Mixed with ginger ale and white grape juice, ACV tastes terrific. Very similiar in taste to Kombouchu tea.

I took Apple Cider Vinegar with a shot glass of Welches Grape Juice. It tastes a lot like wine to me this way. Much easier to take this way. I have a lot more energy already and I have only been taking it a few days.

after trying to use ACV for some months now, i feel it is best to use it on & off, not religiously everyday, also my dosage now is very small, just a few drops in a glass of water. believe me, the smaller dosage is more effective. i have stopped mixing with Baking soda now, because the dosage is small enough.

I recently tried ACV for the first time. I tried it mixed with baking soda and then alone. Alone, I mean mixed with water-2-TBSPwith4OZ.water.This worked for so many of my ailments I can't begin to tell you. But the BITTER TASTE!!!!!!!!!UUUGGGHHH!!!!!! So if your like me and you have very sensitive taste buds, try this-USE A STRAW to quickly sip the drink, and have a water chaser ready. It's the only way I could stomach the bitter taste. Now I take it daily, thanks to my straws!!

Brands of Apple Cider Vinegar

...a tip about acv: if you buy the expensive mother vinegar, save a couple of tablespoons and pour it into a gallon of the cheap store brand. Soon, the cheap stuff will be growing the mother, and you will have a re-usable, active culture very much like a sponge for making bread.

EC: Organic and unpastuerized ACV with the mother seems to be popular with people in the United States, but there are many, many more to try. We suggest you try them all and see which one your body responds best to. We do not suggest drinking acv bought at the grocery store EXCEPT in the event of food poisoning. We have no validating studies to back this up, but we think grocery brands like Heinz are far more acidic and as such can kill off the bacteria causing the poisoning more quickly. Well, that's our experience at any rate. Read more about food poisoning and acv here.

Baking Soda Note -- Very Important!

Would like to remind everyone that baking soda should not be taken with food, wait one hour after eating, taking soda with food will reduce the acids and enzymes needed for proper digestion. ACV should be taken with food if at all possible, this aids in digestion. Baking soda also is good for you because it changes ph from acid to alkaline, aids is killing bacteria infection, not effective for virus.

Local Apple Cider Vinegar

apple cider vinegar-formulated to not destroy enamel of teeth. I have seen a product locally in Ohio, and cannot find it elsewhere, it contains organic apple cider vinegar and curcumin. I believe in the form they have made it, I can have my apple cider vinegar fix in a drink without worrying about it eroding my teeth or esophagus. I know you dont like to publish products, but this one is called Haldi. They had a tea drink, but I believe only the fruit drink had ACV. It seemed unique, so I thought I would tell you about it. thanks, Maria

I've already written about how vinegar helped my husband and I but I wanted to share this information... Buying organic vinegar at a health food store is REALLY expensive. We found it for half the price at a local apple orchard-open only on Saturday's until the fall season. If you have one nearby, you might check. We paid $16.00 a gallon at a health food store and only $8.00 at the orchard!

Sinus Infections and Sinusitis

ACV cured my sinusitis - caused from living in polluted California. Even better, I had adhesions from having a c-section with the birth of my son. The doctors, over and over, had stated it was Irritated Bowel Syndrome and gave me a pill and sent me home. I was constantly constipated and feeling ickie. I NO LONGER HAVE THESE PROBLEMS.. HERE IS WHAT I DID - they (the adhesions) went away after 1 week:

Every morning - prior to eating anything:

5 glasses of good water
(with the last glass)
1/2 shot (use a shot-glass) of ACV & 1/2 water (in shot glass)

DOWN that shot with the last glass of water. You will never be constipated and as far as sinusitis... takes a while to get use to the taste, but now I like it.. PAIN IS GONE! woooo hoooo
