BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

Hello Sir, I have pimples or kind of bumps on my male private part and on testicles (Fordyce Spots). I tried using fresh garlic juice before bed. And after morning bath applied apple cider vinegar. It's giving severe burning sensation. I thought the oil glands will be burned because of the heat generated from garlic juice. It does but outer skin become burned, dark and peeled off in 3 to 4 days. Due to unbearable itching, I could not sleep in night. So I stopped. One good thing is pimple size got reduced.

Can you give your feedback on above process to continue. Or if you have any soothing thing to avoid itching? Thanks, Sanand

I found a cure to this fordyce spot things, though I am only treating those on my lips: go on a raw food diet AND apply freshly cut garlic to the affected area. But, the key thing here is persistence. They will start to go away but if you do not keep up with the garlic, preferably daily, they will start to come back. Persistence is as important as anything here. I still don't know what causes fordyce spots but I am thinking now it could be related to common warts.

Fordyce spots on the lips can be a very embarrassing problem and ridiculous "cures" abound on the internet. A dermatologist will tell you it is nothing to worry about but fail to realize the emotional stress that accompanies this condition especially if you are a guy. We dont wear lip stick. While harmless, these sebaceous oil glands do not belong on the lips but many have them. They look like little white spots. While I have not completely eliminated them, they are barely noticeable anymore. You simmply have to make this a daily routine. When you are in the shower or during your daily face washing, apply a facial scrub to the lips and exfoliate the lips with a small exfoliator. The one I have is small and circular and can be bought at a Wal Mart. Be intelligent. Don't remove skin to the point of bleeding but you need to start to exfoliate the skin. After, apply jojoba oil on your lips throughout the day and this is your daily routine. Once or twice a week, at night I take a q-tip dipped in apple cider vinegar and roll across my lips. I allow to dry and repeat this process for about 30 min. The next morning after I exfoliate the lips, I see an improvement which is very noticeable. It may take some time, but you will reduce the visibility for sure. They never go away but if you make this a daily routine then they will be almost unnoticeable. Hope this helps. Don't fall for the marketing hype and buy any of the crap on the internet.
