ACNE

4 YEA

[YEA]  05/18/2007: Annette from Detroit, USA writes: "I remember a teacher of mine in high school mentioning how she had put urine on her face and it helped with her acne. Years and years later, it popped back up in my mind. I have been struggling with bumps on my forehead ever since I stopped using hormonal birth control. Urine Therapy has helped stubborn little bumps on my forehead and helped to even out my skin tone. Whenever I am at home, I have urine on my face. I try to keep in on as long as possible and only wash it off when I have company or go out. I have seen my bumps decrease by about 30% over that past 5 days, hopefully they will all go away. I only use fresh urine but I am thinking about keeping it and using older urine. I have never ingested it, but I may start, the health benefits of it are overwhelming and easily researchable. Any advice about this treatment for acne would be greatly appreciated! So far so good though!"

09/20/2008: David from Long Island, NY replies: ""The Water of Life" by J W Armstrong has many examples about urine therapy."

[YEA]  05/12/2007: Jennifer (liarsbeware[at]sbglobal.net) from Lansing, IL writes: "Urine really works for acne. I get really deep or cystic acne. The kind you can't pop and if you do it just gets worse and leaves a scar. After reading about using it for acne on this website, I just had to try it for myself. I peed on a cotton swab when I woke up and held it for a minute or so on the pimple. After just a few minutes it seemed to have brought the pimple to a head. The next day I did it again and now it's almost gone. This will be the way I handle my cystic pimple from now on. Try it and see!"

[YEA]  01/11/2007: Erin from Seattle, WA writes: "I'm really surprised this hasn't been posted, but the real remedy to acne or cystic acne is your own urine! Soak a cotton ball (first morning pee is best)hold it on the pimple, repeat every time you urinate, the pimple will go away. Contrary to popular belief, human urine is sterile and contains your own wasted antibodies. Don't knock it until you try it, it really works!"

URINE THERAPY FEEDBACK

[YEA]  09/07/2008: Michelle from Toronto, ON writes: "I've suffered from cold sores my entire life. I hate when I feel that tingle coming on. I tried everything, and some things will help and shorten the duration, but I finally found what will stop if from even developing. My step-dad said he heard of people using their own urine. Just pass a q-tip through your own stream of urine, then dab it on the spot where a coldsore is developing. I was VERY reluctant to try this, but one day I felt one coming on and I was desperate. I tried it, and it worked!! Nothing came of it! I've tested this 2 or 3 times since, and can happily report its still working! I'm so happy to have found something that works."

Done this trick with great sucess through out my 56 years on planet earth."

i even have my boyfriend peeing on his feet when he has foot fungus now. he was skeptical - but it worked for him too!
also i put a drop in my eyes when they are red and/or itchy and get relief.

[YEA]  08/02/2008: Deb B from Layton, UT writes: "Urine therapy cured my warts. All 3 times that I have gotton pregnant I get warts. The past 2 times I have had them frozen off in my ob/gyn office. This past time I got a lot of them and they spread into my nailbeds were they were no longer able to be frozen. My gyno sent me to a dermatologist and they attempted to remove them with chemo injections. I got about 10 shots in my nail beds with hurt like crazy yet nothing happened to the warts. I went back a month later to the dr. as advised and he decided that they were stubborn enough to not continue with the shots but to rather try a topical treatment called DNCB. Some sort of chemical that is suppose to induce an allergic reaction and have my immune system fight off the warts. Well, it back-fired. I applied the treatment as prescribed and I ended up with huge puss blisters which they said were normal but it developed into a bad strep infection. I got really sick: fever, chills, achy, and fingers that were disabled (which was really difficult with a newborn baby). I was put on an antibiotic for the strep infection and started feeling better slowly. About a month last I developed some bowel problems and started to feel sick with bloody stools for about a week. I went to the dr. again and it was decided after a ton of testing that I had "Antibiotic enduced Colitis". I couldn't believe it. All this just in hopes of taking away a few warts. I of course was fed up so I got online. This is when I found urine therapy. It sounded easy enough, cheap enough, and it couldn't seem to hurt. I wasn't brave enough to actually drink it but I read that by just putting the urine on the warts would do the trick. I figured I could handle that so I did it and IT WORKED!! I can't believe it. What a miracle. After all that trouble, money, pain, and all I had to do was pee on my hands. The warts that were once "stubborn" and huge, cracked, bleeding are now a problem of the past. I don't know why or how it works but I am glad I know this cheap and painless cure."

[NAY]  06/26/2008: Barbara from Camden, AR writes: "I don't see how drinking urine could be healthy as urine is a waste product. It just does not make sense to me to put back in your body what it has put out, even if you use it externally. Besides as soon as urine gets cold it is very prone to bacteria and other germs. It is only sterile when it's hot."

