Asbestosis Remedies

| Modified on Jun 10, 2020

Asbestosis may not become symptomatic for decades after exposure to asbestos. This may have been in the mining industry but also in construction, as asbestos was long used as a flame-retardant until the dangers the mineral fiber can present to our health, including asbestosis and lung cancer as well, became clear.

Symptoms of asbestosis include breathing issues and a tightness in the chest, persistent cough, and a loss of lung capacity.

Natural Cures: Stopping smoking is critical. Physical therapy may also help. Supplemental oxygen may be advised, and a nebulized therapy to reduce secretion buildup or otherwise repair lung tissue may help.

Hi, I saw your website on the vitamin c group on Facebook. I would be really grateful for some advise.

i am 40 years old a non smoker and a mother of 3 children all under 7. About 8 years ago we did some work on our house we pulled up a patio and smashed up some concrete a lot of concrete over a few days. I was worried at the time that there could have been asbestos in the concrete. Time has passed and over the last 6 months I have been getting chest tightness, shortness of breath shoulder pain back in December. Life has been pretty miserable for the past 6 months. I don't feel like I can run anymore, I get a tight chest when I run and I am absolutely terrified that I have poisoned my lungs with asbestos and that I will have a slowly get worse over time. I have been having counselling, drastically changed my diet, I have been oil pulling for the past month. I have tried drinking some collolial silver but not much of that. Have been taking probiotics to treat my gut. Is there anything I can do to protect myself and to try and be there for my kids as they grow up.

Lou
