I am a real person and believe me when I say that you can shrink your tumors without any strange and complicated concoctions. I read a lot of posts and even tested on my self in the span of two months: one with said remedies and one without.

This is what worked for me:
* Change of diet
* Exercise
* Apple Cider Vinegar & Blackstrap Molasses
* Natto. Yes. Natto.


I exercised. If you're out of shape, just walk briskly everyday. I walk every morning rain or shine, lift weights sometimes and do yoga. Whatever you like, just move and sweat!

I cut out a lot of fake dairy/ food out of my diet [the cheese on burgers, nacho sauce, powdered cheese] and only ate real food with ingredients I could pronounce without sounding I was some type of scientist.

I juiced whenever I could. Nothing crazy, just carrot and apple for example. Lots of water as well!

I had a mix of 2 TB ACV and 1 TB BSM in a large glass of water once a day.

Now here's the kicker; Natto. Natto is fermented japanese soybeans. If you' do a search, you'll find it. It looks gross to the typical American, but Natto is some powerful stuff. It's heavy in vitamin K and a compound that dissolves tumor like material in the body.

Yes. It's no joke. I eat it 3 to 4 times a week with hot rice and BBQ sauce. It makes it taste like baked beans and rice.

If you see any websites that offer Nattokinase, it's powdered Natto in pill form.

I tried everything above a month before since I have long, heavy, and tiring menstrual cycles that last 6 days+. My cycle was light and it only lasted for 4 days.

Without it, it typical, painful and heart breaking.

I'm no doctor, but I can tell you from my experience that it worked. I'm not completely cured, but my cycles are no longer heavy, I no longer have mood swings and I've had more energy now then when I was first diagnosed. I've lost weight as well.

Please go to your local Japanese food market and pay a pack of natto. It costs under 2 dollars. Try it for a month, 3 times a week...that is all I ask.

I started doing the acv rtreatment 4 days ago after finding your site. I wasn't doing it for anything specific, I just thought I'd try it and see what happened.

Today (day 4), I noticed that my period zits have nearly completely disappeared. My regular unexplained stomach/bowel bloating has nearly completely gone. Anything I eat doesn't hurt me anymore, but I have kept to my modified Atkins for weight loss. My skin is usually pretty good, but it's just lovely today. And the stubborn blackheads on my cheeks and nose area are much reduced already. Various scrubs and masks have failed to clear them in the past. I've been exercising every day for the past 4 weeks and I'm already losing weight and size, but I want to see after about a week if the acv pushes things faster along. I found acv with honey in the same bottle at my local supermarket and I'm drinking that. Then I bought just plain acv to use as a toner to help my skin from the inside and out.

As for the tooth enamel issues, I have a simple remedy. I take 3 tablespoons 3 times a day without fail (it's also helped with no more cravings and in between meal munchies - all gone). I bend my tongue so it has a well shaped indentation in it, pour the acv onto that and flick it down my throat without anything having touched my teeth. But afterwards, I rinse with my mouth with water just to be safe. For the lunch time dose when I'm at work, I put the acv in about a cup of water in a water bottle and use a straw to drink it down as quickly as possible, then I rinse my mouth with plain water again. So far no enamel issues and I'm not expecting any. I hope this has helped somebody and I will post again in about a week's time with any more results. For those people who haven't had any success with anything, keep trying, up your dosage, watch what you eat, be honest with yourself about what you put in your mouth, and give yourself some time. It's not an instant cure and everyone is different. If it's not working for you, then you may just be more resistant than most. Keep trying and don't lose hope. It will work. You might just need to give yourself 4 or 5 weeks, instead of just one, especially if your diet is normally a nutritional nightmare. Good luck.

I was drinking 2tsp ACV with 10oz water twice a day for a month or so, and then decided maybe I should stop for a while so that my body don't get lazy. Lo and behold suddenly I was a raging lunatic, irrational, just angry and irritated for the smallest things. Realized it was PMS which I missed it last month (got my period without PMS), wasn't sure if it was due to ACV but had 1 tbsp in a big glass of water in the evening and this morning I'm relaxed and normal again still couple days away from my period. So, will continue to drink it from now on, I highly recommend...

A few days before my period, I often find myself getting extremely anxious and paranoid. The same thing happens on day 5 of my period. Not sure what is happening to my hormones, but I don't like it! I have discovered that a 200 mg of Sam-e will immediately stop the anxiety and paranoia. I still feel quite emotional up until the day I get my period, but it is way reduced with sam-e. Great supplement. I don't take it every day, just when necessary.

Lately, I have been turning into a WITCH with PMS. I just can´t seem to control myself and my emotions---the frustration and anger. Ok it just keeps getting better.I have been on the acv for 3 months now for arthrtis pain with awesome results.However I have found that my PMS symptoms have gone also.My periods have come with no warning because of no bloating,iratability,or crazy cravings,not even fatigue.Acv is a miracle in a bottle. I take 2 tablespoons twice a day in juice or sprite even water,drink it with a straw so it does not really get on your teeth. Sweet Blessings.

