Interesting site,

Ok, just berberine for diabetes? Lets look at what diabetes is. Pancreas: enzyme, insulin. Reduce inflammation. Pancreas is a part of endocrine system. Strengthen and balance endocrine. Liver produces glucose. Reduce inflammation, clean liver. Take out of diet what spikes glucose ex. pizza dough. Alkaline diet, complex carbs.

endocrine: Ashwagandha, Rhodiola Dose: 2 500mg each 1 morning 1 dinner.

pancreas: Ginger, Turmeric Dose: 2 500mg 1 morning 1 dinner.

Liver:Barberry or Dandelion Root 2 500mg 1 morning 1 dinner. Sunflower Lecithin Dose: 1 per day

Optional but highly beneficial: Pancreatic enzymes, probiotics.

Depending on how severe may take 5 months to get rid of diabetes, normal A1C.

Factors: sugar, carb addiction

Beneficial: Auricular Therapy to strengthen mentioned points, but go to Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist for you may have other issues ex. kidneys, colon etc. If on medication the ND would need to monitor when to take it away. More simple things, see if you like this.

Thanks,
