ACV and Baking Soda

I went from having NO energy, chronic general joint pain all over, excessive weight and acid reflux to feeling about 75% better with a lot more energy, NO chronic general pain and I have lost 20lbs to date and although my acid reflux isn't gone, at least when it flairs up even with meds, I can now get it under control. I have about 60lbs I would like to still loose. I would like to stop taking my medication for acid reflux, but I think I need to loose some more weight to. I think that in conjunction with the ACV and baking soda would do the trick. I am also on blood pressure medication and would like to see what happens with that to. I have seen a decrease in my blood pressure since starting the ACV. It will be interesting to see if my dr removes me for this medication to. The one thing I was really hoping for with the ACV and baking soda that I haven't seen an improvement in yet is a reduction in my chronic back pain and pinched nerve. I still have to take something for these two when they flair up. I have scoliosis and I guess this will be something I will have to address differently. I mix 2 tablespoons of acv and a pinch of stevia powder in a tall mug with distilled water. I use the stevia because I don't want to add more sugar to my diet and I find stevia to be an excellent natural sweetener. I drink this every morning and I don't mind the taste at all. It generally needs to be taken with Baking Soda (2 TBL vinegar, 1/4 - 1/2 baking soda). This mixture will react and after the reaction, add 1/2 glass water. Since I only have major catastrophic medical insurance, paying out of pocket for a doctor's visit was something I wanted to avoid. I had tried 2 rounds of an over the counter treatment, and still had the infection. Therefore, I tried to drink the 2 tsp / 8 oz water with honey mix that was talked about on this site. Yet, I couldn't get past the first few sips. It was so gross tasting to me!!! So instead, I grabbed a tall drinking shot glass, mixed my 2 tsp of ACV with a little water and some honey and took it in drinking shot form - chased (followed) by a glass of water. Much easier! About 2 hours later, the shakey weird burning urge to pee pain of the infection was really dumbed down - I was so amazed how quickly it worked! I continued this treatment 2 times a day (one right before bed), and my infection is now completely gone three days later. However, I'm not about to stop taking this mix each day. The other benefits of the ACV mix are amazing. My energy levels are really good, my mood is good (I have been depressed lately) and I've had some really great hair days since it is so healthy and soft feeling. Even my skin is softer without blemishes. I've been on this mix for 2 weeks, lost 3 lbs without doing a thing too. For anyone thinking about trying this, you can't lose. It is natural, and just trying it for a few days was all I needed to be hooked for life. I only do my shot once a day now, since the infection is gone. Overall, I wanted to write to let you know a new way to take your ACV that works for me in case you also can't stand drinking it down. Possibly try it in a drinking shot glass with less water, but just be sure to have that water chaser afterwards so your throat and tooth enamel aren't hurt by the more potent levels of the ACV in your mouth. Typically a shot doesn't reside on your teeth anyway, so it possibly could even be a better way to take it. I'm not sure, but it definitely works for me. Good luck!"

I tried it for five days and couldn't stop eating and found that I'd put four pounds on in five days. And when I looked up Fenugreek I discovered that it is an appetite stimulant. So other readers please be aware.
I'm not questioning what the contributor said, because I think that we all react differently to what we intake. That was her experience and it rests there.
I recently went on holiday to China and Japan, and when I arrived back was struck with an overwhelming tiredness, and every bone in my body ached. Was it jet lag, I wondered, but the symptoms still continued, so I starting taking Apple Cider Vinegar, Maple Syrup, lemon juice, bi carb, and a dash of cayenne pepper. Within a couple of days I'd started to feel well again, and so have continued with this mixture, and I am amazed at the way it has increased my energy and well being.

Most of all it made my allergies and fluid build up (around throat and sinus) almost disapper. I swig oragnic pure ACV (with mother) strait from the bottle. I went 20 years without a cavity (grew up drinking mountain spring water) and in a very short time started getting "sensitive teeth". It's best that you use a straw to bypass your teeth, then rinse with water just to be on the safe side. It'll save you dental fees. I don't know of dentists' who drive cheap cars."

In fact this issue becomes quite common in U.S. on low energy level, which is why ACV remains most popular so far. The problems often occurs when ACV is alone. The correct way of taking it is to use ACV and plenty of baking soda.
It also is indicative of subnormal levels of iodine that the body. Often in my opinion, a decolorized form of iodine is better then a povidone iodine. While I have not yet gotten a chance to measure the U.S. form of decolorized form of Iodine (I make my own), the ORP of decolorized form of iodine is often better and less acid forming than a non-decolorized form of iodine. But this is just a theory of mine as well as the advantages of non-staining."Replies

So last year I did some research and found that b vitamins are what I'm lacking within my body for adequate energy. I take one or two everyday and so far it's helped a bundle. [YEA] 09/21/2007: Tammy from St. Louis, MO: "Hi. I have been diagnosed with Stage IV metatstatic breast cancer (spread to the bones). I have become anemic. Dr. said to take in more iron. I bought blackstrap molasses unsulphured. Took a tablespoon Tuesday evening, a tablespoon Wednesday morning. Noticed Wednesday afternoon I "had energy" & then realized that after a 4 block walk at a fast pace did not leave me winded and fatigue my legs (the Saturday before I became winded and fatigued after only 1 block). Went home from work, took another tablespoon, did heavy gardening until 10:00 that night. Was still feeling energized! Took the same amount of blackstrap Thurday and Friday (today). Here is the amazing part: when I am anemic, I get tinnitus - sound in my ears. It is a pulsating sound like I can hear my blood pulsating through my veins. The more anemic I am, the louder the tinnitus. I've been through this before. Took blood transfusions and the tinnitus went away. My last treatment regimen for the cancer worked (for awhile) and as I got better from the medication, my blood got better, and the tinnitus gradually went away. Now, since taking the blackstrap (starting three days ago), each night I notice the tinnitus is lessened. Last night it was BARELY audible and was not constant. I expect tonight it will not be there at all. (Night time is when I notice it when all is very quiet). I would bet were I to have my blood tested today, my red blood cell and platelet counts would be either normal or just about normal. OK, I am truly amazed. Is it the blackstrap?
