[YEA]  03/17/2008: Lisa from Satellite Beach, FL writes: "The Acid-Alkaline Diet for Optimum Health allowed me to stop taking all prescription allergy meds after only 3 days. (Allegra, sudafed, eye drops, etc.) Symptoms still remained but are diminishing significantly, the more I follow the ph-ion.com program to get well. After 30 years of allergiest/ENTs/surgeries/shots and drugs I am amazed that "hay fever" is diet/digestion related! Never did a doctor imply there could be a food link, especially since shots seemed to help. This diet is the only direct link I've found to cure my allergies.. so test your ph and give it a try if indicated. Amazing."

[YEA]  07/02/2006: Vil from Wheaton MD writes: "Thanks for your website. I had suffered from a stuffed up nose and frequent sinus infections for the last 15 yrs. Tried all kinds of meds, but one of them actually caused liver problems. A friend gave me the phone # of a doctor who treats patients naturally and I visited him. It's amazing what cutting out dairy has meant for my life: no chronic headaches or stomach aches any more, and most of my allergies have cleared up (mold is still a problem). For those people who aren't completely helped by dairy elimination, try identifying other foods; for me, avoiding yeast was the final piece in the puzzle. But when I give in to temptation, the ACV really helps, esp. the vapors!"

Now that I'm not a soda addict for years I've been allergy free. I recently started to drink soda again and the allergies came storming back. Why is this relation so?"

GENERAL FEEDBACK

01/15/2012: Kalki from Mumbai, India writes: "Many things like lime, tomato, many food juices cause dermatitis on my fingers and palms, when I touch it while preparing food for cooking. However, I never thought till now that I could be allergic to ingesting these.

I noticed recently that VCO or ordinary coconut oil, increases the itching and consequent hives, on parts of my skin affected earlier especially face, particularly if I perspire. I had tried it for extremely dry skin following a flare up. Then it struck me that I had shifted to a coconut based food - oil and otherwise, when my allergies first started in my early twenties. (It went the whole route from sneezing, to colds and coughs, bronchitis, episodic asthma, then now constant asthma along with many skin problems. The last has been with me for decades. Except medication for asthma which I cannot avoid, I am managing with life style changes and natural choices and a lot of experimentation! )

The question in short is: Can my skin be allergic to something but my body accept it as a food? Or vice versa, can a food not be tolerated but work applied topically?

Also, coconut is one of the best oils/foods in the world, for a number of reasons. I've never heard of anyone having an allergy to coconut. It's native to me. We switched in between to other oils for many years as my father had a heart condition and was advised against it. Can a person like me who grew up on internal and external use of coconut be allergic to it? Could it have triggered my allergies leading to asthma?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this.

Kalki"

12/16/2011: Sylviag from Vista, Ca/usa writes: "Hello all and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I have been faithfully reading and working at my problems but not posting due to time constraints--until today! Situation is MUCH calmer--rash on face- to be specific and have slacked off of all of the previously mentioned remedies and products as I have been getting an uncomfortable ache in my upper left abdomen that is troublesome and also some bloody stool. Thought cutting back for a few days to a week might help.

Anyway- a friend recommended a local chiropractor who is working in the allergy area--free consultation and testing on a "BAX 3000-Laser Allergy System" (700 allergens with the potential to test over 6000) showed many problems-and to name a few- corn silk, pepsinogen, coniferal (or coniferyl) alcohol, butylated hydroxyanisole and sodium chloride mix. It is a very expensive treatment program (based on the NAET type), is totally digitized and works with lasers to correct your bodies response to these stressors. Says they could treat me with 20 visits and correct this chronic condition of inflammation where my body sees these and apparently many other substances and reacts negatively.

Does anyone know about this program and or the afore mentioned "things" that I reacted to and where/how these are in foods, airborne, beauty products -etc. Thanks!"

09/08/2011: Hotice from Blackburn, United Kingdom writes: "I suffer from year round hayfever (and hayfever induced asthma) and have had no sense of smell since I was 16 (which, I admit, is 14 years ago). Lately the feeling of having a head full of cotton wool and the pressure in my head is just driving me up the wall. I have no energy, I only sleep for an hour at a time and generally am not impressed. I tend to pick up every cold going and given I feel this bad in summer I'm very concerned about winter this year!

