Treatment of migraines includes a variety of practices that incorporate lifestyle changes as well as daily supplements and vitamins. Migraines can often be avoided by restricting the diet, avoiding stress and getting plenty of rest. When these minimal guidelines are not enough for preventing and treating migraines, however, supplements are an effective alternative to common medical alternatives.
What are Migraines?
Migraines are often thought of as a more severe form of the common headache; however, migraines often include additional symptoms aside from just a pain in the head. Migraine headaches often involve intense throbbing or pulsing in one region of the head as well as nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to both light and sound.
The actual cause of migraines is largely not understood, but genetics and environment have been identified as contributing factors. Additionally, migraines may be linked to changes in the brainstem and its connection to the trigeminal nerve, which serves as a major pain correspondent. Imbalances in brain chemicals are likely also involved in the onset of migraines. Triggers of migraines often include food, food additives, drinks, stress, sensory stimuli, changes in the wake-sleep pattern, physical activity, changes in the environment and medication.
Home Remedies for Severe Headaches
Many individuals can effectively manage migraines by documenting and avoiding triggers including foods, maintaining stress levels and regulating their sleep pattern. However, some migraines are so severe additional methods are required. Several home remedies including 5-HTP, apple cider vinegar and garlic have also been identified as effective for treating migraines.
An amino acid naturally produced by the human body, 5-HTP increases the production of serotonin. As decreased levels of serotonin have been identified as a possible cause of migraines, supplementing with this compound prevents the characteristic drop in the natural hormone, alleviating headaches and their debilitating side effects.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is extremely high in vitamins and minerals. Taking apple cider vinegar daily or using an apple cider soaked compress on the neck, head or face at the onset of a migraine delivers vital nutrients to the body that balance the system and treat migraine symptoms.
Garlic is an herb that is heralded as a solution to many ailments. Garlic is known as an anticlotting agent, which makes it an effective migraine treatment. The property that prevents clotting also regulates the flow of blood, which can be a trigger issue for migraines.
Migraines are more than just the typical headache and often involve additional symptoms including nausea and vomiting. While migraines can be debilitating, natural treatments including 5-HTP, apple cider vinegar and garlic relieve and prevent migraine headaches.

[YEA] 09/20/2012: Wendi from San Clemente, Ca: "I came across 5-HTP on my doctor's vitamin website. The description said that it was for Depression, Mood Swings, Sleeplessness, Headaches, etc. Since I have all those things, I decided to give it a try! Much to my delight, I found that my 25 year struggle with Gluten and Casein related migraines was suddenly over!! After suffering through years of debilitating migraines, that effectively put a damper on my Junior High, High School, College, and Marriage life. When I was 27ish, I finally figured out that if I removed gluten and cow-related dairy products from my diet, I no longer had migraines. This was great! Except, that gluten and casein are in EVERYTHING! This food allergy (food intolerance) discovery was a blessing in disguise, because now I eat fresh organic fruit and veggies and organic/grass-fed meat. No packaged meals or fastfood ever! But eating out or over at friends' houses was still causing me to lose days due to the migraines. 5-HTP literally changed my life! I started taking 100mg/day in the morning and noticed after a month that I could have little cheats in my diet and get away with them!
Currently I take 200 mg/day and can have a sandwich for lunch and cheesecake! (it's SO wrong, I know! ) I still try very hard to keep the gluten and casein out of my diet. Even though I can cheat and not have a migraine attack, I still can tell that my body feels wrong or icky when I have those foods. But it's SO nice to go from 10 migraines a month, down to 1, maybe 2 per month. I plan to cut back to 100mg/day because I know that there is differing opinions about how much is too much. Plus being able to eat whatever I want makes it very hard to stay gluten/casein free. I hope this post helps other people to realize that they may have food allergies/intolerances that they are unaware of yet."Replies
01/21/2013: Sandra from Los Angeles, Ca replies: "It sounds like you might have tyramine-triggered migraines, rather than simply a gluten/casein sensitivity. Check out the list of foods that contain tyramine. Glad the 5-HTP is working. I'm looking for something to help my aunt, who suffers from migraines probably due to tyramine."
