Just to mention most of Africans are lactose intolerant and dont drink milk unless its human milk. If your drinking milk from milk powder or cows etc that can give diareah and other problems, which paired with malnutrion causes of aids in Africa. Same with doctors aids drugs. you can have harmless hiv that the drugs and get aids.Ps no Cocain or those hard street drugs either. you'll get aids that way. 1 Nutrition and 2 ozone therapy or the Hydrogen peroxide will do and 3 detoxify yourself. 02/23/2009: Joyce from Joelton, Tn replies: "Hello Ben, To get a good rundown on the urine therapy, research it online. There is also a book written on urine therapy title is: "Your Own Perfect Medicine". The urine used is your own. I have no personal knowledge but did read in the book mentioned where some young man said he was not only alive, but feeling well using no therapy except for his urine l4 years after he read about it and decided to try it. It supposedly cures a lot of health problems. If you decided to try that route, urine is a sterile solution unless you happen to have a urinary tract infection. I believe it has also been used IV. Allegedly, in the battlefront hospitals in the last several wars, urine was given IV when plasma was unavailable.
Can't help you with the hydrogen peroxide. It has also been given IV for those whose stomachs will not tolerate oral HP. From what I have read on it, HP is said to cure a lot (if not all) chronic health problems. I can give a personal account of using Bill's inhalation HP. I find it opens your head & chest up so you can breathe easier quite quickly and I had no unwanted reactions or side effects. I wish I had known about it when I caught pertussis (whooping cough) from a patient. That was one time my 50/50 ACV/honey failed me. When I started coughing one night after returning to work, my doctor looked at me and said "Sounds like you need to see the lung man". As I told him, "I know it sounds that way, but the problem is in my head. Feels like someone is spraying glue over my trachea, and my lungs are just working hard to keep it out of my lungs." I think Neti potting the nose with saline to stop the drainage would have been the best way to handle it, but that was before I heard of a neti pot. However flushing the nose with normal saline stopped the cough longer than anything else did. If you want my personal opinion, using both HP and the urine therapy at the same time, would probably be a lot safer than taking the combination of drugs given for HIV."

I contacted HIV via a HepB vaccine from a clinic using bad practices (reusing sringes). Your comments are flat out wrong. HIV is debilitating long term if you take no action to correct it. I've never done the drugs you mention, don't share needles or fall into any of the groups you mention. I'm otherwise quite healthy but without attention paid to this disease, it will kill you. Maintaining CD4 counts is a constant challenge. I've used herbal remedies, Beck Protocol, Ozonated water, MMS and H2O2. No cures yet but I'm still drug free and happy about that. I'm not anti-drug, I just know and want to avoid the side effects if I can. I think you should spend more time droning on about something you have some direct knowledge of or just hang out on the other conspiracy theory boards. I don't care how HIV came upon this earth. I don't care if big bad men at Fort Detrick invented HIV in the lab for population control or what. I just know I have it and want to get rid of it before it gets rid of me. H2O2 might be in part the silver bullet that we need. I don't know for sure. I'm definitely willing to try it."

Forget HIV. There are a thousand good reasons to wear rubbers, but preventing AIDS is not one of them.

I've done a lot of research and hunting to find natural alternatives. I have found 3. We are trying the first one right now. I can't give any brand names or anything but I can tell you it is a colloidal silver. Emptied and cleaned the hot tub taking out all parts possible and cleaned with a toothbrush. Filled up the hot tub with tap water using a carbon filter. All I did was dump the 16oz bottle of colloidal silver and it's been sparkling clean for a month now. We use our hot tub every night. But here's the kicker. We do shower every time before we get in the tub. Bought 35% H2O2 and when I empty the hot tub after 3 months....I will try this method but I won't use the carbon filter to fill the hot tub with this method. The 3rd one I will try will be another natural product. All I do is dump one bottle in every 3 months and that is it. So far the colloidal silver product is awesome! No smell and we are so clean!"