I've read the site and I'm really hoping this works. I'm nervous in case of gagging and the worsening of the symptoms but the doctors remedies only served to destroy the lining of my nose more. If this does work then I'll be touting it as a miracle cure - I'll be using it in conjunction with Neil Med Sinus Rinse so hopefully the two of them together will sort me out. Fingers crossed and thank you for everyone who has written about their experiences - it helps simply to not be the only person going through this."

I have never heard of putting Vitamin A drops in the eyes and then wheat germ oil. Do you mean the Vitamin A one takes as a supplement? Awhile ago the doctor prescribed Vitamin A cream for the eyes but it didn't do me much good and went off quickly so one day it irritated my eye really badly. As far as the weatgerm oil goes I have a good one bought in the health food shop.

So, you don't mix them together but put one and then the other?"

08/04/2011: Francisca from Michelbach-le-bas, Alsace, France writes: "I often sneeze a lot in the morning when I wake up and my nose runs terribly. I always thought that this was part of my allergies although I never found out anything I am really allergic to other than wine which I rarely drink anyway. A few days ago someone told me that the morning sneezing has more to do with the liver than with allergies. Any ideas on that? Maybe I have been looking in the wrong place all the time and therefore I never managed to get rid of this! I do sneeze at other times too and sometimes my eyes and throat itch!"

Replies
08/04/2011: Lisa from Rabat, Morocco replies: "I also have lots of sneezing in the morning and I find it very annoying since it can disrupt my sleep. That is interesting that you say it may be connected to the liver. I have recently been suspicous that I have a sluggish liver. I will have to look into this further. I wish I had some answers for you, but I hope someone else will."
08/04/2011: Francisca from Michelbach-le-bas, Alsace, France replies: "Hi Lisa, sorry to hear that you have the same problem! I have decided to try a remedy I copied a while ago, maybe from this site, I don't remember. It is a drink of whole lemon and olive oil. You juice the whole lemon, peal and all and then add some olive oil and drink it. Maybe I won't start with all the peel as that might be too bitter, I will see. I have been drinking the juice of half a lemon with water first thing in the morning for a while when we are not traveling but so far it doesn't seem to cure my problem. As I had hepatitis A as a child my liver never worked well again. I have quite a few liver (brown) spots on my skin and also suffer from eye floater which seems to be connected to the liver as well."
08/05/2011: Courtney from Granite Bay, Ca replies: "Have you tried Milk Thistle? I've read wonderful things about it when it comes to detoxing the liver."
08/05/2011: Francisca from Michelbach-le-bas, Alsace, France replies: "Yes, I have tried Milk Thistle quite a while ago but maybe not for long enough. Maybe I should try again..... In the meanwhile I am going to try the lemon with olive oil. It would be nice if someone who has any experience with this would tell me what they thought about it!"

A friend of mine in San Francisco just told me told me that she started having terrible allergies the past 2 years -- never had any problems before that. The Southwest is the place to be if you have allergies. I think global warming is a "God-send" if it warms things up because it is frigging cold up here in the PNW. The dry heat is wonderful. Allergy sufferers should move to the southwest and drink some ACV!"

GINGER AND CHAMOMILE TEA

[YEA]  02/04/2009: Kin from Auckland, New Zealand writes: "Ginger with Chamomile tea really really really works!!! It cured my Hay Fever.

Before Earth Clinic I had chronic sinusitis for over 6 years, I used 2 types of OTC nasal sprays every single day for 6 years. I was a very miserable person by then. Last Year I found Earth Clinic (lucky me) and started using ACV and was able to stop using the nasal sprays for a few days (a remarkable achievement I felt at that time). I then started oil pulling with sesame seed oil, something extraordinary happened; after 3 days of oil pulling, the symptom got worst, I had the worst sinus congestion ever, it felt like my body was going to give up. I had to resort using the nasal spray again..I was very disappointed but the next day my sinus was cleared, I continued OP and with the help of ACV I managed to stop my nasal sprays addiction completely -- I remembered vividly I visited a park after that and for the first time after 6 years I was able to breath freely and experienced the raw smell in the air.

