Hi fellas ..I know you are not feeling good right now as you are browsing searching for that horrible pain that these stones causes ..well, to date I have passed almost 8 -10 stones ranging from 4mm to 8.5 mm ... only once for the very first time I choose lithotripsy for the removal but after that I got used to these evil creatures and used only one remedy to pass them which is lemon and olive oil concoction ... I successfully passed many stones using this method ..

All you have to do is take equal amounts of freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil edible stir olive oil a little over heat and mix lemon juice to it when warm ..Not HOT .. guzzle it as it's very pathetic to taste ..and drink at least one litre of water quickly ....

My piece of advice is do it on empty stomach .. benefits you won't feel like throwing out and choking ...if stone is already out of kidney or moving, I always grab a six pack of beer and drink em up and try to hold the presssure as much as I can ...well doctor says avoid alcohol as it dehydrates but I know while doing this stuff m well hydrated ...I know it hurts but I've decided to keep my body hydrated for the rest of my life or when the stone again strikes.

Sorry if I was confusing, I meant here goes my first dose! Since then I've taken it a total of 8 times. I haven't passed any stones yet, but my pain has decreased! I'll keep you posted.

My son was in so much pain that he could barely walk. He didn't want to miss work and didn't want to go to the hospital where in the past they had given him a shot of morphine and pain pills and sent him home. I looked up natural remedies for kidney stones.

I found a couple sites about Lemon Juice and Olive Oil.

Every time my son had an episode and went to the hospital they'd just give him morphine and send him home with a bottle of pain pills until he could pass the stone.
Once I read about lemon juice and olive oil remedy he has used it at the slightest ting of pain. I mix doses in the smaller brownish pills bottles 2 TBS lemon juice (have also used Real Lemon and 2 TBS Olive Oil. It fits exactly with room to shake for mixing.
Shake well and take one 1st thing in the morning, lunch, supper and at bed time. For as fast as the bad pain decreases or stops, I think that the olive oil sticks to the sharp edges on the stone so it slides around and then it doesn't scratch the inside of the kidney.

My son says it tastes terrible and he'll never take it again but as soon as he gets one little kidney pain he asks me to make up a batch for him.

Your website is a Godsend. My husband has had over 40 kidney stones in is life. Friday night I had to take him to the emergency room he was in so much pain. He had a 5mm stone they kept him overnight on morphine.

Then I found this website and Sunday I gave him one dose of the two ounces of bottled lemon juice and 2 ounces of extra virgin olive oil in some water (we also put some apple cider vinegar in it).

We repeated that 3 times on Monday. Tuesday morning he got up and passed the stone. He has never passed the stone that fast. He had no more pain after starting the regimen. Thank you so much!

My second round of kidney stones, and my second round of success with this incredibly efficient (if not a little nasty) cure! Since now I understand what kidney stones feel like, I was able to take a first does immediately after feeling my kidney pain, which I think made a difference in keeping the pain manageable.

I took 2 ounces of fresh lemon juice, added 1.5 ounces of olive oil (shaken together) followed by about a quart of water. I went to bed about an hour later, with the pain reduced enough to allow me to sleep. Repeated in the morning, after breakfast, and although this made my stomach feel horrible, the pain completely disappeared by the afternoon.

I also experienced a sickening headache, which I think must have to do with eliminating all the bad stuff. Luckily, as I continued drinking water all day, the headache cleared by the evening.

Good luck to you all--I am so grateful to have an easily accessible remedy to such a painful condition.

Hi, 37 yr/female -IT WORKED FOR ME :) I CANT BELIEVE IT!!

I had a kidney stone 4mm last year, went to ER immense pain, was given cat scan, pain pills Flomax the same as everyone else and sent home pat on the back good luck. I writhed around in pain even with pills for 3 days and finally pasted the stone UGH ...........SO here's where this remedy comes in , I get another ct scan for concern of kidney stones because my likelihood to have them with IBD ( ulcerative colitis) and bummer I have a 3 mm stone sitting in kidney. I said NO WAY am I going to wait for this thing to attack me. I was NOT in ANY pain when I started this.