My girlfriend suffers from bipolar mania and PMS, and I've tried hard to figure out why she can be the most perfect, wonderful, loving girlfriend for months, then turn into a mean, vicious, heartless, remorseless monster and kick me out of the house. Then she started taking an herb called fenugreek to increase milk production while breastfeeding. Within less than two weeks she transformed back into the wonderful, loving woman I fell in love with and it was better than ever! After doing more research I determined that the culprit was a neuropeptide hormone called oxytocin, the love hormone. It's responsible for milk production, bonding, trust, openness, reduction in stress/anxiety, and to some extent libido. It was a beautiful transformation! Apparently there was an intranasal form of oxytocin available previously, but now you have to get it custom made, but fenugreek seems to promote its production. I guess the key is to make sure that she takes it regularly while her oxytocin levels are high and she's still reasonable! Otherwise the bad version of her may refuse to take it!

I take ACV 2TBS in 8oz water taking sips all through the day. I was bloated all month and had water retention 10 days before my period. I was miserable i tried everything , diet change , pills homeopathic, and my husband is a physician and he gave all kind of medicines but still everything just could not solve my problem. i was annoyed all the time becuase i do not know what my exact size was and i was restless all the ime , never comfortable, in sitting or lying down. Please post this where asthma sufferers can view it, this is important because I had a hard time finding a cure for asthma on your site but thank God I did. I began a regimen of oil pulling shortly after a lingering cold went to my lungs, I just couldn't get rid of the mucus. I prayed for relief. I am so thankful to have found this website. For years I have had terrible PMS with severe breast pain, depression, etc. for two weeks each month and also terrible cramps during my period. I started taking a combination of 1 TBSP molasses and 2 TBSP ACV in water twice daily about one week ago (two days before my period). I was very pleasantly surprised to find that my flow was cut in half. I was disappointed, however, after everything I've read here, that my cramps were as awful as they normally are. I will keep taking the mixture twice a day in the hopes it will lessen my breast pain and cramps in the future.

One of my 12 year old twin daughters was having cramps due to her starting to have periods. I didn't have much to offer her so I gave her a cup of ice cold raw milk. Stomach cramps went away and she slept thru the night.

I went through the comments posted. Many have positive results using ACV but few had side effects also. However we don't know whether it's gone completely or it will recur again.

I am a registered homeopathic practitioner and have used homeopathic remedies and ayurvedic herbs (resonance and classical)together with best results.

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

Just another comment on flaxseed oil for PMS! It worked wonders. 1000 mg/day, every day, and no mood swings (formerly debilitating for me) or breast tenderness.

There was a side effect though - it shortened my cycle by a week. I couldn't stand that so I'm off it now. But haven't found anything else yet that worked as well.

I suffer from dramatic mood changes, anger problems, weight gain and spots on my face with every period :(

I started drinking a glass of water with two teaspoons of ACV and one of molasses every morning and have been doing it for a month now. Not sure if it's related to it, but after months of being pretty regular, my mood changes came on day 14 on my cycle instead of right before my period. The spots on my face did not go away, and even got stronger right after my period!

I did not gain the traditional 2 kg but the cramps were maybe a bit more painful!

Does anyone know how long does it take to see the effects of drinking this mix? Should I be drinking it twice a day? Should I wait a little longer? My skin and hair are pretty dull too... I thought ACV was a miracle skin enhacer! :(

Any help will be appreciated!

Hang in awhile longer with the ACV and molasses. I remember breaking out and such when I first used them; it did pass.

For the PMS, B6 may help (I'd take a good B-complex, plus some extra B6 at PMS time). 5-HTP has been effective for some, so you might want to look into that as well.

I've just started the ACV today, after having tried just about everything for PMDD. This past month was pretty bad with bad anxiety the whole week of my period. I have never suffered with such severe PMS. As I've gotten older it's progressively worsened. I am also taking vitex to help my progestrone levels, and it has helped, but I am finding that with vitex I feel sleepy a lot from day 14 onwards. The good news with vitex is that my cycle has finally resumed its normal 28 day cycle, my skin remains clear and my anxiety does lessen. My periods are much longer than ever before - sometimes lasting up to 8 or 9 days. In my younger years, I was always so regular and had some PMS, but not this bad at all.

These days I take a B complex, Calcium/Magenesium everyday as well. I really hope ACV added into the 'mix' will do away with all the craziness of that week. I hope to stick with one thing that will be 'the winner' and to keep things simple for myself. My diet is very good, and I exercise regularly too. I will keep you posted. How are you coming along?

Yes, I had a morning tea of hot water, 1 heaping tsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp on black strap molasses or honey, 2 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar, and a dash of cayenne pepper. Honey makes it more palatable than BSM, but the BSM has iron, magnesium, and calcium - all which are good for PMS and PCOS. I drank it twice a day, or sipped it throughout the day. I stopped for a few months and noticed that the symptoms returned - depression, PMS, etc, - so I just started back once a day. Hope that's helpful! Really, it's the only thing that normalized my hormones!