Months passed and life without nasal sprays was indeed wonderful, (still got mild sinus congestion from time to time) doing OP daily helped me going through winter months, until beginning of this summer when all those big trees started flowering, I get very bad sinus congestion again. I had for weeks bad allergic and congestion, itching eyes with unpleasant discharges. Hay Fever ..I read Earth Clinic every possible cures ..I tried ACV, Turmeric, Olive leaves extracts, Castor oil pack, Garlic, snorting Cayenne pepper, Noti Pot ..none of them worked for me even Oil Pulling did not help. I started using nasal spray everyday again otherwise I could not sleep or do any activities, but the spray has actually worsened the congestion and the relief period got shorter .

I then read on latest posts about green tea and ginger root (I read Earth Clinic latest posts everyday), I didn't have green tea at home but I had chamomile tea bags. So I cut very thin slices of ginger (about 8 to 10 slices) in a cup with one chamomile tea bag, add water and micro waved it for a minute or two, and started snipping it that evening, added water reheated it in microwave again when it was not hot enough or empty ..it did not give immediate relief of course, but I realised that the pressure on the nasals eased a little. The next day I did the same. On 3rd day something miracle happened, it started to cleared that morning my sinuses.clearing steadily..eyes stopped itching and no unpleasant discharge. 36 hours on the ginger/ chamomile tea, I stopped using the nasal spray. It is now 25 days since I last used the spray and no signs of Hay Fever. 6 - 7 years of Hay Fever was gone, you can imagine how happy I am now. Yes I am still drinking yummy chamomile and ginger tea everyday.

A lady at work got bad hay fever, recommended her to try it, one dose (yes just one cup 7 days ago) cured her Hay Fever completely, 7 days since she has not got any symptoms. (Magic!! 2 yes posts for Earth Clinic)

I was once told by medical professional there was no cure for Hay Fever, now I believe there is always a cure for everything.

Before I started on the ginger / chamomile tea remedy, I was determined to go "cold turkey" on the nasal spray (Yes Nasal Sprays can be addictive). In order to get temporary relief, I microwave some ACV in a cup, inhaled the ACV steam, it immediately cleared the nose but as soon as I stopped, the nose was blocked again, but it at least provided temporary relief. I also tried chewing piece of ginger, but unfortunately it did not work for me. How strange a combination of ginger and chamomile tea can work miracle.

Caution -- first few days on the tea I had a mild detox experience, loose motion, rash, and headache.

Unexpected benefits -- clean and soft skin, hair seems to grow faster

To earth clinic -- ginger and chamomile tea remedy was not listed on any of the sinus/ allergic /congestion cures, but if search under ginger cure you will get lots of cured allergic postings, it is possible to add ginger/chamomile tea as one of the cure on the Allergic page? I could not and therefore would not be able to know about this cure until I read it on latest posting pages. just a suggestion and Thank You Earth Clinic and Thank You all those who put in their efforts posting their remedies and experience."

EC: We searched but could not find any other ginger and chamomile tea posts on the site! If you know where they are, please let us know and we'll cross post it to the allergy remedies page. Thank you!

Replies
02/05/2009: Kin from Auckland, New Zealand replies: "Hi EC, It was posted on EC originally as Ginger with Green Tea , under Ginger page (for example posted by Shira from Green Cove Springs, FL). Chamomile and Ginger Tea is my own modification, most likely the first post in EC. Hope that helps. Think it will help many if this can be listed under Hay Fever page, because the sinus congestions I got at different time of the year reacted to different remedies. Only Chamomile and Ginger Tea works for Hay Fever. Hope I am not creating too much work for you. I want to thank Earth Clinic from the bottom of my heart."

EC: Thanks for clarifying, Kin! Our allergies page is for hay fever too, so we'll change the title to "Allergies and Hay Fever Remedies" and add "Hay Fever" to the ailments index page.