I use HP quite alot, looks like the FDA are trying to squeeze out HP for internal use completely. Probably part of their Codex Alimentarius tactics. It seems that perhaps even food grade HP may not even be so safe from additives. Here are some extracts:
"Food grade and Technical grade hydrogen peroxide are essentially the same. However, the FDA regulates among other things the processing of Food grade hydrogen peroxide.
For Example:
The manufacturer produces 10 drums of technical grade H2O2. He would test the first and the last drum for quality and purity. The FDA inspects or test all 10 drums. All 10 drums are now considered to be food grade H2O2 after the additives added by the manufacturer for compliance. If the packager pours food grade H2O2 out of one of those drums into a smaller container, it is no longer a "food grade" unless that smaller container is also tested for the FDA compliance."

It seems that even food grade HP will have stannous or tin stabilizers in it at a minimum. This won't stop me using HP though, since I only use drops anyway, but the article is interesting."

Do you take the Vitamin E before , during, or right after you take the dose of h2o2? I know you're not supposed to eat anything 3 hours before or an hour after taking h2o2"

I started a month ago, trying out the baths, the inhalation method, and also the food grade drops internally. For anyone who is worried that the h2o2 bath is less useful since it's used externally, don't worry about that. The baths work just as effectively. In fact, I've had to taper off the number of bottles (32oz at 3%) I use per bath, from 4/day to just one, because my detox symptoms started to become pretty bad. I've done a lot of metal detoxes, and I recognize from those the same anxiety and flu-like symptoms when my body can't clear out the toxins fast enough.
Anyway, for me drinking the drops in water led to a lot of nausea which was a deal breaker, so I stopped. The throat spray seems to have been incredibly powerful, but I stopped doing that as well since it irritated the back of my throat. The good news is, if you have those problems, you can easily get the same results from the baths alone. And they make my skin look excellent as well.
What I want to mention though is this: it is possible to overdo it! Someone else on this site wrote about a "hang over" effect from the h2o2, and I think that must be what I've had? I believe that the h2o2 is building up over time, and that it needs enough space between doses to clear itself out? Has anyone else had a similar experience, finding the upper limit on the dose they can handle? And what happens after that?
Overall, it seems that my muscles and joints are less rigid than before I started. I'm taking the h2o2 for persistent low level arthritis and fibromyalgia. Thanks so much earthclinic for providing such valuable information!"

[YEA] 02/17/2009: Thomas from Homewood, Il / usa writes: "I've had 'jock itch' now for around 20 years. It comes and goes and is always worse in the summer. I've tried all the creams and sprays and all they do is suppress it and control it. I ordered some food grade H202 on line, 35% and just dabbed it on with a cotton ball and it immediately turned white and started to burn, I let it burn for about 20 seconds then jumped in the shower and rinsed it off. I did this again at night.The next day I diluted it by half and applied it again for as long as I could stand it, no longer then a minute. As I did this I noticed that the fungus was spread around a larger area then I ever imagined. I had small areas that went from my inner leg all the way up above my pubic hair. Anyway after about 10 days the insidious fungus was eradicated and hasn't come back! Thank you Earth Clinic. I am now huffing H202 a few times a day and I gargle with it twice a day and notice my teeth are getting whiter and cleaner. Who knew?"

01/26/2010: Bill from San Fernando, La Union, Philippines replies: "Hi Thomas...I had jock itch for 7 long years. The area affected went right round from my genital area and on my inner thighs to my rectal area, big red welts.
I researched jock itch and found out that tinea cruris (jock itch) was exactly the same as tinea pedis(athletes foot). Both are the same fungus.
Initially I started using athletes foot powder during the day, and after my shower at night I would douse the whole area, front and back with ordinary Milk of Magnesia (MoM) using cotton wool(this is very soothing, bye the way). I would leave this on all night, then wash it off in the shower the next morning. I was amazed when the jock itch completely disappeared without a trace within 3 days !! Killed it dead.
Leaving the MoM on overnight might not be such a good idea for those with sensitive skin. You can also apply the MoM and leave it on for just 20 minutes -- until it's dry and powdery -- then and wash off. The MoM has a pH of 10 -- very high -- which kills all fungus, yeast, bacteria etc. It's also best to apply a hydrating cream onto the skin area afterwards because MoM has such a drying effect on the skin."

