally regard such poor souls as hopeless vegetables, he says. All suffered some paralysis of legs, hands or arms, and were weak, listless and depressed. One had Parkinsonism, the shaking of the hands (tremors) so often seen in the elderly. In 12 weeks they showed striking and dramatic improvement They were alert, energetic, stronger, some sufficiently well to be discharged from the hospital.

Dr. Morrison tells of an 83-year-old stroke victim, brought to his office in a wheelchair: "Mrs. A. was too feeble to walk, almost blind, partly deaf, and too weak to feed herself… " Using the Miracle Medicine Food, lecithin, as described in this book, in two months, a miracle happened! "Mrs. A. walked in to see me, under her own power. She was able to see… Because her hearing had returned, we were able to carry on a conversation." She laughed at having cheated death.

Dr. Morrison continues: "Take the case of Miss R., a 65-year-old maiden lady who had a stroke (she'd suffered a brain clot due to hardening of the arteries). Her vision was failing and she was partly paralyzed, desperate and depressed… " Using the Miracle Medicinfe Food, lecithin, as described in his book, he says: "Miss R. recovered much of her muscular powers, her partial paralysis gradually disappeared, and she became a radiant picture of cheerfulness… Her vision had greatly improved, and when last seen in my office she asked me brightly, Doctor, could I go swimming?' I replied, Indeed yes, but—no diving! "

Lecithin has dramatically reduced some extremely high cholesterol cases. As reported in the Journal of the Mt. Sinai Hospital, one woman, age 38, had a reading of 1370! This was reduced to 445 when she took 2 1/2 teaspoonsful of lecithin daily for three months. Other readings of 300 to 600 were cut in half, on about the same dosage in 80 to 12 weeks! A diabetic woman who was very obese reduced her count by 125 points in one and a half months.

A 60-year-old man with extremely high blood pressure was given an expensive medical treatment which didn't seem to help. After hearing about liquid lecithin, he began taking a tablespoonful daily, and in a matter of weeks his blood pressure dropped over 100 points.

Mr. H.B. suffered severe angina (heart) attacks, and was told by doctors he had only 10 years to live provided he avoid all strenuous exercise. After reading that lecithin keeps cholesterol liquefied in the system, he began taking one tablespoonful daily. Twenty years later, he reported that he was never troubled with angina again.

Mrs. U., a housewife of 45, had always been ashamed of fatty spots of yeUowish hue that appeared on her skin. Soon after she began adding lecithin to her diet, as prescribed by her doctor, the patches began to disappear. Eventually, they vanished altogether (The Low-Fat Way to Health and Longer Life, Ibid.).

5-Ingredient Tonic
Posted by Lora (Arkansas) on 01/31/2024 7 posts

I read with interest the 5 ingredient tonic for atherosclerosis and ordered the ingredients I needed.

Today I made a batch (used 1/3 of recipe) and took my first dose. Not bad. I thought it would taste awful but it was semi-good.

I have two questions. One, in one post the person took one tablespoon each day while another one took one dose in morning and one in afternoon. Two, should the tonic be refrigerated?

Until I hear different, I will take two because of my condition.

I have had stents put in my thighs over the last year but they keep blocking necessitating more surgeries (6 in last year). My thighs start freezing up and back to the surgeon. I cannot walk without excruciating pain. My surgeon tells me to “walk through the pain”. But the problem is when the pain gets so bad my legs quit walking. Ok this is my current condition.

I also started Art's protocol of natto, grape seed, and CoQ10 about a month ago. My stent areas started hurting so I cut back the dose for a while. I am gradually working back up to his protocol dosage.

I am praying that this tonic works miracles because I am hurting and have an appointment with my surgeon in 7 days. I suspect that he will want to perform another roto rooter of the stents. I plan on saying NO because I am trying natural remedies.

Thanks for all the wonderful people who have shared their experiences and recommendations.

Garlic and Hardening of The Arteries (Atherosclerosis)

From the Book: Miracle Medicine Foods, p. 67. 1977 by Rex Adams

In view of the research by Dr. Maisonneuvre, who states that "Garlic dissolves the crystals, the accumulation of which causes hardening of the arteries, " as well as the work of Drs. Arun Bordia and H.C. Bansal, who stated that garlic has a "very protective action" against cholesterol and other fats in the bloodstream, which could prevent arteries from clogging.

The study involved 55 patients, aged 40 to 75 years, who had been diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. All the participants underwent screening at the beginning of the study to measure the total coronary plaque volume as well as dense calcium, non-calcified plaque and low-attenuation plaque. The screening was conducted using Cardiac Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA), a noninvasive imaging technology that accurately measures calcium deposits and plaque buildup in the arteries.

For one year, patients received either 2400mg of aged garlic extract each day or were given either a placebo. A follow-up screening conducted a year after the initial screening found those who had taken Aged Garlic Extract had slowed total plaque accumulation by 80%, reduced soft plaque and demonstrated regression (less plaque on follow-up) for low-attenuation plaque. You should take this remedy 1-2x/daily for extended pediod of time (atleast one year).

Influence of Soy Lecithin Administration on Hypercholesterolemia

Note: Hypercholesterolemia; is a condition characterized by high levels of cholesterol in the blood. Cholesterol is a fatty substance that plays an essential role in cell membranes, but excessive amounts can accumulate in the arteries and increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Source: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3065734/

Abstract

Recent studies suggest that lecithin-rich diet can modify cholesterol homeostasis and hepatic lipoprotein metabolism. Considering the phytotherapeutic impact of lecithin, this work hypothesizes that lecithin administration in hypercholesterolemic patients may reduce cholesterol concentrations by increasing biliary secretion. Total cholesterol and LDL were evaluated after soy lecithin administration in hypercholesterolemic patients. One soy lecithin capsule (500 mg/RP-Sherer) was administrated daily. One-two months before the treatment beginning, blood samples were collected for total lipids and cholesterol fractions analysis. The results showed a reduction of 40.66% and 42.00% in total cholesterol and of 42.05% and 56.15% in LDL cholesterol after treatment for one and two months, respectively. A significant reduction in total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol concentrations was observed during the first month of treatment, suggesting that the administration of soy lecithin daily may be used as a supplemental treatment in hypercholesterolemia.

You can make pure garlic juice, and pure ginger juice, at home, with a juicer, or ask a friend to make it for you if you don't have a juicer. You just peel the garlic and put the cloves into the juicer. and same with ginger.

@ Tina

There is ORGANIC Soy Lecithin available. I've seen it on Amazon. I can't say if soy or sunflower is better than the other. I simply don't know

Hi Rob,

'Thanks for this useful information. I had one question: isn't soybean one of the heavily GMO crops, along with corn. Would organic sunflower lecithin be better?

I made the tonic and took one TBSP this morning on an empty stomach. Very soon thereafter I threw up. Should I just power through and keep drinking or lower the dose? Also, this took a lot of garlic - I got 1/4 cup using 4 small bulbs in my slow press juicer. Is there a better way to get garlic juice?