Shira's post:

01/16/2008: Shira from Green Cove Springs, FL writes: "I want to shout this from the roof tops!

My husband has had terrible sinus congestion for months! Because it felt as though he had some sort of barrier in his left nostril, even his CPAP machine wasn't allowing him to breathe. Sleepless night... tons of money on meds... countless nosebleeds because of all of the nasal sprays... he was miserable and feeling a little desperate.

Then, as the last resort, I searched and came across your ginger root remedy. $2.00 for a huge ginger root that I peeled, cut into chunks and steeped for 4 hours in a pot of water with 2 green tea bags. Dan sipped on the surprisingly yummy tea all evening, and for the first time in MONTHS, he's completely clear! There wasn't a dramatic loss of mucus, but for whatever reason, I believe it shrunk the swollen nasal passages, and for the last 3 nights in a row, he's slept ALL night, clear as a bell! He didn't even snore! I can't even begin to tell you what a HUGE blessing this remendy is for us."

I work with a Japanese woman who told me that ginger root also helps digestive issues and menstral cramps. We've decided to make ginger root tea part of our daily routine. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!"

[YEA]  08/07/2010: Liz from Scranton, Pa writes: "After trying almost everything imaginable to handle my severe seasonal allergies, I stumbled across something while trying to find a way to help my old cat's chronic upper respiratory problems. Goat colostrum. I purchased it at a fairly reasonable price and took 4 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning and 2 capsules a couple more times before 4:00 PM. I will continue this for a few weeks as colostrum strengthens the immune system. I must say that I was surprised by the immediate and complete relief (less than half and hour), and it lasted longer than mega dosing turmeric. Much more effective than Claritin, which I have stopped using. I feel generally really alert and well too. My old cat has also improved. I'm thinking this supplement may be extremely important for improving the body's defenses against disease. Will post more later."

[YEA]  02/02/2012: Tony from Sydney, Australia writes: "Hi my name is Tony and I am 22 years old. I have been suffering from things like hayfever, sinusitis and digestive problems for around 8-9 years. I cannot remember the exact date or year but have been suffering as far as I remember. But now I believe I am cured and I believe finally I have found cure for all these ailments. I will tell the exact cure later but firstly I will say but I had for treatment for last 6- 7 years and what I did to get rid of all my problems. Firstly the doctors prescribed me all those usual hayfever sprays and tablets such as Beconase and Zyertac etc. I started using these intially I got better but the things got worse by time. I will cut it short so I tried all the pills but later got rid of it, later used Neti pot also have been exercising for 4-5 years. Also have been taking vitamin C ans zinc tablet to strengthn my immmune system. All these things did work and really improved my condition but I still would suffer from allergy symtoms specially sinusitis. I would feel pain in my sinusis every single day and I would ask myself that what in the world would it take to cure this damn thing. Forgot to mention I also tried detoxing, some garlic tablets and some natural hayfever tablets and other stuff. All these things would work in the short run but I would never ever totally feel better. I would also mention I tried apple cider vinegar with cayene and honey for a past month, it helped but not as much. Even after trying all these things I was determined to cure my allergies. I would even google like cure for allergies to find any cures.

If there was one thing that I was convinced about was that my sinusitis was related to my digestive system. Then I also read on many places that allergies may be caused by not enough digestive enzymes in the digestive system. I donot know for sure If I have low digestive enzymes or what ever because there are no tests to confirm.

But 4-5 days ago accidently I discovered something. I was watching tennis at night Australian open and was eating grapes. I consumed around say like a cup of grapes and I felt so much better. I felt like the dinner I had like an hour ago digested rather quickly and I was feeling really hungry again.

I had found the misssing link for myself it were grapes I mean not just grapes but fruits. Then I just googled for benefits of grapes I was surprised to see the many benefits included asthma, heart disease, digestion etc. Since then I have been eating friuits like grapes and blueberries after every single meal I have. I start eating fruits during the breakfast and ends with dessert at night. And I have never felt better in my life. I would recommend any one with allergies hay fever or what ever problem you have to eat lots of fruits and vegetables every day and get rid of any sugar stuff you eat and see the result for your self.