[YEA]  06/20/2008: Teresa from Nacogdoches, USA writes: "Although it may sound gross to some, here is a remedy that's been used by my family for generations. It has worked on me, my siblings and my children. It is now known that your own urine has natural antibiotic properties unique to the individual who contributes the sample. However, your child must be old enough to urinate into a cup (with your help of course). Catch the urine in mid stream in a cup. Take 1 teaspoon and pour into the ear canal followed by a cotton ball then lay the child down for a nap. You will never spend another dime on antibiotics for ear infections if this remedy is used."

[YEA]  02/25/2008: James (james.thomas@yahoo.com) from Grass Valley, CA writes: "My inner guide clearly instructed me to "Drink water from my own cistern" as quoted in Genesis about seven years ago. I am under the impression that since urine is basically structured water. If one adopts a diet of living foods, than the chemistry structure of the urine's cell salts will mirror what is going in. What we are after is optimal health. Google hexagonal water and ionized water, and watch uTube videos on these subjects and the testimonies of people having miraculous recoveries seem to go always go back to high oxidative potential (ORP) and alkalinity of drinking water. But, I do not see too much research on urine, which does not require the purchase of an expensive ionizer or Vitalizer. I am not knocking these machines, but I am wondering if they are really necessary for us folks who "drink from our own cisterns." Nonetheless, Life is an odyssey, and the powers that be will guide each one of in a unique way. Blessings, James"

[YEA]  12/11/2007: Joyce from Joelton, TN writes: "Kris Kemp's urine therapy comment reminded me of Paul Harvey's news I was listening to on the way home one morning. Paul had somehow learned about an Asian male that customs officials had stopped and intensely interrogated over several hours. At the end if their interrogation, they told the man that the reason they had stopped him and questioned him was because they thought he was using someone else's passport because he looked so much younger than the age on his passport and added that he gave correct answers to all their questions, so they had to accept it, and asked how he could look so young at his age. His reply was that the only thing that he did different from most people was drinking a glass of his urine every day. Paul said he got to wondering if there was anything in your urine that would do that and called a friend in medical research and asked him if drinking a glass of your urine daily would make you look younger. His friend replied that he couldn't answer that because he did not know of any studies that had ever been done on that. Paul said he then asked if his friend had ever tasted urine. to which he replied "Yes indeed I have & it tastes remarkedly like beer". I laughed the rest of the way home because I've always said they could put all the beer back in the horse". For those of you who are finicky, read the ingredients on your expensive face cream & you'll find urea listed there. For the curious, like me, you don't need to go buy a book or to the library, just google "urine therapy" for a good read and urine analysis."

[YEA]  12/06/2007: Kris Kemp (bicycledays@yahoo.com) from Burlington, Vermont writes: "Urine therapy works. I remember feeling depressed, anxious, and cloudy headed, unable to concentrate. I drank about a cup of my own urine, and literally minute later felt a rush of energy and this sense of happiness come over me. Urine therapy and taking a cold shower for 60-seconds are amazing cures for a lot of health problems. It's not disgusting--just hold your nose and drink it in the shower. It will cure your physical problems and eliminate your depression. There's books written about it, too. Get them at your local library or from Amazon. Thanks! Kris http://www.curebug.com"

[YEA]  10/13/2007: Don from Mt. Vernon, Ohio writes: "Any urologist will tell you that urine as it comes from the stream is a "sterile" fluid containing mostly vitamins, minerals, proteins, hormones, with some urea. Urea is not something that can be taken in large amounts, but is the same product you will find in a cream from the drug store if you have gotten a prescription for foot fungus. Yes peeing on your foot can clear up fungus. Someone said it is dirty, disgusting and "these people need educated". Andrea you are the one that needs educated. The urea is a prime source of cure for many fungal problems and other types of ailments. For over 5000 years it has shown to be effective in many ways. Just as acupunture is known to work by modern medicine, so has urine therapy found a medical following in doctors and researchers. Yes it is strange to many and that is way many don't mention it. Does it work and is it clean? Yes ! Or I should say "yes" as long was the urine you use is yours and you don't have a urinary tract infection. Sharing someone else's urine would be a bad choice."

[YEA]  07/31/2007: Rhonda (rho_nelson@yahoo,com) from Tallahassee, USA writes: "... Has anyone heard of this cure all remedy...the urine cure. Has anyone tried it? Its tried overseas, one ounce daily i think? It sounds disgusting, but apparently has cured people from many illnesses, including terrible cases of tuberculosis, which of course is caused by a mycobacterium. Just Google mycobacterium, urine, and cure..."

