I found a great remedy for after shave skin bumps and I used to get them all the time:
I keep the razor submerge in the rubbing alcohol, the whole time it just sits there. I have a small glass for that and replace it with a fresh alcohol as needed. Never had a one bump ever since. and is very cheep..