I know this may seem like a long story but I just want to help everyone who is suffering like I used to, so they could get rid of all these ailments and be healthy. I wish I had done this 7-8 years ago just eat more fruits and I would not have had go through all the sufferings I did. How simple it sound eat more fruits. I would recommend every one to google benefits of grapes or benefits of blueberries or other fruits you will be amazed by the health benefits they provide. I just want to share my experiences and hope it will help others.

thanks for being patient and be healthy.

You could email me at tonywilliam_420[at]hotmail[dot]com if you want to ask any questions."

02/02/2012: Francisca from Zug, Switzerland replies: "Tony, don't forget that fruits have a lot of sugar.... And I agree with Baldev, it is maybe not a good idea to eat fruit after the meals. What I have always read is that it is a lot better to eat fruit away from the meals. But well, I suppose if you feel so well with the way you are doing things maybe you should stick to it! I noticed that my digestion started to get a lot better a while ago while I could buy kaki fruit (sharon fruit but the ones that you eat very ripe and which have a lot of tannins while unripe, not the modern engineered type! ) but I ate them away from the food, usually 2 a day. Now they are out of season, too bad..... I never really felt that my allergies were better but then no one has ever known whether I had allergies or whether my symptoms were sign of something else!"
02/02/2012: Tony from Sydney, Australia replies: "Thanks for your feedback Baldev and Francisca.

Actually, I do not eat too many fruits exactly after the mean. I just have like 5-6 grapes and few blueberries not like right after the meal but may be like 15-20 minutes later. What fruits do for me I believe is provide my body with digestive enzymes to help digest food easily and properly. That's what I think they do but may be they do something else I am not 100% sure. Fruits also provide lots of antioxidants and other stuff which is very good for our body. I also have few goji berries every day which are very rich in antioxidants.

During the day I also have like apple and other stuff. I do not have any other sugar in my diet except for these fruits and honey. So, I think the sugar should not be much of a problem.

I will also try to eat them before meals and see how I feel. thanks.

Tony"

02/04/2012: Francisca from Zug, Switzerland replies: "Tony, again, if you feel well please go on doing what you do! We are all different..... Our bodies work differently! No harm in trying something else but do whatever works for you! Just to give you an example, when I have constipation, which isn't often, any fruit early in the morning before breakfast works a treat for me, even bananas.... For a lot of other people bananas would cause constipation!"
02/04/2012: Gavin from Manganui, Northland, New Zealand replies: "Francesca I've been hanging off posting with regards to eyes just to make sure I've got it right.. 02/05/2012: Francisca from Zug, Switzerland replies: "Hi Gavin, thanks for all your advice! I could try that.... No harm done! I am going to buy oranges and lemons tomorrow. My eyes are going from bad to worse, so is my overal health, no matter what I try! I am getting quite tired of it all, looking awful too! Whatever therapies, supplements or anything else I try like exercising, walking fresh air, nothing seems to work. Now I think that going to the sauna, which I love because at the same time I go for a swim too, makes my skin even drier and saggier and my face looking even more stressed out. I will keep you informed if there is any change in my eyes! Off to the supermarket tomorrow....."

HOMEOPATHY

01/13/2012: Sb21 from San Antonio, Tx writes: "I was having a seasonal allergy to our local Texas Mountain Cedar. Some call it Mountain Cedar Fever. I already take apple cider vinegar (ACV), coconut oil, and acidophilus (probiotics) daily. When the Mountain Cedar allergies hit, I started taking locally grown honey.

I decided to got to my local health food store and I picked up a homeopathic remedy. There were a couple to choose from, but I picked the most popular one that happened to be on sale called Allergena. It may not matter which one you get, though. I got relief within 15 minutes. It says to take 12 drops 3X a day for adults. I took the 2nd dose and I feel 90-95% better already even with the pollen count being ridiculously high. I will probably be at 100% within the next day or 2 at the most. I guess I will stop then. Usually Mountain Cedar only lasts a month anyway, but you really don't want to have it at all."

