Ice Cream and Sinus Infections: The Link to Artificial Flavorings

I had a root beer float a couple of hours ago and although I have been suffering from a sinus infection for a few days, all of my symptoms just got a LOT worse. There HAS to be a connection!

A couple of weeks ago, I started "milking my diet" as advertised on TV. I was drinking 24 oz. of milk every 24 hours, and I developed a serious sinus infection. Went to the Doctors, and was put on antibiotics, which really didn't help. I started feeling better after about 3 weeks, and decided to start up my diet and exercise regimen again, which included drinking the 24 ounces of milk again. Sure as the sky is blue, I am suffering from another sinus infection. Apple cider vinegar and lots of water has helped but I know now that the excessive amounts of dairy are inducing my symptoms and will discontinue drinking that much of any dairy products.

Every time I drink a Baskin Robbins Chocolate milk Shake, I come down with a Sinus infection and flu like symptoms. (chills, headache). Usually within twenty four hours. I never realized it was the shake until now.

Dreyer's Rocky Road Ice Cream is the cause of my sinus infection. I ate too much of it last year and the symptoms worsen every time I eat it. Of course, I've toned it down quite a bit. Thanks for the natural remedies suggested.

wow ...I never knew there was a link between the Baskin Robbins ice cream and sinus infections. I thought it was only me. This might just be a coincidence. I NEVER eat ice cream!!!! But the other day I felt like indulging and I ate a lot of mint ice cream. It wasn't baskin robbins.
