It leads to high blood pressure (often resistant to treatment), low potassium levels, muscle weakness, fatigue, and frequent urination. Diagnosis involves blood tests for aldosterone/renin levels, while treatment options include surgical removal of the tumor or medication to block the hormone's effects.
