Please note! ...stay away from folic acid and use folate instead. Tip, if you're anemic and /or have an MTHFR Gene deficiency or mutation, please, with anemia, find out what TYPE of anemia you have and if it's B-Thalassemia anemia or you have MTHFR, you need methylfolate not necessarily iron. Get thorough blood testing. The body cannot utilize or break down folic acid...and with MTHFR, your body cannot clear things as well and it can accumulate. Folate is the one to use.... methylfolate if MTHFR. Never folic acid.