This is what I did exactly:

@1030am I took 2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 ounce olive oil mixed together and drank down ( I didn't do two oz of oil because I have a sensitivity to fats/oils) followed by 3 liters of water over the next 6hrs then I repeated above recipe remedy at 430pm then drank 1.5 liters of water. Went to bed after peeing A BUNCH in a urine collector, woke up @630am -peed and BAM there was a stone!!! I DIDN'T FEEL IT AT ALL, NO JOKE DIDN'T KNOW TILL I LOOKED!!! AMAZING!! I measured it on ruler 3mm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I seriously can't believe the difference between this stone passing and my last experience. What a relief this was!

*note: after second dose I felt the lemon was way more acidic feeling in my stomach and was a bit scared that it was gonna burn my insides and I got kinda gassy and heartburn feeling ( took baking soda and relieved that)

* a bit after 1st dose I got a little nausea feeling, probably oil, didn't vomit, wasn't too bad drank hot ginger water

* somewhere in this day I did this I got diarrhea 2x

* I forgot at 1230 pm ( 2hrs after first dose) I swallowed 1TBL organic Apple cider vinegar mixed with a few ounces juice.

Dear Pipicarter, Thank you for your post. The OO and lemon juice also worked for me after the second dose. Several years ago I had a stone so large it ripped one of my ureters. An IVP revealed I had three ureters, not stones.

I had asked if there was a correlation between IBS and kidney stones. I had also asked EC if I could substitute CO for OO but have not received a reply. I have no transportation now and have four containers of CO, but only a little over a half a 25 oz. bottle of OO.

There was a report about even brand named, imported OO being diluted with cheaper oils to cut costs. I have had to return several bottles because they went rancid. Maybe that is why you felt nauseous.

My 5mm kidney stone was diagnosed in June, when it moved from ureter to my bladder. No pain after that, the doctor told me to call again if it doesn't pass until the end of August. I started to study some more about this and found this site a few weeks ago. I was sure that the stone was still there and had a few days of olive oil & lemon juice, and nothing happened then. Yesterday I had an ultra sound test and surprisingly the stone had disappeared! I was totally surprised. I'm not quite sure if it was the olive oil & lemon combination as I had started adding lemon juice in my water earlier. My guess is that it's the lemon that made the stone dissolve so that I didn't feel absolutely anything. I didn't notice any sediment in my urine either. I also have been eating normally, not limiting any other than rhubarb basically. Drinking a lot more water than I used to of course. And lemon juice is there to stay!

Now that I haven't had any symptoms in 8 months, I believe that the lemon dissolved the stone. Now drinking water 1,5-2 l/day, I hope it helps to keep another stone away.

On the afternoon of June 22, I experienced extreme left side pain and stomach ache which led to vomiting. This went on for a few hours until I finally had to go to the hospital emergency room after the pain got even worse. I was diagnosed with kidney stones and given intravenous pain killers and anti nausea medication. The doctor wanted me to do a CAT scan to be sure as I had never had kidney stones before and he wanted to make sure that was the problem. I declined and went home with some hydrocodone pain killers. It was only a few hours at home and I was in dire pain again and vomiting up the medication before it could help with the pain.

After a few hours of this, back to the emergency room. More IV pain meds, fluids. and anti-nausea medication. This time the CAT scan showed a 4mm stone in my left ureter near the bladder and a 2.5mm stone still in my left kidney. I went home with Oxycodone pain meds and this time anti nausea meds. For the next 6 days I was on pain killers and ibuprophen waiting for the stone to pass. No luck until I got frustrated and concerned about losing a kidney so I went online searching for information.

I read the earth clinic information about the benefits of drinking 2 oz. fresh lemon juice with olive oil. It was 11:30 pm. and I only had one small lemon in the house so I squeezed it and drank it down with 1 oz. olive oil. I was still in pain throughout the night and had to take some pain meds.

The next morning I went to the store and bought a bunch of lemons.

I started taking the 2 oz. lemon juice/ 2 oz. olive oil/ 12 oz. water every 4 hours. A total of 5 doses that day. Almost immediately, the pain subsided.

The next day one 2 oz. lemon/ 2 oz. oil at 10 am. and another in the afternoon.

I have not had any pain since. Drinking lot's of water throughout the day but have not passed the kidney stone.

Why don't doctors even mention the benefits of lemon juice? They prescribed dangerous pain killers, flomax which has serious side effects, and who knows how long I would have suffered had I not stumbled on your website.