Acupressure, Garlic, Peppermint Tea
[YEA] 03/06/2008: Claudette from Houston, Tx: "For the lady who thinks she will quit having migraines when she gets 50.You can quit dreaming. I am 64 and have had migraines for years. I take Imitrex and sometimes when it is not available and I get one, I pinch my hand between the thumb and index finger. And garlic does help, I also drink peppermint tea with honey. Dairy products cause me to have migraines because of the thick mucus it causes at night."Replies
04/02/2011: Trish from Vancouver, Wa, Usa replies: "kind of a negative comment. just because it doesn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work for someone else."
06/11/2011: Anitha from Dublin, Oh, Usa: "I have been a regular reader of this site and find the remedies very helpful. Thought I would add my remedy I stumbled upon by accident for migraine. Alka Seltzer, when taken before a full-blown migraine if you are someone that gets nausea during migraine helps relieve it. I have been suffereing from migraine for many years now and getting hold of ACV, baking soda etc is not always convenient. Trying to see if AC Gold without aspirin would have the same effect."Replies
[YEA] 06/20/2012: Sarah from Dallas, Texas replies: "Anitha, thank you. You are the only person I have known to confirm my experience. The very first migraine I ever had was unbearable. I couldn't sleep, and was throwing up. My husband came home, and brought me an Alka Seltzer original, in a glass of water. It gave me total and complete relief. No headache, no upset stomach, and I could sleep. My migraines have lessened in severity, over time, however. So my other favorite remedies for migraine are 1) a glass of whole milk with a chocolate bar, and 2) a pinch of cayenne pepper on the tip of my tongue for 30 seconds, followed by a glass of water."
Amalgam Fillings Removed
[NAY] 08/23/2009: Alison from Magherafelt, Northern Ireland: "I was 50 when I had my amalgam fillings removed. I did not see any benefit to having them removed and was later informed that once you have amalgam fillings it is best to keep them as having them removed causes a lot of mercury to be released into the body system. I chose to have them removed on the suggestion of an naturopath who I was attending because I suffered from migraine. Didn't help with migraines."Replies
06/23/2011: Zahid from Leeds, West Yorkshire, Uk replies: "My migraines started about 5 years ago and affected the right side of my head near the temple. At first I would get them several times a year but in the past two years they became a daily event. When my migraines started I was sensitive to light and noise. I would have to draw my curtains and get into bed. I would pass out at some point, waking up several hours later.
I too have amalgam fillings and having done some research on the net I figured I needed to remove my fillings. I was advised by my dentist to take Chlorella for a week prior to having the fillings removed and to continue for another week after removal of the fillings. However, an article I read on the internet suggested taking Chlorella for 3 months before and after removal of the fillings. I came across a free book online called
Superfoods For Optimum Health: Chlorella and Spirulinaby Mike Adams, the Consumer Wellness Research Center (chlorellafactor. Com). Google it!
I started on 2.5g Chlorella powder combined with 5g Spirulina powder (a ratio of 1:2 is advised) for 2 weeks (twice a day) to allow my body to get used to these superfoods. After the initial 2 weeks I increased the amounts to 5g Chlorella and 10g Spirulina and I having been taking that for the past 5 weeks (twice a day). To be completely honest I can't remember exactly when my migraines stopped. What a relief!
I purchased my Chlorella (1kg powder for £55, and Spirulina (1kg powder for £45) from Indigo-Herbs of Glastonbury in the UK.
I still intend to have my amalgams removed, but my priority now is to deal with my eczema (face and back of hands)
The introduction (extract) from the free online book reads as follows:
Some have called this book, "The most courageous voice yet... " on chlorella and spirulina. That's because inside this book, you'll get the astounding truth on how these two superfoods are far more than just "supplements" like vitamins and minerals: they are disease preventing and even reversing foods from nature that can actually help conquer cancer, nerve damage, diabetes, heart disease, irritable bowel syndrome, clinical depression, and much more.
You probably haven't heard that before, and here's why: no company selling chlorella or spirulina is allowed to tell you the truth about it. That's because the FDA would consider such statements to be "medical claims. " So you never hear the real story on how these amazing superfoods can actually reverse serious diseases with no side effects and often without surgery, drugs, or other barbaric treatments like chemotherapy.""
08/25/2011: Quinny from Phoenix, Arizona, Usa replies: "For your eczema use golden seal in a paste or poultice. Google for more ways it takes care of eczema."
11/01/2012: Alesha from Las Vegas, Nv replies: "TO Noell in nebraska. Due to yours being from trauma you may want to check into seeing a chriopractor to have adjustments made that may work better along with acupressure and puncture."