[YEA] 02/04/2007: Joe from Somerville, NJ writes: "I've used hydrogen peroxide, 3% pharmacy grade cut 50% with water, to rinse my mouth before brushing, which has been a great help with eliminating bad breath and plaque. But here's a remedy that no one may have thought - a treatment for "tinea cruris" commonly known as jock itch. I had an issue with this for several months and during this period, several times a week, I used Curex and other over-the-counter options to eliminate it, spending $20.00 to $30.00 to no avail. I knew hydrogen peroxide was effective in killing bacteria, so, as a last resort, I cut the pharmacy 3% grade 50%, just like the mouth wash, and used it-in 2 days!!! the itch and soreness was gone! No joke. Total cost 20 cents!"

[YEA] 12/28/2007: Pat from Newton, New Jersey writes: "I started with melanoma in 2005 on my face. Had extensive surgery but they could not get it all. In March 2007 it had spread to my chest behind my heart. Had another extensive surgery to remove it. In August 2007 found out it had spread to my face/neck/and chest. Doctor told me that they couldn't operate. Did some internet research and read about hydrogen peroxide and how it puts oxygen back into your cells. Rejuvenating them. Well, decided to try it. I either take a 1/2 bottle and soak my feet in it with warm water or take a whole bottle and take a bath in it. Well, last petscan in November there were no new growths and the ones from August were less intense. My LDH also has dropped to an all time low of 113!! Is it the peroxide, can't say for sure but I won't stop it. Will try to keep you posted on my progress. What an easy cure this would be. Better than dying from metastisized malignant melanoma. I have it quite bad on forehead, cheek area, upper lip. I have also done the glycolic peels, Tri-Luma cream, etc. with no results. I am amazed this is working, and trying to determine if I can continue this to control the melasma."

METAL REACTION
12/10/2011: Teresa from Edmonton, Canada writes: "Does anyone know if it is ok or not, ??I am going to try the H202 working with 35% graded cut to 3%, is it ok to put it in the dog water that is in a metal bowl, will H202 cause any reaction with the metal, and affect the dog."

Since we slowly go through milk, it helps stop the milk from souring. If I still have the same carton in the fridge in two weeks, I will add a bit more. I have had milk last a month in the fridge without going sour!"

I had mold developing on my shower ceiling and I would normally use bleach in a spray bottle and had to wait for it to dry. I mixed 50/50 of peroxide and water, sprayed the ceiling, waited 10 minuted and it wiped right off with a sponge. I'm telling you this really works. I have never seen the shower so clean!"

Replies09/11/2010: Tricia from Ireland replies: "I can only get an off the shelf 6% HP here in Ireland. I simply use sterilized water half and HP half. I would think that using neat 5 - 7% would cause oral problems. As a mouth rinse it is probably not necessary to use the sterilized water."

I purchased a bottle of peppermint oil from the baking section of my local market, and put one tablespoon in an eight ounce bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Mouth feels very clean (and now minty fresh, too!) Others may like to add their favorite flavors, increasing or decreasing the measurement according to taste. Make sure to GENTLY shake your bottle before opening to keep peppermint oil evenly distributed, and keep your mouthwash in an opaque bottle (I use the same brown bottle purchased at the dollar store). Refrigerate if your bathroom is very warm, and keep bottle out of direct sunlight."

[YEA] 09/28/2011: Pippa from Picton, New Zealand writes: "I use Hydrogen peroxide, 3% foodgrade, in my household in ears, to stop flu like symptoms and it works a treat. My children like the bubbling sound and it often soothes them into a slumber. Empty ear out after 10 minutes or so, or when it stops fizzing.
I spray h2o2 foodgrade 3% in my throat. It gives me energy. It does not interfere with eating time, because I spray little but several times a day.
It is also great as a rinse for cleaning your mouth/ teeth. A very good way to see how healthy your mouth is. Infections are cleared up in a jiffy. Tongue gets cleaned properly. Leave it in your mouth for a while, then spit out. Do not swallow.
I happily suggest this to people with bad breath. It will work in getting rid of bacteria.
Acne. A cotton ball or qtip with H2O2, touch the acne, it will bubble and clean and will dry the acne fast.