Sincerely, thank you!

I have used lemon juice and Olive oil for about a month and half now. I used 1 Lemon with 1 oz olive oil with apple cider vinegar occasionally two to three times a day and I do the trampoline jump almost everyday. I had an ultra sound test recently and found the stone is about the same size and is still at the same location at the upper pole of the left kidney.

As a person whom had passed two stones in the past, I can tell you that it works. Instead of 2 oz, you should use 1 oz of each at a time. It's easy to drink and it's not upsetting your stomach or throat. You can do as many times as your stomach can handle ( I did 4 times a day ) and make sure you have one before you go to bed. It could take between few days to few weeks since the stone is light and it takes time to travel from your kidney to the outside world.

Ps: Within 5 to 10 mins of drinking these, the pain should go a way because the lemon juice had soften the stone which usually formed by mineral salts ( It always happened like that for me ). It works better of taking the pain away than Tylenol 3.

Good luck, HB.

I passed a stone of undetermined size and composition from my left kidney early Weds morn while at the ER (worst pain of my life). Honestly, I ditched the four prescriptions they were pushing on me and sought a natural means of passing the six total stones of 3-4mm size still left in my kidneys, per a CT scan (can't wait for that bill). So far, I'm impressed with this site and the results of this remedy!

Began the 2oz lemon juice/2oz olive oil remedy + added about 1oz apple cider vinegar yesterday at about 3pm and then again around 5:30pm.

Noticed by 8pm that night, BOTH kidneys were starting to spasm and the pain and nausea increased to about 5/10 (took some ibuprofen, which helped).

Pursued the remedy this morning and at lunch, and I notice each time, after about 20-30 min, there's some spasming in both kidneys and what feels like slight pain in my lower abdomen going from my kidneys to bladder.

Can anyone tell me if this is a normal experience, that the spasming and slight pain in the sides is a true sign of passing broken up stones?

3 months ago I felt this worst pain in my life, I came to know that I have several kidney stones from both of my kidneys. Based on my ultrasound result I have 8 stones with (4/8 are 7-8mm in size). The doctor prescribed me a medicine but since I was so worried, I did a research and tried ACV (little sip daily) and lemon juice with water as my normal intake of water everyday. I also tried the lemon juice with olive oil (2oz, 2x a day) for 2 weeks, I don't know but I believe it worked. I passed a stone after a week but I still continued to drink the medicine and the mixture. A month ago, I went back to the doctor since I was feeling some side effects, I am not sure if it was from the medicine or from the mixture. Before the the doctor prescribed me another medicine (herbal - cystone), I did the ultrasound first to see if there was a development, I was surprised, my kidney stones are gone (not literally gone, from 8 stone to 2 stones left). The large stones are gone. I know it worked (the mixture).

PS: You may experience heartburn and acid reflux from taking these mixtures but its worth a try. Good luck people! :)

I've had ongoing back pain for a few weeks now and thought it was just a pulled muscle, that's until the pain got severely worse. With my husbands insistence I finally went to the emergency room yesterday. The CT scan showed that I have a 3 mm stone in each kidney. The pain meds they prescribed are not working, and I'm not getting any sleep. So, I decided to try a home remedy which led me to Earth Clinic. I took my first dose of lemon and olive oil mixture this afternoon ....and right now I'm PAIN FREE!!!! I can't believe it. Next dose, tonight before bed. I hope it helps me sleep through the night...stay tuned!

