[YEA] 03/31/2012: Becky from Chattanooga, Tn, Usa: "I was suffering from severe pollen allergies this past month, thanks to an early spring and higher than usual pollen count. Before the allergies hit, I was getting virus after virus since the late fall. I figure I had about 8 low grade viruses, which..."

- Filtered Water - 8 oz
- Local Honey - optional
Mix 1 tsp unpasteurized apple cider vinegar in 6-10 oz water. Drink this ACV tonic slowly. Start with one teaspoon and built up to as much as two tablespoons. [YEA] 06/23/2006: Andi from Canton, Ohio: "I suffered repeatedly every spring and often in the fall also form sinus infections and severe allergic symptoms. I would have terrible headaches, face pain and runny nose with itchy eyes and sneezing. However after discovering your website and starting an ACV treatment I have yet to need an antibiotic. Yeah ,no more medicine head only a clear head!"
[YEA] 06/21/2006: Shelly from Mentor, Ohio: "I started using apple cider vinegar when I read about all the allergy cures on earthclinic. My pollen allergies are all gone due to a combination of some local honey and 2 Tbsp acv every morning mixed in a glass of water. For my cat and dog (dander) allergies, I take an extra dose of vinegar before I go to someone's house with one of those animals. I still suffer from the dander allergies, but on a much much smaller scale. They are absolutely nothing like they used to be. I'm hoping that they will soon be gone."
[NAY] 05/08/2006: Anthony from Fort Meyers, FL: "Well, I must say this remedy fell far short of what I was expecting from other users reviews. I had tried using it at 2tbs, 3x a day for a week. When that failed to alleviate my allergies, I increased it to double that, 2tbs 6x a day. I took that dose for yet another week, and it still failed to alleviate my allergies in the least bit in any way whatsoever. Though it may depend on what your allergies are specifically, I can tell you that for mine, this remedy was ineffective."
[YEA] 04/21/2006: Kim from Phoenix, AZ: "After finding this site, I decided to try it for my allergies. My Doctor had suggested allergy shots and recommended I carry around an Epipen because my allergies are all so severe and I am allergic to just about everything. I had nothing to loose and everything to gain. WOW! is all I can say. I am pleased to say that since I have been taking it - I am now allergy free as long as I remain taking 4oz of water and 2 tblsp of ACV twice a day. My allergist even asked me not to tell too many people about my new discovery as it would put her out of business - as I was completely symptom free when I went for a check up"
[YEA] 03/01/2006: Jen from Windsor, Ont, Canada: "i have been taking the apple cider imager for about about a month now and i'm very excited about it, i was on two reactine a day just to function and haven't taken one in a month.. i was just wondering if i was going to get pregnant if i could still take this without problems.. thanks jen."
[YEA] 02/14/2006: Tony from Miami, FL: "I am a 29 year old male, who has had nasal allergies since the age of 5. My mother told me a long time ago to give Apple Cider Vinegar a try, but I never believed that it would work. I have been on nasal allergy medications for years, and about two weeks ago, I just got fed up with pumping all of these chemicals into my body. I decided to seek a natural solution, that's when I ran across your website, and read about the Apple Cider Vinegar solution that my mother told me about. I cannot believe the results. Apple Cider completely eliminates my allergies, and it costs much less than what I used to pay for my nasal allergy medications. Doctors are trained nowadays to prescribe their patients non-natural medications, although there are many natural solutions to a lot of illnesses. Just think of it, how did people cope with illnesses prior to giant drug companies? They used natural remedies."
[YEA] 07/30/2005: Gene from Emerson NJ: "OOHHH MY GOD---I have been on Zyrtec for 3 years and in the morning and or night too --2 Excedrin tablets...I am a contractor who is outside half of the workday...My allergies would get to the point of me feeling that I was going to vomit foam or dry heave... I have been taking 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with @ 8-12 oz. of water twice a day....NO ALLERGIES---extremely few and extremely mild if any headaches...best is- I have not taken any medication since the 2nd day of doing this...AMAZING I WILL TELL ALLLLLL -- you just don't understand how huge this is to me and what an awakening to me about modern medicine.....THANK you sincerely Gene."
