HYDROGEN PEROXIDE

[YEA] 01/27/2012: Catherine from Dublin, Ireland writes: "Greetings from Dublin, Ireland! Woo hoo, my very first EC posting.
About 3 weeks ago I developed a slight itch on each eyelid. It progressed slowly, and I ended up with dreadful-looking, red, sore, swollen, slightly flakey eyelids. My eyes drooped, and the skin wrinkled up so much I looked like I'd aged 20 years. I have no idea what caused it; I'm healthy and use all natural, homemade products (soap, shampoo, household cleaners, etc), so I was perplexed. But I also got a bit worried, which isn't like me, and I resolved to go to the doctor in the morning. I haven't seen a doctor in 15 years or so, apart from normal, pregnancy-related check-ups, so it was a big deal for me. But I hadn't given up -- I racked my brains to see if I could come up with a solution, and decided to try food-grade hydrogen peroxide, diluted to 3 per cent. Pretty much as soon as I dabbed a bit onto each eyelid, they felt better. Within an hour or so, the flaming look to them had subsided quite a lot. I kept putting more on, and they just looked better and better. When I woke up, my little boy said, 'mammy, your eyes aren't yucky any more'. Two days later, my eyelids are cured. It must have been some sort of a virus that I knocked on the head. I was thrilled! I have the H2O2 in my fridge for gardening, but it is great for all kinds of things."

[YEA] 07/08/2010: Joseph from Chicago, Illinois writes: "Hello,
I have a quick question but one that's serious for me. I am using hydrogen peroxide as a toner and it has done wonders to my skin. But I keep hearing about how it is an oxidant and that it will cause my skin to age; is this true? Should I stop using it on my face? This is my fear thank you."

[YEA] 02/04/2007: Ragweed from USA writes: "I mix 3% topical hydrogen peroxide with salt and a little bubble bath as a wetting agent and apply it to my skin. This has been incredible! With the added salt it is absorbed into the body, but does not burn the skin at all. It seems like the salt should make it burn more, but it helps the body absorb it and does not burn the skin. Even if it gets into a cut with the salt and wetting agent it does not hurt anywhere near as much as straight hydrogen peroxide. I first started using it to treat a facial condition, but I was so impressed with the results that I began using it on larger areas of my body. Now about once a month I mix about a half pint of this solution and sponge bath my entire body with it. I have been doing this for about two years with no adverse results, and my body seems to have a more youthful appearance. I believe it kills a wide range of organisms that reside within the body, yet does not harm the body's own cell tissue. I know it sounds wacky, but I believe that anyone who tries this treatment will be amazed by the results."

JOJOBA OIL
Ratings:
|
[YEA] 06/25/2008: Killer Bees from Brisbane, Australia writes: "The best thing for beautiful glowing skin is jojoba oil. I used to use coconut oil and that was fantastic for a while. But jojoba oil is finer and absorbs more readily into the skin. I've also been told about rosehip oil, but I haven't tried that yet. I might give it a go if I can find any.
As for the jojoba oil, it's made my skin smooth, wrinkle free and the rosacea around my nose and chin has disappeared. Plus if I get the odd pimple at "that time of the month", the jojoba oil gets rid of it within a couple of days without it becoming a horrible whitehead pustule. That is, if the pimples actually even show up at all!
I use it on my neck too. I'm 41 now and I definitely don't want the "turkey neck" look that so many women get at my age. It's working because I have no excess skin there at all - just smooth beautiful skin and people can't believe it when I tell them my age.
I also use sunscreen every day without fail over the top of the jojoba oil. Prevention is still better than cure after all. I bought mine from the health food store and it's cheaper and lasts longer than any commercially prepared product. Plus, it's all natural and that's the biggest drawcard for me. I'm not interested in putting chemicals on my face any more.
Jojoba oil is also really good for treating eczema and psoriasis. And it's a beautiful hand moisturiser as well. Absorbs immediately with no greasy after feel. Try it, you'll love it."