Hi all. I read through most of everyone's posts and I signed up for this site just to post my results. It worked!! Or something did, but I passed my stone about 30 minutes ago after drinking my 2nd cocktail of lemon juice and olive oil with a side of water after. It did the trick. A few minutes later I felt all the symptoms I read about, such as having the sensation to pee but not being able to, and having a bit of a burning sensation in my penis, but not too bad. I have to say, whether it was just time for it to pass, or all the water I drank the past 2 days or the cocktail, I am very relieved to have gotten it out. It was 4 mm in size I was told by the emergency room doctor on Monday morning after they did the cat scan. And like everyone else, I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain. It was on my left side, not my back at all, between my abdomen and hip. I drove myself to the hospital, driving thru some red lights after looking to see no one was around and was thinking I was going to pass out. I was moaning so loud in the bed in my room in the emergency room area they had to come in and tell me to control myself. I will say that while the pain was something I do not ever want to have to go thru again, it was not the worst I have ever encountered. Once when I was hiking back down a mountain, I sprained my knee on a fall, but did not know it. There was so much snow on the mountain and I was cold and bundled up so really did not know. Anyway, after hiking all the way down, on the ride home, my knee started hurting and it got worse and worse. It took me a while to put 2 and 2 together that it was from my fall. But once we got home, it was so bad, I was literally crying in pain. I have never cried before from pain and I think I almost passed out. Anyway, this stone was almost as bad but not quite. The sprained knee being walked on down a mountain was a 12 out of 10. The stone was a 10 out of 10 pain threshold. Just glad it is out.

I had a non-obstructive 6mm lower pole calyceal stone detected by ultrasound and was referred to a urologist who was sure I was a surgical candidate because of where it was. Mine wasn't trying to pass and only caused a little pain from time to time. I read all of the posts on this site, but no one had my situation - a stone that was just sitting there in a calyx and not trying to pass...

My urologist sent me for a low-dose CT scan and in the 3-4 days before I went, I took the lemon juice & olive oil remedy about 4 times over 3 days in an attempt to dissolve it. I also drank a LOT of heavily concentrated lemon water (50% lemon)and did a shot or two of apple cider vinegar. When I got my CT scan results today, the doctor was surprised and said, "That's why we do a CT because the ultrasound showed a 6 mm stone! " All I have now, after my Earth Clinic lemon juice/olive oil remedy, is a few teeny tiny kidney stone spots ("punctate calculi") that I shouldn't even feel as they pass! She recommended I continue with the lemon juice to maintain alkalinity and a stone-free kidney.

So true. Doctors LOVE to give CT scans and other, usually unnecessary procedures. They don't care. It's a new roof for them or a new Cadillac or a new fancy for their kid. I had to have my left breast removed 27 years ago b/c of malpractice. Now I'm dealing with kidney stones and they have to x-ray everything, multiple times! Another CT scan tomorrow. If radiation kills you, I'm dead. Take what doctors say with a grain of salt and do your own research! Get a second opinion, if you have any doubts.

While I agree with you about what you said about doctors. Saying "don't listen to anyone that profits from their own advise" is absurd.

That mean's never buy anything that will teach you how to do anything.

Never take any courses and never pay anyone to help you for anything. Never buy a non-fiction, instructional or self-help book.

All bad advice not everyone is out to screw you or rip you of and as person that has written books that has helped many people, and as a person that has 1200 books and taken numerous courses, I will say that your negative belief of not trusting anyone is incorrect.

If it was not for all of the books and courses I have bought from people selling their advice, I would not be in the great health I'm in nor would have I have made the amount of money I have made.

Going to try it! My 18yr old daughter is currently on Tylenol w/codein. Double dose, every 4 hours! I hate it!

You reminded me of what my grandmother always told me (she was a medical doctor...surgeries and all! Invited to give university lectures well into her 70's!!! Very respected!!! ) Homeopathy first! Always try natural remedies first! Pharmaceuticals should always be a last resort!!

Thanks for reminding me!!!

Yes, olive oil and lemon juice does work for kidney stones. I've already had surgery once (on my first stone, 6mm) and was searching for a home remedy when I saw a Duke doctor recommend lemon juice for kidney stones.

While I've only taken straight lemon juice once (my stomach didn't like it), I've found that natural lemonade mixed with 1/2-1 full lemon's juice per serving almost immediately takes away the pain. It's really almost unbelievable.

If I do this regularly the pain goes away for quite some time, weeks. Probably as well as the stone. But I always end up having to revert back to this again. Some people form kidney stones faster than others and my diet of no water surely forms mine quickly. Plus I have a high oxalate diet that I cannot do without. Well, and the fact that mother has passed many as well as my grandpa.

My next step is to try the master cleanse to really give my stones the one- two punch. It's a fast of organic made lemonade and is known to dissolve gallstones as well as other things

Please note that most people don't recommend lemonade over lemon juice due to the high amount of sugar. But this is what I've used and it is in the very least the best pain reliever if not kidney stone destroyer I've found.