HONEY

[YEA]  01/08/2010: Terry from Big Lake, Maine writes: "Local Honey Cures Allergies

I have been taking local honey for years and just recently moved to the great state of Maine and have begun a regimen of local raw honey here.

I use to suffer from allergy problems most severely, I took most sugar out of my diet and replaced it with local honey. Not only am I allergy free, I do not get colds or flu- even as my children were growing up and bringing home all kinds of contagious ailments from school, social activities- folks could be around me dropping like flies from viruses, colds etc.(For many years I worked in an orthodontic office dealing mainly with children with all kinds of germs floating about) I did not succumb because I believe local honey boosted my immune system to the point of immunity from most common ailments. I am 47 years old and have not gone a day without consuming local honey- I cannot recall the last time I became ill with a cold or flu. I believe in this statement most whole heartedly-Local Honey cures allergies. (I do believe it should be local honey consumed and all the better- raw local honey.)Also- raw honey cures many skin ailments, slow healing sores covered with raw honey heal more speedily and have little scarring.

I should mention that I am a sustainable farmer, growing most of the food I eat- I do not have health insurance and have relied on natural aids to healing. I have had lacerations that should have required stitches heal up well before the physicians of today would recommend by using raw honey and epsom salt soakings. I am a firm believer in natural cures- not because of what ifs but because of what is...all that the earth naturally provides can cure most ailments. One last comment- I would not be without Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in my cupboard. It cures almost everything from headaches to sinusitis to dry skin.

Thank you for this wonderful alternative site to RX's that cost an arm and a leg and often provide horrible side effects. To get to the root of any ailment, one should start naturally...

Take care-"

[YEA]  09/27/2011: Nikki from Ft. Wayne, Indiana replies: "@Lee: I took one tsp. Every day for about 3 months (to finish the one container I bought) in the morning over the winter time and the next spring my allergies that I had my entire life were gone. I didn't have to take meds for 9months out of the year anymore. Just a nasal spray for about 3 weeks in fall, but I just bought more honey that was made from pollen of fall plants. I am hoping this takes care of the last of the allergies. That one container I consumed has worked for the last 3 years. Honey is awesome!!"

[YEA]  10/17/2008: Amanda Rene from Anderson, California, USA writes: "Try using local honey to alleviate allergy symptoms. Look for it at health food stores or your local Farmers' Market. This saved me from terrible eye pain caused by my allergies. From what I understand, using the honey is kind of like having a vaccination. Local honey works for allergy symptoms because it is made using the same plants you are having an allergic reaction to. Include a tablespoon of local honey in a cup of hot tea two or three times a day to begin with. When your symptoms are alleviated, maintain with one dose daily."

My mom found the Dr. Jarvis folk medicine suggestion of taking honey to alleviate sniffles. Works great! To test this, mom & dad brought me honey from Spain. *SAME* wonderful effect. It isn't the local part of the honey that works, it's the *honey* part, irrespective of origin!"

I live in a polluted place and recently tried the local farm honey. To my surprise, I have stopped coughing and my sinus has been healed. I can breathe better. In addition, dates and walnuts are a better source of fiber and iron."

[YEA]  02/22/2007: Heather from Ashville, NC writes: "It was recently suggested to me that I try the "Honey Therapy" for my severe allergies. Honey therapy being- RAW honey that is made locally with local bees. That being bees that take pollen from the same sources that I am apprently allergic too. I started this and two days later noticed a difference. While getting a SEVERE allergy attack, the same person suggested adding ACV apple cider vinegar to the honey. I mixed 3 oz. acv and 3 oz raw honey. Hard to drink, but then realized adding a bit of spring water helped the taste. I instaly got relief from my allergy symptoms, it lasts aobut 12 hours and then I repeat. Only drinking about 3 oz of the mix at a time. I am going to continue with this therapy and try some of the ACV/Honey/Baking soda mixtures for my acne and see how they work. I will repost to let everybody know how that and the acv/honey taken internally is working. Good luck to everybody. Am now a FIRM believer that God gave us what we need to cure what ailes us."

