[SIDE EFFECTS] 01/18/2011: Genghiscarl from Philadelphia, Pa, Usa: "I started using H2O2 as an oral rinse. Soon afterwards I started to notice white spots around my mouth and under my chin. These were not caused by drips or spilling. The area under my chin began to itch really bad and the best way to describe it would be like eczema. It takes about a week to clear up after I stop using the peroxide. Does anybody know what might be causing this?"

If you keep the dose where it is or even lower it slightly without stopping it, it should clear up. You may find it better to use it more diluted anyway.
The HP molecules are no less effective, diluting with extra water just means there are less molecules in the water. Someone pointed out on an earlier post to demonstrate that if you put 25ml of vodka into a 4oz glass of water and 25ml into an 8ox glass, you still have 25ml of vodka, but with more water. It would still affect you the same...."
[WORKED TEMPORARILY] 01/18/2011: Robert from Christchurch, New Zealand: "Hi all
I started using H2o2 about 5 months ago and within 3 weeks I had felt the best I had in 10 years.
I had so much more energy, mental sharpness and much less joint pain. This continued for about 3 months. However I started to go backwards and in the last 6-8 weeks I feel I have gone back to where I was. Part of it may be the fact that I was doing much more work and proably pushed myself a bit. I have been on a dose of between 7 and 15 drops 3 x a day.
Can anyone provide any suggestions or reasons why I may have regressed as I was feeling absolutly amazing and want to get back to where I was.
Thanks"
Replies01/20/2011: George from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia replies: "I have been taking hydrogen peroxide for approx 4 months and the same thing happened to me. In fact I became quite ill, my left lung was diagnosed with dullness due to chronic bronchitis.. I stopped taking HP Food Grade as soon as I became sick... I just hope I don't have any long term side effects... Mind you I did lots of research and purchased about 6 different books and read everything I can about this stuff before I started taking it.. I was taking 3 drops of 35% food grade HP in 180ml of water once a day... In the morning... So I did definitely did not overdose on the stuff... After everything I have read and trialled the stuff for 4 months... I don't know if it actually provides and benefits.... mind you I have a friend of mine who has been taking it for the last 9 months and thinks its the best thing...."

Replies12/14/2010: Thenewguyintown from Westwood, New Jersey, Usa replies: "The time needed to wait after food consumption will vary from individual to individual as is the case for most supplements. Generally you should try to wait 1 - 1.5 hrs before and after using H202. Also be sure you cut the FG H202 down to 3%.... DO NOT USE IT AT FULL STRENGTH!!"
12/13/2010: Sy from Bakersfield, Ca. Usa: "I was wondering if you could filter the H202 to clean the impurities from simple drug store peroxide?"
Replies12/14/2010: Thenewguyintown from Westwood, New Jersey, Usa replies: "Although many of the OTC H202's contain stabilizers there are many that do not. The best test is to simply pour some into a clear glass and put it on a window sill in the sunlight. Leave it there for about an hour or so, after which it should be totally clear like water. If there is any change in color it contains stabilizers. However, since its relatively inexpensive to begin with, you should simply purchase "FOOD GRADE" H202 if you plan on using it internally."
12/12/2010: Brian from Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom: "Hi all, I am starting to take hp this week and wanted to ask is it ok to have cup of tea or coffee after taking? I know it must be taken on an empty stomach and not to eat for one hour after taking, is it ok do have a drink. Thanks."
12/02/2010: Sileo from Nairobi, Centre, Kenya: "Hello Sir
I am base in Kenya and have recently come across your site and find it very useful in the fight again ignorance that kill our people everyday. This is due to the fact that a group of so call professional have hold the world hostage because of their selfish interest. Dear Sir I will kindly request you to tell me how-many drop of H202 can be use in 250ml of water. If I could also add the baking soda how-many gram could be used to mix all?
Your assistance will be highly appreciated. Kind regards, Leonard Sitamze"
12/02/2010: Self from Ny replies: "Conservatively speaking, if you have 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide, you can start with one drop and gradually increase up to 10-20 drops of H2O2 per 250 ml (one cup) of water taken one to four times a day for four to five days a week. If you have 35% food grade H2O2, you can start with one drop and gradually increase to 4-8 drops per 250 ml (one cup) of water taken one to four times a day for four to five days a week. For serious problems, some people take much higher doses, but I wouldn't do that unless you were working along side an alternative health practitioner. This is an example, they advise gradually building up to 25 drops of 35% H2O2 up to three times a day for serious problems and then tapering off to a weekly maintenance dose after the problem is resolved. Most people won't be able to stand the taste and possible detoxification side effects at this level though.