KOREAN GLOVE

[YEA] 06/10/2009: Jonna from Los Angeles, California USA writes: "I've been going to one of the Korean spas in Koreatown once a week for the past month, mostly to dunk in the hot and cold baths that they have. One of the daily rituals that I noticed the elderly Korean women at the spa do is to to scrub their skin vigorously, every inch of it, with one of those cheap exfoliating gloves (sold in asian markets for $2). Their skin looks incredible, very youthful. I decided to try it at home and every day at the end of my shower I scrub away. Then I end with a one minute cold shower. It works, my skin is glowing! I don't do this on my face, I think the glove is too rough for that, but everywhere else on my body that I can reach.
I am very curious to know if, because of this daily ritual and staying out of the sun, Korean women don't get age spots. It would be very rude of me to siddle up to someone at the spa and inspect their forearms to check for age spots, lol, so I hope someone on Earth Clinic will be able to answer that!"

LANOLIN

[YEA] 06/21/2011: Shine from Gabz, Botswana writes: "My 8 month old daughter had horrible diaper rash that got raw and was peeling and at some point was itching. I tried coconut oil, collodial silver gel from my "toolkit" (Read: Earthclinic) but they didnt work. I also tried some OTC treatments and they worked for a little bit but it wouldn't clear.
This weekend I decided to try lanolin that I had bought for my cracked nipples that I got when I started breastfeeding. It is working like a charm, her bummy is getting smoother, is healing and not itching at all! I used the type that was intended for cracked nipples and it works so well. So after wiping her bottom during a nappy change, I smear the stuff on and thereafter put on some zinc oxide cream over that. Its working quite well."

LIFESTYLE CHOICES

05/28/2008: Desiree from Tampa, FL writes: "I am 42 and people say I look like I am in my early 30's and some say late 20's. I think this is partially in the genes. I am Indian origin and the women in my family age gracefully. I use sunscreen daily in my moisturizer (30 SPF). My daily regiment includes an eye cream, moisturizer with SPF and cleansing with a foaming cleanser. I use Aveeno products to moisturize and cleanse. I drink lots of water. I also wear good sun glasses and never expose my face to direct sunlight."
Replies02/16/2011: Soph from Los Angeles, Usa replies: "The best skin softner, virgin coconut oil. I take flax seed oil, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. Which does wonders. I think inner peace and low stress in life is important. I have a yoga ( which reverse aging process according to my teacher) & meditation practice. Studies indicate stress is known to be one of the main reasons for premature aging and disease. Womens health is compromised when under stress. Studies show that men benefit more from marriage, than women. The generalized statement, "you haven't lived till you have had kids, " is not applicable in this day and age. Studies show higher the education of a women, the less likely women are to have children perhaps education opens doors to new found opportunities that once remained shut to women. Many times these thoughts may not enter your mind about the worlds carrying capacity being exceeded and social responsibility.Until you travel to places where the population has exceeeded the billionth mark. And you see children living in filth, poverty, uneducated, begging and having to work in factories. I once worked in field where I saw a high percentage of people that should NEVER ever be allowed to have kids. I will not go into the details but the end effect was children suffering. Children are beautiful gift and they deserve love, stability, security, and both a mother & father that are healthy, employed and present.
It is an interesting fact that a new generation of women are not choosing marriage or motherhood. Many are focusing on building meaningful lives in other ways. I think to me life is all about making the right choices for all of the right reasons. Women are very fortunate today that we now have choices, it wasn't that long ago that are choices were severly limited "
07/10/2011: Mmsg from Somewhere, Europe replies: "hmmm. so the ones who CAN give a child what he needs, are having less children, and the next generation might be populated by those children who grew up NOT getting what they need..."