Apple Cider Vinegar Cure for Migraines
Home Remedy Ingredients:
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
- Honey - 1 Tablespoon
- Filtered Water - Large Glass
To counteract an impending or existing migraine, mix one tablespoon each of apple cider vinegar and honey in a tall glass of water and drink. This tonic can be taken each day to prevent recurring migraines, but for many people it is best only to take it when aura or other migraine symptoms first arise.
[YEA] 04/16/2013: Tammy W. from Oakley, Ca, Usa: "Apple Cider Vinegar for migraines: A TRUE MIRACLE WORKER... ACV unpastuerized and Raw Honey has been a God sent. About 4 days ago I realized I forgot to get a refill for some anti depressants I have been taking for 2 1/2 yrs now for migraines and headaches. I needed to wait for my Dr. to approve the refill at the pharmacy which would have taken about 2 to 3 days. NOT GOOD. Anyone who is taking anti depressants know that you can not miss a day because the affects are horrific. As I was about to panic, I remembered Earth Clinic. The first day without my pills I was having a terrible migraine which I expected. I drank 2 tbsp ACV unpastuerized, 2 tbsp raw honey and 8 ounces of water (I warmed the water first, before I added the Apple Cider Vinegar and honey) Because my migraines are extemely bad I had to drink this MAGIC POTION 3 times in 2 to 3 hour increments. After the 3rd drink my migraine was gone completely. For the past 3 days I have been drinking this potion 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch and before I go to bed. I began to feel a slight headache yesterday because I was feeling soooo good that I thought my migraines were gone for good (silly me) and I was experiencing an increase of energy that I have not felt in years so I did not drink the potion for lunch and I began I feel a slight headache getting worse quickly. I made the potion and I could feel the headache go away within 15 to 30 minutes. I drank the potion this morning and lunch so far no headache. I will be drinking it again before I go to bed. I will be my new drink for many years to come... I say this drink is a true miracle worker."
[YEA] 09/05/2012: Larry from Glen Ellyn, Il: "Have had maybe 4 episodes in 30 years so no expert but when they occur they're doozies. Yesterday AM I'm getting ready for work when my vision began to blur and got flashing. This was as bad as I've ever had and probably the worst symptoms ever. After determining it was a migraine attack I quickly jumped to Earth Clinic for what to do. Found the ACV mixture and immediately drank down about 3 tbs with water and honey. Laid down while covering my eyes as they were already super sensitive and felt nausia and the following headache beginning. Within a half hr I was up and around with only a somewhat upset stomach and a little woozie. By noon I was pretty much myself again.
Thanks again Earth Clinic, you'ved saved me from the pill dispenser once more!"Replies
[NAY] 09/11/2012: Noelle from Elkhorn, Nebraska, Usa replies: "I have suffered severe migraines since a car accident in 1994. Despite the onset being caused by trauma, I do still get the same 'classic' migraine symptoms as people who have not had a trauma. Of course, have seen every doctor and tried every drug available. My current cocktail has been a triptan - Relpax, four Advils, a Relpax 2 hours later (if needed), and Stadol (if the second Relpax fails). If I get to that point, I am in for 72 hours of hell.
A few days ago, I found the ACV cure and was so excited that I ran right out and bought organic ACV and organic honey. I almost wished for a headache to test it out. I was so positive it would work! Watch out what you wish for. A mere 2 days later and the familiar feeling in the right temple started. No worries. I can get rid of it easily! I mixed 2tsp ACV and 1tsp honey in 8ozs warm water. (Ugh! ) Went up to bed. Forty five minutes later, husband noticed I was agitated from pain. "Your new thing didnt work?" Me, "Not yet. " I just knew that if I could go to sleep that it would be gone by morning. My positive attitude had to count for something, right? No. At 2:00AM, I was up to a level 8/9. It was almost as if I had drank wine (one of my worst triggers) Two rounds of Relpax and 1200mg's of Advil... Four hours later... and sleep finally came.
Ok, I am willing to try it again... Even though I feel like the ACV actually exacerbated my condition! I dont think I used enough ACV. I thought I remembered it being 2tsp, but now I see that people are using 2 and 3 TBSP. I will give an update after I try it again.
Can anyone tell me the purpose of the honey? Is it to make the whole sour cocktail more palatable? Or is there an actual purpose for it?"