[YEA] Frederick from Loveland: "I have tried Remedy #1. I would have to say that I really wasn't expecting much, but to my amazement, the ACV helped much more than I would have ever anticipated. ACV hasn't taken my allergies away, but it has helped alleviate a lot of the symptoms. Thank you for having this site."
[YEA] Brenda from Sandston: "I am amazed at how acv cleared up my allergies. I have suffered with bad sinus problems for years and have taken every over the counter and prescription drugs made. ACV worked it just a few days and I only had 1 headache."
[YEA] Bob from Eagle River: "Every late summer, I suffer from Ragweed allergies. doctors could not give me any relief. Moving to Alaska helped alot, however, when visiting Florida in October, I had difficulty breathing from all the sneezing and wheezing. I then read your article and tried the ACV. The next day I was 100% fine. I went off it just to test and sure enough I began to get stuffed up again. I then took the ACV and later that evening I was again 100%. Thanks. Got anything that can grow hair on my head?"
Apple Cider Vinegar and Cayenne
[YEA] 05/23/2008: Jodie from Oak Park, IL: "My allergies were the worst ever this spring so after reading about cures on your website I decided to try ACV and cayenne. Not only did it eliminate my allergy symptoms, but the unexpected side benefits are great! My chronically runny nose -gone, constant throat clearing -gone, red rimmed eyes -gone, HOT FLASHES - GONE!My complexion is clearer and I have more energy. This is unbelievable. I use generic ACV and don't feel the need to switch to unfiltered."Replies
[NAY] 12/31/2009: Tina from Bowling Green, Ohio, Usa replies: "Neither apple cider nor Cayenne have done anything for my allergies that I can tell."
Apple Cider Vinegar Spray
[YEA] 12/17/2010: Kim from New York, NY: "For years I have been a huge fan of ACV for many common ailments, and recently I've discovered that a solution of ACV and water (about 1:10) works GREAT to immediately stop an itchy runny nose and clear up sinus congestion. I use an old nose spray bottle, well cleaned, and then filled with my solution. I spray a couple times in each nostril and then breathe deeply: watch out, as it does sting! But then immediately, all my aggravating symptoms stop and stay away for hours. This is so convenient and natural!"
Apple Cider Vinegar, Turmeric, Local Honey
[YEA] 05/25/2010: Busymom from Smalltown, Sunflowerstate, Usa: "Turmeric, ACV, and local honey cured my allergies AND acne
Two weeks ago I started an ACV and Turmeric regimen for allergies with a wonderful side-effect! My skin is georgeous! I take 1tsp of ACV in 8oz of water 4-5 times per day. I drink 8oz of warm soy milk, 4 dashes of turmeric, 1 dash of black pepper, and 1tsp of local honey once a day. I live on a farm with cows, horses, dogs, hay and LOTS of pollen. I was taking OTC drugs twice a day with little relief. My eyes would swell, tear up and itch; and I'd sneeze like crazy. For two weeks I have not taken ANY otc drugs, and the worst I've had is a little bit of eye itching. Another wonderful side-effect is that I HAVE ENERGY! LOTS OF IT! Everything I've used is straight off the grocery store shelf - not organic. Except the honey - local farmer's market. This website has saved me lots of money and grief...thank you!"Replies
05/27/2010: Rob from Manhattan, New York replies: "in the thick of this allergy season my old remedies of Freeze Dried Stinging Nettle, MSM & Quercetin didn't seem to be working as well... I started drinking them down with ACV & cayenne, and that did the trick..breathing through my nose again...and can concur with above, skin looks better..dark allergy circles under eyes are not as prominent."
05/28/2010: Lee from New York replies: "Hi Rob,
I have experienced NY spring allergies for years. This year I have been inhaling a little bit of h202 a few times a day (first thing in the a.m. - then, as needed) and it has helped tremendously. I think I will up my ACV/cayenne intake as well. Thanks for the reminder. Lee"
[YEA] 06/12/2008: Olkeriil from Portland, Maine, U.S.A.: "Allergy, I have a worst allergy problem than most people. But about 3 weeks ago I started to use baking soda to rinse my sinuses. I have no problem now and that is why I share this with your readers. Thanks, Olkeriil"