Replies06/14/2008: Kim from Red Deer, Canada replies: "I have had 3 kids and married, divorced too lol, everyone is different, I don't mean to be rude, but was reading your post and just in my personal opinion, you haven't lived till you have had kids, life wouldn't be much without mine and if I look older because of it, they are soooo worth it! Just my opinion anyway, I think you haven't lived life till you have had kids, not a waste of life for sure. Life honestly would be less fullfilling for me."
04/20/2009: Rebekah from Jax, FL replies: "In defense of the previous lady, how rude for someone to say another person hasn't lived until they have kids. That's great your life is enriched by children but you need to join the rest of us in the modern world. Women don't need to have kids to be happy and fullfilled. Traveling, pets, career, etc. are all things that deeply enrich my life. For now (and maybe forever) I don't want kids. Why? Because my life is perfection and everything I ever wanted in life, I have. You ARE being rude and judgemental. Shame on you."
04/20/2009: Linda from York County, Maine replies: "Rebekah, It seems that Kim made it clear that she was offering an opinion only, not trying to tell anyone how to live.
Modern world? It ain't so great - some of us long for a simpler time...kids or NO kids...do what makes you happy - sounds like you're a bit defensive for some reason?"
04/21/2009: Rebekah from Jax, FL replies: "I agree, I sounded defensive about someone giving their opinion...didn't mean to do that. My point was that each person should follow their own bliss and don't let anyone tell you what your bliss should be....only you know what you want for your life.Happiness = beautiful skin! (and coconut oil) :)"
[YEA] 05/31/2009: Dove from Ashland, Oregon replies: "People are truly stunned when they discover my age -- look at least 20 yrs younger than my age. I also have never married or had children, knew that wasn't my thing even as a kid. FOR ME, the thought of having children in my life is, at the very least, unnerving. I simply don't want that experience, I don't need to have a child to know that. Freedom is my primo passion, I love being FREE to come and go as I choose. FOR ME, having to care for children would feel like a prison. That doesn't mean I don't think children are sweet and all, I can enjoy that aspect of it via another's child...but it's a rare child that I feel a lot of joy being around. That's just me. I'm not "abnormal" because I don't want that experience. People are different, yay ;) Mothering just isn't part of my "purpose." I know that. We know what brings us joy, and that is key to our purpose.
And it is true that the marriage/children life is a more stressful life, and consequently a more aging one -- studies do show that single women who never have children live longer as well. There are also studies indicating that the happiest ppl are single women :) Interestingly enough, single men are the least happy. Marriage has historically not been a good deal for women... I'm very happy with my life choice to not have children, no worries here about any clock ticking ;) I love being free to follow my passions and joy as I choose -- no one to answer to.
Also, I must add to the person who said her life would not be that great without children, eesh, that sounds very sad. Because those children will not always be there to fulfill you. You should really try to see the amazing things this life has to offer you beyond motherhood. Love yourself, find your joy and peace -- just for you, and in doing so you'll teach your children how to have much more joyful lives, with or without children :)
Peace,
Dove"
09/21/2009: Kerry from Portland, Or replies: "WELL EXCUSE ME! I've earned every last one of these wrinkles and I'm proud of every last one of them too. In my honest opinion- accomplishment is the best feeling on earth. But how can you have that feeling until you've actually accomplished something: work, marriage, and/or kids all fall into that category; in fact, they ARE that category. If you don't have any of those, then what exactly have you really accomplished in life? Some little "freelance" article on how to defeat wrinkles by spending every minute consumed with yourself? More power to you. Excuse me while I go earn some more wrinkles with my "burdened" lifestyle. How selfless of me. Oh, and BTW- my life IS perfect. I have a full-time job which I love and a daughter I love even more. Geez, how terrible."
11/29/2010: Jane from Portland, Oregon replies: "Good God, don't get me started!! The selfless-ness in having children I believe is what gives you character and depth of soul. I have relatives that come and go as they please and there is a barren feel about them. They do all the things to make themselves "happy". What monotony. I find them outlandishly opinionated about child rearing. Bottom line... Unless they are unable to conceive, I find them as dry as a leaf in the fall and all their "choices" have to be made, What else would they do?I will come and go as I please and learn better about myself because I have "stepped" aside for my children's well being and learned I am not all that matters. Wisdom is gathered in times of deep sorrow. Children can bring the sorrow because the tie is so strong. Are you avoiding sorrow? You are either fragile or selfish. It sure isn't made for wimps!! I am 55 and weigh 130 lb and I look 35 and have a better body naturally than most teenagers. I'm a health proponent and getting through life on life's "terms" makes you dig deep.
Okay, back to the REAL subject.............. I don't use soap and I dry rub my entire body with natural bristle brush and use my face, neck and chest I use a gentler natural wash cloth, also dry rub in cirles. I hop in the shower and rinse dead cells off. Then I use Sweet Almond oil on face and cold pressed virgin Olive oil all over my body. Fresh squeezed lime juice as a deodorant. I have more to learn about my skin and thank you for sharing substances rather than circumstances..."
12/22/2010: Mesem from Toulon, France replies: "Hi, Jane from Portland. You said you are 55 and look 35. Great! Have you had, are having menopause? I have gained weight for no other reason than the start of menopause. I exercise (and always have), Lately not touching cheese, pasta, rice, potatoes, desserts but my body does not respond. I have recently started taking Lugols for my thyroid and assoc. Vit and minerals for metabolism. Is this just a phase or forever? Menopause websites don't tell you anything. I have no other symptoms except weight gain. Would appreciate your help (or anyone else's for that matter)."
12/30/2010: Lisa from Waynesboro, Virginia replies: "If your hormones are in balance you won't gain the weight. Have the spit test; if you can't afford that right now, try progesterone cream and see if it helps."

