07/19/2011: Crissy from Houston, Texas, Usa writes: "Hello I was wanting to know if HP still has positive effects on the body if you put seven drops into a gallon of distilled water? Reason Im asking is because the doctors have said my mother is not getting enough oxygen to her heart. She's too lazy to do the drops three times a day and watch out when she eats. She wants everything easy and wants people to take care of her. Shes 55. Would it still make her sick if she has food in her stomach? Can you add more than seven drops? Possibly add ACV to it too for flavor? I appreciate any advice. I love my mom I already know how she is. She likes to be difficult. Thanks!"

08/07/2011: Jeff from Cebu City, Philippines replies: "Hi Crissy, I'm putting 10 drops of 35% HP on 1.5L of water. And slowly sip on it the whole day before. Since I'm a bit lazy myself and don't want to wake up early. Lol. So, what I'm doing now is I put 10 drops into an 8oz container at night before bed and keep the stuff beside me at night. When I wake up around 5am to relieve myself, that is when I take it and I go back to bed. For the rest of the day, I bring along a concoction of ACV BS BSM fulvic acid with me to sip the whole day. I believe that would make it easier for me to manage. My mom also drinks 10drops of HP every morning, once a day and it seems to have a positive effect on her. Hope that helps."

07/16/2011: Crissy from Houston, Texas, Usa writes: "Hi I'm Crissy ,
I'm on the fifteen drops of hp. I have no known illness I'm just tired all the time. I started taking hp to prove to my ill mother that it would not kill her. Lol! She has heart problems, anemia and diabetes. Is there a special way she should take hp? Since she's on meds. I take my doses at 5am, go back to sleep, wake up at 8am take another dose and eat at nine. Three hours later I take my final dose. Is there problem with not eating in-between doses? I also have not gotten this energy everyones talking about. I had also seen on another sight that I needed to start taking vitamin E and that ingredient that's in yogurt (sorry cant remember at the moment). So I've been eating yogurt 2x a day and taking the vitamin. I've also been drinking allot of water, avoiding caffeine, and eating healthier. Any advice? I'm using distilled water. Thanks for your time!"

07/18/2011: Crissy from Houston, Texas, Usa replies: "Just a update I'm also noticing my skin seems pale. I can see the blue veins in my feet and pelvic area. Is this normal? I an now noticing some energy mentally. I also would like to know if any one has ever dosed a child before? Obviously I believe they would be smaller doses. My four year old had a benign tumor removed from the left side of his brain when he was three. There is a small piece left. The chances of it growing back are small. He's on anti-seizure medication, which I would like him to be off of. I was thinking to give the rest of my family the inhalation type of hp. Thanks for your time, hope to hear from someone soon."

07/03/2011: Brenda from Eugene, Oregon writes: "I bought a pint sized bottle of 35%. I put that in an empty gallon jug and added 3 pints of distilled water to it. I then poured the rest of the left over distilled water in to which made it a whole gallon. I take 1 teaspoon of that mixture and put it in a gallon of distilled water and drink a glass whenever I am thirsty throughout the day. Do you think this is the right recipe? Also if I wanted to add the baking soda how much would I add? Would I add the baking soda into my jug I am using throughout the day?"

[SIDE EFFECTS]  05/17/2011: Cleoppa from Cleburne, Tx writes: "I started taking 3% hydrogen peroxide when I had a cold. I'd taken a bath in hydrogen peroxide and it made me feel lots better. So I researched it here and started taking about an 1/8 to 1/4 cap three times a day.

About a week later, I started getting really achey and sore in my joints, especially around my lower abdomen. After a few days of this, I got curious and started reading comments here. I wondered if perhaps I was getting heavy metal toxicity from the non-food-grade peroxide. I stopped taking the hydrogen peroxide and I took garlic, cilantro, chlorella... put coconut oil on my back...

I felt better very soon after. There's a lot of anecdotal stories here... Maybe there was no heavy metal toxicity... Maybe it was just related to the cold I'd had... Maybe it wasn't related to the hydrogen peroxide... maybe it was coincidence.

Anyway, I'm certainly not taking non-food-grade hp again."

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  05/16/2011: Valrena from Burlington, Ontario writes: "My husband and I have started on the H20. We are up to nine drops in distilled water. Is is ok to premix it in distilled water in smaller bottles? My husbands schedule is so crazy as a trucker I thought could mix it before he goes so he can have it handy during his drive.

Also if you miss a day should you start over from 3 drops? Already we both feel our breathing is better and I have much more energy. Thank you in advance"

04/06/2011: Petah from Adelaide, Sa, Australia writes: "Hi Ted,

I have read a lot on Earth Clinic about Hydrogen peroxide and am keen to use it as a detox for my system, however I take Dexamphetamine which is prescribed by my doctor for ADHD. I want to know if this will cause a problem for me if I start to do detoxing or alkalizing my system? Do you have any suggestions for me? I have been dropping weight rapidly and have had low blood pressure with dizzy spells. I also have been having random bouts of diarrhoea which I'm told is just my way of handling the medication.