09/25/2012: Noelle from Elkhorn, Ne, Usa replies: "I tried it again last night. Felt the migraine coming on. After a couple of hours, it was worse. I took the appropriate amount of ACV. Migraine actually got worse. An hour later, I tried a second 'dose'. Fast forward another hour. Migraine getting out of control... Level 8 . Took Relpax (triptan) and four Advil. Another hour later, headache under control. I really wanted to join the majority on this miracle ACV cure, but it just doesnt work for me. It actually worsens the migraine as if I had drank wine or champagne."
[YEA] 09/28/2012: Lonnie from New York replies: "Getting migraines less frequently due to dietary changes, however still get them once in awhile.
Last night began to see squiggly lines, vision impaired etc, all letting me know the pain was coming. I remembered seeing cures for migraine on this site and looked again. Immediately took 3 tablespoons of ACV with a little honey in 8 ounces. OMG!!! No pain, no vomiting. I feel tired, but there was and is no pain.
I am so grateful. I have tried numerous cures including medication and nothing has worked like this. THANK YOU for posting this remedy."
09/28/2012: Gavin from Manganui, Northland, New Zealand replies: "Yes the stuff is amazing for fixing the squigly lines and the throbbing headach after. If you take a capfull in the morning and evening the thing stays away permanently and if you forget for a week or two when you do get an attack its over with quickly and theirs no headache. Which only serves as a reminder to get back into the habit."
[YEA] 12/13/2012: Marie from Morrison, Tn replies: "I used apple cider vinegar for my migraine the other day. I had the eye problem first (auras) and then the migraine begins. But about 20 minutes into the aura phenomenon, I came on here and saw the ACV recommendation and did it. My migraine never really had a chance to begin. I felt a little pressure all day, just a little. I drank the ACV (2 tbsp in a glass of water), throughout the day and was just fine!"
[YEA] 01/01/2012: Binu from Bangalore, Karnataka, India: "Apple Cider Vinegar with honey is a wonder drug for Migraine. I used to get severe migraine attacks during sleep and usually wake up with pain. The pain and nausea will extend to 2 days.
This remedy gives instant relief from pain and I am feeling better.
[YEA] 05/01/2012: Joedietz from Cedarburg, Wisconsin replies: "I have not had a migraine for 15 years. Last night I started getting the blind spots and flashing lights in my vision that usually precurser my migraines. I went to earth clinic and found the ACV recommendation. I took 2-3 tablespoons with honey in 8oz water right away and the vision impairment went away and I never got a headache. Thanks!"
[YEA] 04/15/2011: Organic Mama from Minneola, Fl: "Thank you everyone for for the glowing testimonies on acv. Ive had some around for yrs and was never able to really get used to drinking it until recently I got a new job and was getting a migraine like everyday. I was taking a popular migraine over the counter pill to get rid of it and I know that it was making me sick so I thought to look on here and thier were so many positive testimonies and I wanted to get off the medicine due to the caffine in it was hurting my bladder.
The first day I did like 5 rounds of the honey with the Apple Cider Vinegar in about 8oz of water the following day like 3 rounds then 2 then none for a day or 2. Never had a migraine since. Yay!!!!
So today I took a supplement that I had an allergic reaction to, lots of sneezing and this caused my bladder to leak. My eyes were horribly itching too. So I came back here and looked up allergies and here it was again ACV the cure all. Within a half hr all the allergy symptoms were completely gone. I am very greatful for this site and wanted to contribute due to the wonderful and simple effects of the ACV. What I love best is that anyone can afford it. I have a few health books by the braggs family and they are great but I really love this site best due to the specific testimonies. Thank you Ted for everything you do to help the health challenges of so many of us. Organic mama"Replies
05/27/2011: Pamann from Clermont, Florida replies: "Organic Mama from Minneola, Fl: From your Clermont neighbor... Thanks for the advice. Had a whopper of a menstrual migraine all night, it's still here. Going to try your remedy. I use ACV and baking soda already, but never tried it with the honey. I'll let you know if I get some relief. Thanks again!!"
07/23/2011: Moon from Richmond, Virginia replies: "I don't care for honey so I tried the ACV with molasses... It's heaven! It tastes like the popcorn balls we used to eat as children! Yay!"
02/07/2012: Tammi from West Memphis, Arkansas replies: "What are the proportions of honey, ACV, and water?"
