In the article it shows "2026 Natural GLP-1 Support Protocol", is this what we will need to take?

This is the first time I have visited the site. I have Crohn's and possible Hypothyroidism (diagnosed years ago, Dr.made me get off meds and now another doctor thinks I have it) and with early stages of premenopausal and it's not fun. On the Crohn's and Hypothyroidism articles, it doesn't show or give any other information I haven't read before. Other than eating differently, are there not any natural remedies for these? In other words, I am gaining weight and cannot lose it due to no energy, cravings, etc. I want to lose weight, I'm not lazy, I just can't function right.