Regards, Pet"

04/06/2011: Esprit64 from North Yarmouth, Maine Usa writes: "Hello: Since hearing about H202 therapy, I have been unable to learn what must be monitored while taking the therapy--separating fact from hype (or fear mongering by the pharmaceutical industries).

For example, one source suggested that there is a well-known though uncommon potential risk of this treatment called "hemolysis, " the destruction of red blood cells that can lead to potentially life-threatening anemia. " Therefore, the report states that a patient's hemoglobin and hematocrit values should be taken before and during treatment.

In any event, if there are real downsides, I'd like to know what they are."

I diluted 35 per cent food grade into 175ml of water, 3 to 4 drops once a day.. In the morning only... It worked out to be 0. 04 strength... At the start I was feeling energetic but in the 4th month my immune system virtually shut down... I got a really bad viral infection that had me coughing.... Phlegm.. Etc... I have had this infection for more than 3 months and only now my cough has just started to subside... But still bringing up phlegm..... I have never had such a bad viral infection in my life and I am certain the HP lowered my immune system..... Trust me... I purchased many books and read them all on HP and thought this would be beneficial to me..... Unfortunately it wasn't..... I believe now it definitely lowers your immune system and causes free radicals...... I just hope I have not done permanent damage to my body...."

03/25/2011: Dennis from Aurora, Il, United States writes: "Has anyone had any experience using the H2O2 protocol with anyone who has dementia or alzheimer's? I tried to find comments from Ted on this but no luck. My mother is 65 and has been diagnosed with severe dementia, although her first diagnosis was a condition that mimicks dementia due to years of depression and keeping emotions inside. I can't remember the name of the condition. Anyway, I've read the book "The One Minute Cure" and they listed dementia as one of the conditions that H2O2 has helped. I have stage 4 metastatic renal cell carcinoma and I'm on the protocol and doing pretty well.

My dad decided to give this a shot with my mom and she's on day #4 and he & my brother both say they have seen small, but noticeable improvements already. I just want to make sure this wont harm her in any way because I also read that one of the causes of dementia & alzheimer's is the production of H2O2 in the brain and the oxidative stress it causes along with creating free radicals. I have come to completely trust the advice I've seen here, so Ted, if you get this I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thank you!"

I got a viral infection and this severe cough, phlegm and I stopped taking hp as I thought this caused my viral infection.. I visited a herbalist who said I should have confined the hp as I might have been going through a cleansing process and by stopping it suddenly my body was not fully cleansed and I probably had bad toxins stuck in my body... It has virtually taken me 3 months now to get over this cough and phlegm situation... I am still coughing but only maybe once a day with some phlegm... Moral of the story I guess is don't stop taking hp all of a sudden..."

03/14/2011: Marina from Dubai, Uae writes: "Hello, I just needed to enquire if I can take h2o2 in any kind of juice or should it be taken only with watermelon juice? I find it easier to have it with juice, as it masks the taste. A few weeks back, I started a detox program where I had to drink a concoction of herbs throughout the day. I added a few drops of h2o2 in that concoction and found that sipping it throughout the day made me more energetic- to the point that even though my body was tired, my mind would be so active, that I would be working throughout the day.

Now that my detox diet is over, I need to find out if juice can be a good way to take h2o2. Currently, I am adding it to watermelon and sometimes in carrot-apple-celery juice. I wanted to add it in grapefruit, but needed advice on the same. Thanks so much for the wonderful site and information."

03/14/2011: Terri Yac from Challis, Id writes: "I have been ingesting hydrogen peroxide for my scleroderma, which I have had for 13 years. It is the first thing that I have had a result with. I am getting color back into my lesions and they are flattening. I have energy and just a feeling of well being. My question to anyone is my husband, last summer, had sudden death syndrome. With a pacemaker/ fibulator can he do the treatment? He is so impressed with what it did for me that he wants to try it for himself. He is only 56 years old and wants to live a full life. He is back at work but feeling very tired and with all the drugs they have him on (statins, blood thinners, ect. ) Joints really hurt. I just don't know what it would do to his device he has or if it would counter act with his medications.

For people with scleroderma, I started out on the 3 drops of the 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in 8 oz. If distilled water 3 times a day. Worked up to 25 drops 3 times a day. The 25 drops made me kind of upset to my stomach so I am working back down til I get comfortable then going to hold on the dosage for 2 or 3 weeks. Then I bath every other day in 4 pints of the over-the-counter hydrogen peroxide. Yes, It is working but want to know if it's safe for my hubby!"

First off, I've done much research on HP injestion. 35% diluted. I will definetly be starting the therapy myself soon. I would also like others to try it as well. I have 2 questions:

1. My grandmother suffers from arthritis. She also has a hip replacment and I know that any foreing organs in a body will be attacked. Even though it is a hip replacement, will it still be attacked?

2. I have a relative that had been in a car crash that damaged the left side of her brain. She suffers from dementia that will soon turn into altziemers. Can it help her too?

thanks! "
