re: Health/Energy: Ginseng for energy after coping with cancer and chemo. I now drink ACV 2 times a day diluted in water. I enjoy the taste, so it is no big deal. It gives me energy and I just feel better all over.I use 2 TBS. to every 6 ounces of water or juice. I love the taste.

I have low energy- I just lack a certain vitality. So last year I did some research and found that b vitamins are what I'm lacking within my body for adequate energy. I take one or two everyday and so far it's helped a bundle. I prefer to stay hydrated and I also oil pull and drink ACV. However, for low energy I can take just one vitamin b complex and it gives me what I need. The other two are boosters to it's good effects. I also heard these can be a little hard on your kidneys, so I take a day or two off them a month to help my kidneys out.. :)

I take b complex as well but I take additional 250mg of niacin and 2000 mcg of b12 as well as iodine ( iodarol). B- Vitamins work best in conjunction with each other.

Hi. I have been diagnosed with Stage IV metatstatic breast cancer (spread to the bones). I have become anemic. Dr. said to take in more iron. I bought blackstrap molasses unsulphured. Took a tablespoon Tuesday evening, a tablespoon Wednesday morning. Noticed Wednesday afternoon I "had energy" & then realized that after a 4 block walk at a fast pace did not leave me winded and fatigue my legs (the Saturday before I became winded and fatigued after only 1 block). Went home from work, took another tablespoon, did heavy gardening until 10:00 that night. Was still feeling energized! Took the same amount of blackstrap Thurday and Friday (today). Here is the amazing part: when I am anemic, I get tinnitus - sound in my ears. It is a pulsating sound like I can hear my blood pulsating through my veins. The more anemic I am, the louder the tinnitus. I've been through this before. Took blood transfusions and the tinnitus went away. My last treatment regimen for the cancer worked (for awhile) and as I got better from the medication, my blood got better, and the tinnitus gradually went away. Now, since taking the blackstrap (starting three days ago), each night I notice the tinnitus is lessened. Last night it was BARELY audible and was not constant. I expect tonight it will not be there at all. (Night time is when I notice it when all is very quiet). I would bet were I to have my blood tested today, my red blood cell and platelet counts would be either normal or just about normal. OK, I am truly amazed. Is it the blackstrap? Ok, next thing to try: hydrogen peroxide. Then apple cider vinegar! God bless you all for sharing!

I am new to using BSM...4 weeks ago had an MRI which showed I had a torn meniscus in the right knee, along with arthritis. Orth doctor said at this time, there is no need for surgery. He recommended I take 500mg of calcium a day to help heal the knee and help the bones. This got me very down because I am very active. I was not going to wait around so a friend in Ca. said how BSM was good for tons of things. I found Earth Clinic and I referred to it several times. I LOVE to research and research. Living in Louisiana, we have many sugar cane mills. I found thru friends a gallon of BSM from the mill. And OH YES.....it is nasty. BUT, every morning I take a Tablespoon right down....no time to play with mixing it in anything. I have been taking BSM for 3 weeks now. This I have noticed and right away. Although active, I was tired everyday......everyday. I ate right but was still tired....NOT ANYMORE......trust me on this one.....I saw the surgeron last week and he commented on how the leg was easy to move and how I was coming along so well. He commented on how I was very up beat and was even losing weight....for some reason I am not hungry all the time. I need to lose some weight to help the knees and I feel that the BSM has come to my rescue....We all know that it takes time for many remedies or meds. to help in various health issues. As I have researched on BSM, it can only benefit you and not harm. My husband began to take it daily also. He has been dealing with hip pain for the last 3 years..bursitus...in the last 3 weeks he has seen a difference. He also has more energy. I will keep you informed of our progress

You know I am new to BlackStrap Molasses, too. I buy it at the health food store. I choose one that has a higher iron and potassium content. I don't use the kind you buy at the supermarket for baking. My blood sugar was last tested low upon rising; so, before I start my morning walk I take 1 TBSP of Blackstrap Molasses and add 16 oz. Organic unsweeted soy milk which I have steamed and frothed and enjoy like a latte drink. This gives me energy to walk and I'm not craving any sugary sweets by mid morning, and my energy level is very through out the day. I would like to know why the by product of refined sugar has such health benefits. God Bless

Living in Florida, the heat can be harsh on one who works outside in it. My husband had been having severe muscle cramps and low energy. Our pharmacist recommended a salt supplement called Thermotabs (a buffered salt supplement). After taking this daily, he has no muscle cramps and also has a higher energy level. Hope this works for you too. Take as directed on the bottle.

