[YEA] 09/07/2006: Yera from Springfield, VA writes: "I use only water to clean my face. And once in a month, I use facial soap. Some time ago I used to use the daily, and I found out especially in the summer that I could not resist sunburn. My natural skin oil is my sun block. Especially those who don't have an oily face skin can benefit from this advice."

[YEA] 09/10/2006: Phyllis from Louisville, OH writes: "I bought white tea bags at the health food store. I make a cup of tea using one tea bag, instead of drinking the tea I apply it every morning after I cleanse as an astringent. I notice my wrinkles are less noticeable and have nearly disappeared. Some beauty lotions have white tea in them to make wrinkles disappear, I just make my own, less expensive and you get white tea purely"

[YEA] Terri from Carlisle, PA writes: "I cleanse my face before bed with Witch Hazel (natural toner) and apply organic coconut oil very lightly. My face is so smooth and soft. I am 50 and everyone thinks that I am in my late 30's. I also use coco butter alternately. Coconut oil applied directly on an acne area will dry up the sore. Have done it many times, it works great!"

[YEA] 03/27/2011: Rachael from Albia, Iowa writes: "yes, it's true. Applying plain non-fat yougurt to your hair and skin for 20 minutes or longer befor showering will instantly take car of dry hair and soft smooth skin. It may sound gross, but trust me, I've been using it since I was a kid, and I've never had dry skin."
