The only 2 natural sarcoidosis cures I have heard:'One gentleman used Goji juice for 6 months (do not know the brand but he paid 40.00 for it). A study showed high doses of melatonin for unresponsive patients and it "cured" 2 persons. My personal observation: autoimmune-like minerals in the air is a major culprit I think behind sarcoidosis. These are airborne zinc, antimony, lead, and especially manganese. Especially manganese because a study showed this is what was found in high amounts in the granulomas of sarc lungs.
