My gums had started receding so bad that I could see a space between my two front teeth at the gum line, then I read that bee propolis can actually help the gum tissue to grow back, and it really works. No more space between my teeth.

Bee propolis also reduces fever, helps sore throat, canker sores, fever blisters and heals stomach ulcers and just about anything else you use it on.

Having burned my mouth I then managed to get an infection all across the top right and bottom left of my gums to the point I couldn't eat and had radiating neck and shoulder pain. I tried iodine, salt, garlic, charcoal, cider vinegar and colloidal silver with no effect other than intense pain. Then I tried bee propolis tincture swished around so that it covered the teeth and gums and instantly that pain ebbed. Within a few hours I was able to use garlic infused water and salt washes without the off the scale pain.

Some hours more & it looked like I had healing burns along the gum line for want of a better description, as if the poisons had been drawn to the surface. I took high doses of lyposomal vitamin C (5grams per day) at the same time and continued the bee propolis and salt/garlic every few hours. Two days later and it was all but gone and oddly had off the scale energy.

For receeding gums: Use bee propolis and bee pollen... chew the bee pollen with something else because it is bitter... chewing it helps it to get to the teeth, gums, and bone... you can buy bee propolis tincture or powder...

obviously the gum grafts are not working, you've had it twice, and bee pollen and propolis is much less expensive and gets to the root of the problem... no good bacteria in your mouth.

also load up on yogurt, kekir, kombucha, etc. because the colon, uterus, and other organs need good bacteria too.

Apply a few drops of the oregano oil added to a wet tooth brush. Dry brush it all around your teeth and gums, let it work for up to two minutes or tolerance.

Hi! I'm 37 years old and have receding gums. I am planning to try out bee propolis. I asked Tammie (who posted her success story about bee propolis) about how she used bee propolis and here is her reply: "I put a dropper full of the liquid bee propolis tincture in my bottled water so that my gums are bathed in the propolis all day as I sip my water.

Before going to bed, I put a couple droppers full of the propolis undiluted in my mouth and swish it around real good to make sure all the gum tissue is saturated, then swallow."

Good luck to all!

Hello,

I'm writing about gum recession and subsequent bone loss. I am 37 and I have stage 5 gum recession on some of my teeth. My gums began receeding when I was 18 years old. I believe after seeing numerous periodontists and undergoing one painful gum grafting already that I have combined their theories and come up with my own. My gum recession is due to weak and thin first layer of defensive gum tissue which is hereditary, a misaligned bite and T3 jawline structure and lastly clenching during sleep which several dentists say is a result of a misaligned bite. I have always had good dental hygiene and probably too vigorous also as a child. For the last 10-15 years I have brushed correctly, flossed nightly and gargled with conventional bacteria solutions. The professionals agree that I do not have gum disease from bacteria but that it is a combination of the hereditary problems that went uncorrected when I was a child. I am very interested in any and all remedies for gum building. I would like to know more about the bee propolis and how I should administer it. Also, if there is a link possible to my weakened gum tissue and acidosis?

Thank you very much!!

IMPORTANT info for everyone: Oregano Oil (or Oil of Oregano), especially the liquid concentrate, is VERY strong-tasting, and when too much is used in the mouth, it will create a burning sensation especially if put directly in your mouth/under your tongue/on your gums, which I would never recommend. I personally use the liquid concentrate from WF and put NO MORE THAN 2 TINY DROPS on my toothbrush using the included dropper. Then I squeeze my toothpaste on the brush & run a bit of water over it immediately prior to brushing my teeth. I do this @2-3 times per week. But again, the application frequency is up to you. And, if you're a first-time user of oregano oil, start with just the tiniest amount, and build up to what you can tolerate.

Hi Liz! Thanks for responding! I'm actually from Victoria myself (Monbulk) but now live in the US with my American husband!! Small world. Thank you so much for the details. I found something online that looks like what you described....was it by "Solutions 4 Health"? with peppermint? Hopefully I can buy it from Australia! Thanks for the timeline that worked for you...are your gums still getting better? Did they recede to below the enamel or tooth 'bump'? I've had mild receding gums for years but they seem to be getting slowly worse not better. Hence my attempts at trying everything that has worked for someone! I'm looking forward to trying it!

Hi Serena, The product I use is the Solutions 4 Health with peppermint, it is the one you found online, I bought mine in a health food shop on recommendations from the owner of the shop and its also good for viruses and was told to put 4 drops under tongue for a few minutes then swallow the drops to help with cold, flu and other viruses. My gums were below the enamel line but not down to the bottom of the tooth where it is joined the bottom jaw, and yes they are getting better but it is a slow process. I started using this product after trying propolis liquid as the propolis reacted with me and my lips started to swell though I am not allergic to bees, hope this helps you.

Lin from New York. -- I believe the key cause of gum recession is nocturnal clenching on an un-balanced bit. I think you hit the nail on the head and if you find a VERY good occlusional therapist... He/she will be able to "balance your bite" and then the clenching won't have such a horrible impact on your gums. Do an internet search for "the clenching syndrome" and read the pdf. There is a lot of great information there about the negative results of clenching while sleeping.

Thanks Liz. I found it at Zen Organic Health online (just in case anyone else is interested in searching for it). They ship worldwide. I just have to find out how much it is to the US. Are your gums still improving? I am so grateful for all your help!

Hi Serena. I am glad I could help you, and yes my gums on the bottom front are still improving, it takes a while to see an improvement, but now that I can see they have improved I will keep going till hopefully they are back to normal.

Have commenced taking Bee propolis for receding gums but have only been able to purchase it in capsule form, but would rather apply tincture topically. Could someone advise where to purchase in tincture form. Thanks, Rob

Thanks. I bought oil of wild oregano and olive leaf extract. It does not contain peppermint oil. Can I add the oil and use it?

Hi Liz! I had a bit of a break in emails with the place I'm going to buy it from. Seeing as shipping is $30 to the US (which if it works it's still worth it for sure) I'm wondering if you have gone through a whole bottle yet or whether I'd likely require 2 bottles (which would save shipping money over buying it again) to see effects. Thoughts?

Bee Propolis

Hi Serena,

I would only buy 1 bottle as I only use a drop or two most nights and the bottle seems to last a long time and I am not even half way through it yet and have been using it for 6 months or more, you can also use it for coughs and colds by putting about 4 drops under your tongue every few hours and it really does help with the virus as I used it last winter and am still using the same bottle, so it does go a long way, also my gums now seem to be at a stand still and not improving as much, so I will take a break for a month, as I think with natural products your body just gets used to them and a break from them will help the body re adjust and when you go back to using these things they work better than before, hopefully my gums will start regrowing again when I start on the drops again, I will keep in touch.

Can you just use the raw honey that comes with bee propolis? Will that work? I've been trying it really raw honey, tastes great, watching to see if it helps receding gums.