Hi, I started to put a bit of Cayenne pepper, along with some lemon juice into my morning tea, as an immune booster, but, I must say, I have found that I have been in an extremely energetic and jovial mood. I had not noticed this until yesterday,my 3rd day doing this regimen---just thought I would share.

Coconut oil for low energy: I like to spread a little coconut oil (extra virgin) on some wheat toast in the morning, it tastes great, it seriously tasted like toast with butter. I actually have two pieces, it gives me the energy of my usual 2 shots of espresso, without the jitters!! Start out with very little though, until you know how much you can tolerate, because it can cause your heart to race if you have too much, usually just a tbsp is recomennded...

Try putting a banana, a tablespoon of organic virgin coconut oil and a tablespoon of turmeric in the blender with a cup of cold water.

Coconut Oil -- This stuff is the truth!!! I used to take a tablespoon straight up,' but that made me sick. So now I use it to cook my eggs. I also spread it on my toast with some local honey drizzled on there. mmmmmm.... I totally notice an increase with energy! And it's delicious!

I've had a flu that lasted 3 months. I caught a terrible flu from my father, who had just come back from California. The flu would weaken, but never go away. It gave me terrible aches and pains, constant post nasal drip (but always with clear mucus, never green and infected), plugged ears, sinus aches, very low energy at times, sore throat, and very persistent. I found this site, and nearly made myself ill trying to take Apple Cider Vinegar (Heinz, without the so-called mother). But I kept taking it, and the flu still persisted. Also took lots of Vitamin C, and gargled with H. Peroxide and bubbled in ears, but still this thing wouldn't go away. Finally, I bought Coconut Oil from a local health food store, extra virgin, cold pressed, 24 hours later the flu is gone. I can hardly believe it. I guess Coconut oil is unique and resembles in some way mother's milk, which keeps nursing babies healthy. All I know is nothing else worked with this killer flu but Coconut oil, and I'm certain had I not taken it my sinuses and ears and aches would still be dragging me down.

Dead Sea Salts Baths

Here's a recommendation for low energy levels:

Dead Sea Salts Baths...

I use them for helping with energy levels by resupplying minerals to the body. I use a cup per bath. Also good is Epsom Salts which is Magnesium Sulfate but the Dead Sea Salts supplies an array of minerals. Actually I use both. One could mix them in the same bath.

The reason such baths are beneficial is that in this contemporary world of depleted soils from lack of crop rotation and allowing fields to lay fallow on a regular basis, I believe we have deficient levels of minerals and vitamins in our diets. So supplementation of both minerals and vitamins may be needed.

I can tell a definite difference in energy levels when I incorporate mineral baths into a health system. Oh...where to buy. Online. And also I have found large containers in the vitamin section at Whole Foods. I suspect Trader Joe's would also carry.

Instead of apple cider vinegar, which I hate the taste of, I eat a few small dill pickles a day. My husband made a comment a few weeks ago that my skin was glowing. I had eaten 5 small dill pickles as a snack in the afternoon instead of cookies (yeah, hmmm). My energy was very high all afternoon and evening. How funny! We both laughed. I went online to find out more and found out that pickles are alkalizing, obviously from the vinegar and this helps circulation. And they cure acid reflux if anyone is interested. You can just drink the pickle juice. Now I eat a few pickles every day in the afternoon as a pick me up. Try it please and let me know.

When I am feeling lethargic, I boil a chopped up ginger root with 4 sticks of cinnamon and a heaping tablespoon of anise seeds. Sweeten to taste. (You can also add lemon and cayenne pepper if you have cold symptoms). This gives me an instant lift in spirit.

Green Tea (Liquid concentrate). I have been drinking green tea (tea bags) and putting 6 drops of the liquid tea for about 8 weeks. I have energy that I never had. I also dropped 8 lbs. This tea tastes great also, I do not put any other ingredients in the tea, just the natural flavors. Everyday I drink 1 1/2 cups of hot tea.

I just started taking 1T cider vinegar every day in my water for about 2 weeks. I noticed my eyes are not as dry in the mornings as they usually are.

Hi, I drink 10x drops of food grade in a glass of tap water, sometimes I would down 2x glasses with 10 drops each depending on how I feel. Gives me a nice boost as well. My mother inlaw drinks 5ml in a glass for cancer treatment coupled with ozone therapy. I tried 5ml but it is too strong for me..

I would suggest people use what works best for you. Your body knows best...listen to it.

I've used Bill Munro's inhalation method using food grade hydrogen peroxide diluted down to 3 percent in purified water for a short time now. It seems to pick up my energy quite well.