Also remember to take at least 1,000 milligrams of vitamin C (sodium ascorbate) each day to combat the oxidative effects of H2O2. Take them at least several hours apart or H2O2 (oxidant) will cancel out vitamin C (antioxidant). As for baking soda, you could take half (roughly 1/4 teaspoon) to one gram (roughly 1/2 teaspoon) of baking soda per 250 ml (one cup) of water two to three times a day for four to five days a week. If you are sodium sensitive, you may also want to add 1/8 to 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of potassium citrate or potassium bicarbonate as well."
12/02/2010: Erik from San Diego, Ca, Usa: "I have started the H2O2 (35%) at 3 drops in 6oz of water 2-3 times per day. I am now on 6 drops per day and I actually feel more tired... I have read through numerous blogs but have not seen that posted by anyone. Can my fatigue be related to the H2O2 or do you think something else is going on?"
Replies12/03/2010: Randy from Jersey City, Nj, Usa replies: "I think I had some fatigue problems when I started too. I also got a relatively minor cold starting out. What I did was maintain my dosage for a few days, then continued to increase it when I felt a bit better."
11/02/2010: Sam from Branford, Ontario Canada: "Scientists Track How H2O2 Keeps Cells Healthy
In a report out of Winston Salem, MA, Scientists say claim to have figured out how hydrogen peroxide is produced in the human body to assist in keeping cells healthy when bacteria levels elevate. "The report by a team of researchers at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, published in the journal Nature, said large amounts of hydrogen peroxide are produced when the immune system is activated in response to bacteria. The team used X-ray crystallography to create a three-dimensional snapshot of how the proteins interact. Scientists said a molecule known as Peroxiredoxin (Prx) helps control levels of hydrogen peroxide. If levels of hydrogen peroxide become too high, the cell's DNA and other proteins can be damaged. It basically acts as a sensor and warns the cell that levels are too high and that the cell needs to respond, " lead author Thomas J. Jonsson said in a news release. "Once that threat is gone, Prx needs to go back to its normal state." Prx becomes active again by binding with a protein known as sulfiredoxin, the report said.
Remarkably, these complex processes in our own bodies can produce, balance and even perfectly control the levels of H2O2 in our own cells to maintain a healthy internal environment. If only we were as clever as our own cells when it comes to healthy external environments! Surely we are beginning to see how all natural processes work together to maintain balance. The more we learn, the better able we will be at extending these lessons outward into the world of our human activities and processes."

09/13/2010: Kelly from Anywhere, Us: "Just finished a lengthy article on the benefits of ingesting H202. Also, a mention of fasting. Since herx effect or healing crisis can be caused by outcoming toxins, does anyone have any experience with fasting and H202 ingesting simutaneously? Would combining the 2 (i know you are supposed to ingest H202 on an empty stomach anyway) make the healing crisis more severe? Thanks in advance. Many Blessings!"
Replies09/14/2010: Michael from Denver, Colorado replies: "I use h202 with vegetable juice fasting and it works very well. One tablespoon of 3% h202 in a glass of carrot apple juice."

07/22/2010: Rob from Manhattan, New York: "Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy...a big NAY!
You all should be aware that many doctors advise strongly against ingesting Hydrogen Peroxide. . . Dr. Weil for one...
http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/QAA400760/Hydrogen-Peroxide-for-Good-Health.html
....although he is referring to ingesting 35% which no one is suggesting here. . But still advises against ingesting any form of it."
Replies07/22/2010: Liz from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware replies: "I use h2o2 daily to rinse my mouth with. . . I do note that this comment from Dr. Weil is talking about 35% not the 3% I use. . . Is there a big difference and is he right? thanks.http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/QAA400760/Hydrogen-Peroxide-for-Good-Health.html"
[YEA] 07/24/2010: Mary from Portland, Tn replies: "35% Food grade Hydrogen Peroxide is absolutely a miracle cure. . . . Over time. So many benefits! ! ! ! -and not the side effects that synthetic drugs come with. Take the opportunity to research ALL FG H2O information and see for yourself the results that arise after using. Big Pharma cannot patent H2O therefore it does not add to their bottom line as do all the synthetic "garbage" they produce, thus the discredit manuevers they have successfully employed to sabotague FG H2O. Don't listen to someone else, find your own information to make your OWN decision. All The Best!"