[YEA] 03/22/2011: Dorothea from Waynesville, Nc: "ACV definitely helps with my migraines, which start in the back of my neck and creep through my head into the forehead. Nothing helped anymore unless I'd take something so strong that it could be dealt on the street. Not my cup of thea though and I drive a school bus! I tried the 2-3 tbsp. ACV in about 8 oz of water with a little honey. It really tastes good, like tart apple juice. Anyway about 20 minutes later my migraine/headache was considerably better and I could think straight again and the fatigue that usually comes with this headache was gone. I drink the concoction now everyday at least once and more whenever needed.
Thanks to all who recommended it!"Replies
07/20/2011: Abedog from Kirkland, Wa replies: "Can you do ACV tablets instead of the drink? Asking this because of a child who can't palate the taste?"
[BETTER BUT NOT CURED] 08/29/2010: Simsboynton from Vancouver, Wa: "My husband read that vinegar reduced cramping in athletes - so he tried it for the leg cramps he gets from riding 40 miles on his bike. One day he suggested I try it for my frequent migraines - he thought it could affect the sodium channels that are linked to migraines. I get the kind w/ hypersensitivity to light, sound, etc., sometimes w/ naseau. Well, it's not 100%, but it works fast and helps more than other painkillers. He uses approx 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar in 2-3 TBS water. Someone should do clinical research on the sodium channel aspect as per migraines."Replies
[BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS] 11/10/2010: Mia from Lyons, Ny replies: "I have occassionally have migraines. They usually are accompanied by the usual light sensitivity, nausea, vomiting, etc. Yesterday I began to have an aura (preceeds the migraine) with vision disturbances, light sensitivity, and nausea. I tried the apple cider vinegar remedy and I felt better within about half an hour. I probably would have felt better much sooner but the apple cider vinegar itself makes my stomach feel not so good. Once the apple cider vinegar stomach upset was gone all my other symptoms were gone with it and no headache occured."
[YEA] 06/09/2010: Dianne from Wilmington, De: "I had to write in since I am so amazed! Lastnight I had 2 adult beverages (light beer). I am an occasional drinker. I enjoy organic, wine, sake (Japenese wine), and light beer. I drink maybe once or twice per month. Before retiring last night after drinking the beer(was up later then usual), I drank a bottle water, some pumpkin seeds (for magnesium), and a little chocolate cake from weight watchers. I think the beer, seeds & chocolate triggered one of the worst migraines I have ever experienced. This morning I was feeling very sick with every symptom. I laid down in a quiet room and went back to sleep, awoke by a phone call and felt a tiny bit better but still had the migraine. I ate a 1/2 bagel, some sips of green tea. I got online and found this website. I went to the kitchen and whipped up 8 oz chilled water, disolved a tablespoon on organic raw honey and 2 TBS of ACV. It was a little yuk but not undoable. I downed it in 3-4 gulps. I started to get an immediate result! I went upstairs put my feet in a hot bath and placed a cool towel on the back of my neck for 5 minutes. I went back downstairs got my veggie steamer out, poured in about 2 tbs ACV and placed my face over the steamer for 5 minutes.
Conclusion, I feel 95% headache free! I am not sure if I have sinustis since I have been having seasonal allergy symptoms or if it was a combination with the alcohol and diet. I found all of above-mentioned natural remedies here on this fantastic widesite. It is my first time visiting here and I will keep it handy for sure.
I am so relieved to have found a natural remedy that so-far works amazingly!