03/13/2008: Joyce from Joelton, TN replies: "To Rhonda from Tallahassee 7/30/07 re urine therapy. Hi Rhonda, Browsing Earth Clinic and came across your query re urine therapy. I haven't gotten past the "yuk" thinking myself but can help out by passing on second hand information which I found very informative.

In the absence of a urinary tract infection, urine is a sterile solution. Prior to WWI, and maybe after, it was uncouth for a soldier/ warrior to pass up a wounded comrade without stopping to urinate in/on his wound to cleanse it. I have also been told that when plasma was unavailable at the battlefront, urine was given IV, to replace lost blood volume in emergency situations, thereby saving many lives. Come to think of it, maybe that is what the USA anethesiologist was thinking about when some nurses reported that they observed him urinating into a container while in the operating room and adding it to the patient's IV fluids. Apparently it caused the patients no harm but it did create some problems for the anethesiologist. Somehow IV urine seems more appealing than oral urine.

There is a book titled "Your Own Perfect Medicine" which will tell you all about urine therapy and the chemical contents of urine, and many positive testamonials from users who should know- one I recall was a fellow with full blown AIDS and looked, and said he felt fine, 14 years after his initial diagnosis - but this didn't occur until after he started the urine therapy & found it worked. Another I remember was a female with severe rheumatoid arthritis who also sang its praises. I did suggest that a friend with Parkinson's disease try it as a last resort, because orthodox medicine had accelerated the downhill slide instead of halting it. If he ever got up the courage to try it, he didn't tell me about it. He went to the big family reunion over a year ago. From reading about it, the worst side effect would be getting past that "YUK".

The only other information I can pass on came from listening to the radio on the way home one morning (PBS I think) when that melodious voiced Paul Harvey came on. He went into detail about some Asian fellow who was stopped by customs officials at the airport and intensively interogated for several hours before letting him proceed on to his destination. PH said the customs officials told him that the reason they stopped him was they couldn't believe that he was as old as stated on his passport when he looked so much younger, but since he gave them all the correct answers they had to accept that the passport was actually his and asked him what he did to look so young. The man's answer to that was the only thing he did different from others he knew, was that he drank a glass of his own urine every day.

PH said he got to wondering and called a friend in medical research and asked him if there was anything in urine that would keep you looking young if you drank it. His answer was that he couldn't answer that question because as far as he knew, no study had been done on that. PH said he then asked his friend if he had ever tasted urine himself. The answer was "yes, indeed I have and it tastes remarkably like beer".

Beer, in my opinion, should be put back in the horse, but maybe this little bit of second hand information can help you "beer lovers" get past the "YUK" bit, if you ever need "Your Own Perfect Medicine".

One further bit of information, a patient told me that drinking your own urine as medicine came from the Bible. Where it speaks of "drinking from your own fountain" was interpreted as drinking your own urine. During the past year I read that one survivor was rescued past the point of expecting to find anyone buried in the rubble (earthquake) to be alive. This was somewhere in India. Sadly he said his wife and son also survived the quake but died because they refused to drink their urine as he did. Of course this would be due to dehydration."

[YEA]  04/19/2007: Charles (sammycharles@gmail.com) from Sacramento, CA writes: "Now most people react like I did when I first heard about this. I remember I heard it on the radio one morning and I thought, I am open minded but I could never imagine doing that. So then a few years later I came across it again, starting doing some research. Read about 15 books on it and thought, hmm maybe I should try this. What was/is it. Urine therapy. Now if you are now quite ready to ingest it there are still many ways to use it. I always put a drop in my eyes in the AM, I have never worn glasses and feel it does good. But sometimes when my eyes get dry or sore it is really amazing the relief from this.

NOw the other use is for shaving, my face. Yes I heard this and thought, I can't imagine this working on my face, I have a somewhat heavy beard and sensitive skin. Well I thought instead of spending $10 on Shaving cream, I buy the good stuff from Whole Foods, I would try it. Well it was truly amazing, I thought my face would be really red and scratchy afterwards becuase it is so light but it works amazingly well. Here is how I do it. I use my AM pee and try to use it while still warm, if not I keep it and reheat it in a cup in hot or warm water. Then I have a glass of Warm Pee, and a glass of hot water. I get my face wet with warm water and then sometimes splash my face with Pee/ or not, and then I dip my razor in the glass of Pee and make one or two strokes. Then I rinse it off in the hot water. I do this so my sink doesn't get smelly. It typically takes me 7 minutes to shave. I have to be careful not to let the urine run down my chest because once it gets in your hair, it really stays and well I don't really want to smell like Pee all day. Hey that's just me. The most convenient way is when I use it in the shower and then it usually gets washed down the sink and there is no smell.

I will also just use it as splash on my face.

Hope this doesn't freak ya'll out too much. I have many more stories and experience with it. Contact me if you like."
