12/17/2009: Sai from Chennai, Tn replies: "I have a concern about the American Garden version of Apple Cider Vinegar that is available in India. First of all, I think it is the pasteurized version. I have tried both Bragg's Organic ACV and American Garden's ACV. While Bragg's improved my health, American Garden's made me get all kinds of symptoms within three days and I started feeling weak. I know someone would say that it started some kind of healing crisis in me, but I don't believe that is true because it left me that way for quite some time. I stopped it and I started feeling better. I started on Bragg's, initially there was no effect (seemingly) but slowly I could see an improvement in my health. It is then that I read Bragg's books and found out that the pasteurized version actually removed minerals from our bodies while the non-pasteurized does the opposite. I might be wrong, but I'd really advise anyone to try and get Bragg's or some such brand directly from US through your friends (or there are websites that can get stuff from US delivered in India) unless you are sure what you are getting."