11/19/2012: Richard from Victoria, British Columbia replies: "Friends of my parents when I was a child had an apple cider press and they contiually extolled the virtues of acv. We always thought they were a little cooky but within the last few years, a costomer that shops at my store said he used Apple Cider Vinegar tablets for his back pain and I tried some and it worked. Ha Ha the cooky people had it right, the stuff is amazing, I have trained and run marathons and nothing helps bring down inflamation back legs hips like acv. Then just this morning we go to emerg with my wife having the most painful headache of her life and as the attendant was saying what actually causes the pain and said the she was administering an anti inflam, I considered Apple Cider Vinegar and oh what a surprise to find that I was right. She is still doped from the MANS narcotics but she, hating drugs and hearing the previous testimonials is willing to try acv. Thanks to all who posted, Richard Victoria Bc Canada"
[NAY] 07/17/2009: Jessica from Duluth, MN: "I wanted to put my two cents in regarding Apple Cider Vinegar for migraines: I have had migraines all my adult life and have been on various medications for them, some of which worked somewhat and some which didn't. In recent years I've tried natural remedies as well, and several months back read about ACV for migraines. I began drinking 2T in warm water with honey, and drank it every day for two months. In addition, when a migraine came on during that time, I chugged a glass of the same mixture. I am sorry to say neither method worked in the least bit. I have had luck with ACV for dermatological issues and as a hair conditioner, but for migraines and (my son's) asthma, it didn't work at all. I'm glad it's a cure all for some, and really wish it had worked for us. Oh well!"Replies
04/29/2010: Alison from London, England replies: "I have been having menstrual migraines for the last 15 years - up to 10 a month recently - and had been put on all sorts of drugs. I came across a site which mentioned lack of magnesium being a cause of migraine. When I asked to be put on a trial to see if it would work for me the doctors at hospital said they had never heard of such a thing so I started taking a supplement myself. Since taking the Magnesium I am down to 2-3 migraines a month. I am now taking the ACV mixture and look forward to seeing the effects of that."
[YEA] 12/20/2010: Zee from Johor Bahru, Malaysia replies: "I too suffer red from menstrual migraine a week before and after my period for the past 20 years. One day I had a sudden urge to eat oats. So I started taking it every morning for breakfast for 2 weeks. When my menstrual cycle came, the migraine was completely gone. I also make sure that I have enough sleep cos lack of sleep would also trigger the migraine."
06/01/2011: C from Philadelphia, Pa replies: "With a migraine, you can't take a medicine (vinegar) with something as metabolically significanty as honey and discount it as not working. I'm not saying that ACV works, but as a ten year sufferer of extreme migraines, what I do know is that sugar metabolism is intimately involved. I know that the ACV doesnt taste good, but grin, bear it, and take it on its own to evaluate its effectiveness.
Also, that goes for medicines and supplements in general. You should always start with administrations of small amounts of singular supplements and skip combinations and large amounts until you are used to what small amounts of single substances do."
07/13/2009: Lakshmi from Hyderabad, India: "I have gone through the remedies for migraines. Many people have suggested apple cide vinegar. Where do we get it. Can we get in medical stores.I live in Hyderabad in India. Do we get here. please inform as I am very eagerly want to use it."

[YEA] 06/07/2009: Karen from Anderson, SC: "Hi,Just wanted to comment on the acv treatment for migraines. It works. I started this a couple of years ago. Migraines run in my family. Severe ones. Nothing has ever worked. Came across this site a couple of yrs ago, decided to try it. Tasted really awful, but the bad taste outweighed having another migraine. I took it faithfully twice a day. My migraines went away. I didnt get sick at all. Well I decided to come off of it. I thought I was cured, haha. Not long after, got the flu twice within 2 months, migraines started coming back. Needless to say, I am here to say it is my daily regimen, now. I use unsweetened apple juice (32 oz.bottle), 1/4 cup honey, and 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. Shake it up real good. to melt honey, run it under hot water. I drink about 4 oz morning and night. The taste is bad to begin with, but hang in there. It does grow on you. IT WORKS. Best migraine preventive medicine I have ever taken. Hope it work for you. Please give it a try. What have you got to lose."
[YEA] 05/02/2009: Vinece from Van Nuys, CA: "wow! ACV really worked for my boyfriends migraine. He was in soooo much pain. I could not stand to see him like that. So after taking meds and nothing happened i came across this site. So I ran out to the store and got migraine meds and Apple cider vinegar.
When I got home, he was in the bathroom with his face in the sink filled with water! I wanted to laugh but I couldnt. So I made him a mix of 8oz of water with 1 tbl of honey and 2 1/2 tbl of ACV. I had him drink it and it worked so fast!! He was so surprised!
I kid you not, within 2 minutes he was like im going to play NBA Live (A video game on Xbox) I was like OMG! One sec he was dying and the next minute he is playing video games. I am so happy that I came across this site. And I dont usually post anything, but I hope this helps someone else out."

The right side of my head was pulsing from the pain! I started to cry from the pain and my husband was getting ready to take me to the hospital. I googled home remedies for migraines and came across this site and this post. Instead of taking me to the hospital he went to H-E-B and bought honey and Apple Cider Vinegar. I feel so much better!"