I don't use pharmacuticals so it's been trial and errror with numerous products for the last few years. Mostly, it's been error. I've tried the vinagar in the past, but did not see any improvemnt. This time I stuck with it. And thankfully I was given a very wise peice of advice from an old book. Chewing on Honey comb! It enabled me to go outside without my eyes swelling shut or sneezing. I would just chew the honey comb as needed. It seemed to keep my symptoms at bay until the vinagar started working. After about a month of chewing I don't need it anymore and I'm allergy free. I still drink the vinegar every morning (taking two days off a week), to keep my allergies from coming back.

Note, chew the honeycomb for 10-15 minutes then spit out, and get another piece if needed."

I drink apple-cider vinegar mixed with 40% orange cordial, 350ml cordial, 300ml ACV, with water in a 2L milk carton, no more stomach aches, no approach of arthritis so far. (80 years!)

I make "Kombucha" but can't stand it if it brews too long & turns into vinegar, then I add about a quarter mix of lemonade.

A triumph over tinnia (or Athletes foot), after 43 years seeking a cure, I now keep it at bay by spraying in between toes with a cheap mans deodorant, I am not sure that it is a cure but it has stopped appearing up to now.

David Suzuki says there are billions of grubs living in every mouth; god only knows how many live around the feet (until we hit them with deodorant), just as well I am not a Hindu eh?"

[YEA]  12/20/2008: Max from San Jose, Costa Rica writes: "I have faced chronic allergic rinitis since more than 50 years now. Nothing worked (including 3 operations and plenty money wasted on all kind of especialized doctors, until I gave up and learned to live with the problem. In yr site I found out abt H2O2. Curious enough decided to try my own drugstore formula reduced at 1% (2:1) in clear water. I started spraying twice every nostril, four times a day. At day #5 I started to shrow a mix o blood and yelloish mucus from my nose at morning time only (once). Quite an amount every day I must add. I was at first scared, yet decided to continue. It was the same cleaning routine (expelling out)for 7 days straight, then my nose came up with clean, clear mucus. No more yellowish or bloody outputs. I infer I have cleaed my sinuses completely from a fungus or bacteria that have been infecting me for decades. I have kept doing the spraying, but in leeseer frequency. I do carry my sprayer with me all day now and I think I will not stop from using it from here on. I beleive it will keep me from getting sick again, no more flu, virus, rinitis, etc. I wake up now breathing freely, something I never thought possible. My snoring have been reduced or eliminated, and the only mucus I have know is clear like water. Still must keep claning my nostrils several times a day, but not as before and its clear. I thing if doctors are keeping this simple solution from us, they are all crooks. And I know how much money I have expent on all kind of expensive treatments, Xrays, poisons, etc. If I am doing something that may harm me, please let me know, but so far so good. I will keep going.

PS/ You may edit my poor English if you want to publish my experience.

[YEA]  09/19/2007: Sandhi writes: "To Ted: My Ragweed Allergy can get pretty ugly. completely stuffed up nose at night, post nasal drip, scratchy throat, uncontrolled sneezing and general feeling of being run down. H2O2 was giving me bloating, when drinking it in water. This time I bought a nasal pump. Put 3% HP (h2o2) in it, and pumped it in my mouth. To my surprise, the post nasal drip stopped almost immediately and the sneezing stopped. I carried my nasal pump to work, and did the same, as soon as I found, a big sneeze is on its way. And it worked almost every time. So the oxidative therapy of HP is working far better than all the Vitamin C, Vitamin E, NAC, Zinc, b-complex I was taking in hopes of combating the allergies. I am really thankful to you, cause had you not written posiitve things abt HP, I would have had no courage to try HP. You motivated me. Although I tried Bill Munro's method and I am also going to thank him personally. Please note: spraying HP in nostrils is really irritating. But spraying it insides of the mouth/ under the tongue, can literally stop and allergy attack. ( It has at least in my case). With allergy symptoms under control, I feel I have more energy and need less sleep, get less tired. Apart from spraying, I am also taking like 2 drops of 35% HP in a glass of water in the morning. I really wanna kill all the bugs out there. I am really impressed... thankyou."
