Natural Remedies for Strep A Skin Infections

My grandson has been suffering from recurring bacterial infection - strep A in his nappy area. I don't see any advice on this website for this. He has been on antibiotics for 6 months on and off as well as antifungal cream. If anyone has advice that would be great.
