Magnesium Citrate I take 3 capsules 3 times a day and it has almost completely rid me of cellulite. I may start to take 4 capsules 3 times a day to get better results and I will let you know.

Oil pulling with a large tbsp of organic unrefined virgin coconut oil every morning for 20 mins has really helped reduce my cellulite, I still have the stubborn cellulite but I'm trying to drink more water. Some people oil pull 3 times a day, I will see how I go and might try it 3 times a day :)

I now take 3 capsules of magnesium citrate 3 times a day and it has worked the best for my cellulite, its a high dose but I may even take 4 capsules 3 times a day and see if that completely gets rid of my cellulite, I take a lot because of my severe constipation so you may not need that much.

Do you know how oil pulling would help cellulite? I would have never thought that this would be possible. Was it a report you've seen? I've researched and couldn't find anything

Psyllium

After a colonoscopy last month I was suffering from constipation for the first time in my life, so I started taking psyllium (bought in bulk from a natural foods store). At first I had a lot of gas and some abdominal discomfort, because I was taking too much. I found out that it is better to start slow--about a teaspoonful in 8oz of water, gradually building up to 1-2 tablespoons. I have been taking this amount daily for the past month and am noticing a significant decrease in waist size and LOSS OF ABDOMINAL CELLULITE.I am thrilled!

NB: For the past year I have also followed a low fat diet, mostly plant based, no processed foods. I also do 30-45 minutes of cardio (swimming or running) 5-6 days per week. But still couldn't completely shed a pot belly and cellulite. Then I started taking psyllium. WOW. At the age of 54 I figured I was stuck with the dreaded "spare tire" around the middle. Not so! I am not sure if the effect would be so dramatic if I were not exercising and eating such a healthy diet...

Also there is some impressive scientific research, very reputable, indicating that psyllium can lower high blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and high cholesterol. It contributes to improved cardiac health by reducing atherosclerosis. Psyllium has been used for centuries in Indian and Chinese medicine to fight gout and inflammation. Wonderful stuff!

I think colon cleanses are great for cellulite, I think psyllium husk has helped you empty your bowels which is why its helped you so much. I take magnesium citrate 3 capsules 3 times a day after each meal, I do it to help with my severe constipation and I've noticed that its worked best for my cellulite, my cellulite is almost gone. I may higher the dose to help empty my bowels and completely get rid of my cellulite :)

Rebounding on a mini trapoline and dry skin brushing with a natural bristle body brush before showering has significantly reduced my cellulite. By dry brushing and rebounding, the toxins that are build up are broken down and the lympathic system is cleaned out hence the elimination of cellulite. Must do for at least two weeks to see results. Good Luck!

Vicks

I am in my early twenties and I have cellulite. I have done extensive research on cellulite and can not seem to find a remedy anywhere. In fact most of the research I have done says that research is hereditary and you can never get rid of it. I fail to believe that. I know that there is a natural way out there. I am hoping that you or one of the readers would have any suggestions for a cure besides exercise which I do and it has not helped at all.

I read somewhere on this site that Vicks Vapor Rub has eliminated cellulite. I cannot vouch for it personally, but recall people saying that it works. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Worked Temporarily

I have found that the what works best for me is to massage my thighs using pressure and kneading motion for about 10 minutes on each thigh. You can use an intense moisturizer or the best that I've found contains seaweed extract in it, it's contents seem to help firm the skin. Do this everyday it will help break up the cellulite to give you a smoother look.

I have also done research and experimented on myself the use of caffeine (coffee grounds) on my thighs and you can almost see an instant result. I moistened the regular coffee grounds, then applied them all over my thighs. Next I massaged for about 5 min each thigh and reapplied so my thighs were covered. I wrapped my legs with cling wrap and placed warm towels around my legs and kept doing so for about 10 minutes. The caffeine tightens your skin almost instantly however this method needs to be repeated hourly it's more for an instant effect.

I never really had cellulite, until after having my baby by C-section birth. It was mainly on my stomach. I started putting distilled white vinegar on my stomach everyday. After a few months the "ugly skin" was gone.

I have suffered from cellulite since I was 15 years old. Have tried alkaline/raw/elimination diets, creams, oils, fasting, endermologie (works temporarily), no caffeine, ACV, colonics, lymphatic massage and nothing really seemed to work as a "cure". My cellulite is of the hard kind, I am an athlete and found it impossible to get those few small dimples to budge from my legs. I always knew that cellulite contained toxins and tried various methods of juicing and purging to hopefully eliminate them, much to my chagrin. By chance, I started reading up on Zeolite, which is similar to Bentonite, for its detoxing abilities, and started a protocol to try to reduce my bodies toxic load before getting pregnant. After about a month, I was just stunned to see that my cellulite was disappearing, and at that point I had just given up on caring about it anymore. Update: 12 months later, my cellulite is the best it has ever been since I did the detox before getting pregnant, and this is the 9th month. Women around the world complain that pregnancy makes their cellulite worse. I think that Zeolite detox protocol can have amazing long term results for hard cellulite. Hard cellulite is not subcuntaneous and needs a targeted protocol that can penetrate deep within to remove the underlying toxins. I was also using an infrared sauna and drinking lots of Penta water to aid the flush. I would also assume that for cases worse than mine, using an ultrasound method of fat liquidation, like Dermasonic or Lipo Ex would further assist in the process. Rock on

I've had cellulite on my buttocks pretty much all my life, even though I'm quite thin. Wasn't too worried about it. Started on powdered zeolite a couple of weeks ago for an overall detox and was pretty surprised to note a dramatic reduction in cellulite in my problem area. Zeolite helps remove toxins from the body and I've read that cellulite is little more than trapped toxins, so it makes sense. Very pleased with the progress and look forward to the results getting even better with time.

I've had a lot of luck with collagen supplements and gotu kola supplements, I don't eat right or exercise (I'm trying) But I just got some activated zeolite but I don't know much about it. On the internet there isn't much information, does anyone know how safe it is or what the side effects are?

Zeolite was awesome for cellulite but it caused me a lot of constipation and ive already been suffering with constipation my whole life so I didn't need it to get worse. I stopped the zeolite which I really liked but had to and started taking magnesium citrate to help empty my bowels, well emptying my bowels or just the magnesium has been the best thing so far that I've tried for cellulite, I take a high dose because I have terrible constipation but you may not need so much, I take 3 capsules 3 times a day :) good luck

Thank you for writing on cellulite!!! I've looked everywhere for something that works—and maybe now I found it. My question is how do you take the zeolite??? Do you swallow something?? Or do you put something on the skin of your legs?? If you can remember the brand name, please tell me that also. Thank you again!!!!