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED] 03/01/2008: Lawanda from Tampa, FL writes: "Younger Looking Skin - I use these products - Are They Safe to Use On My Face?
I wash my face with Lye Soap. Why? I saw a picture of my grandmother and her sisters as teenagers and none of them had acne, I asked her what they used she said "We were poor, all we had was lye soap mama made." Then I cut a lemon in half squeeze the juice in a wash rag and pat my entire face with it. I Let it soak in for maybe 1-2 mins. Then if I'm staying home cover my face in extra virgin olive oil, If I going out I pat light dabs of the oil on (so I just look dewy) My main concern is the Lye soap. I think in this regamin I cover cleaning, toneing and moister. I wanted to recomend it to a frind but I'm not sure if it is good advice?"

MAYONNAISE

[YEA] 01/09/2009: Dianna from Austin, Tx writes: "i don't even EAT miracle whip. but there was some in our fridge. i read about the exfoliating properties of it and decided to try it... since i had tried everything else. well, i love it. i have dry aging skin with fine lines that gets too dried out by granular exfoliation (brown sugar or sea salt or even wash cloths and/or baking soda).
the miracle whip works like a chemical peel and you just rub off the top layer of your skin along with the miracle whip.
put about a tablespoon onto your face and neck in a very thin layer. wait 10 minutes and then start to rub your skin in circles. the dead skin rolls off into little balls along with the miracle whip. keep rubbing until all the 'shiny' places are rubbed off. for those whose skin can tolerate baking soda - you might try rubbing afterwards with a tiny bit of BS to finish the job. does mayonaise work? i don't know never tried it. but this works great and when i remember to do it several times a week my skin starts to remind me of my skin i had in my 20's. enough said. don't eat it - but it works great for this! and it is cheap and i guess sort of natural....
oh - i tried just using ACV and i guess MW works so well because of it's other ingredients... whatever, it works great! everyone notices how 'perfect' my skin is these days.

[YEA] 03/27/2008: Veronica from Wichita, Kansas writes: "Hi everyone. I am 22 years old and since I was about 16 I have been doing this, right out of the fridge. I use mayonnaise, put a thin layer over your face, leave on for 10 minutes. Then using your fingers rub it off. The mayo will form balls of dead skin and you rub off the mayo. Then rinse thoroughly. I like to do this right before I jump in the shower. If you do this enough It will be almostt like a mini chemical peel and you will keep regenerating new cells. Everywhere I go people think im 16 still they are so surprised when I tell them im 22! Also dont forget to use sunscreen daily! especially in the winter the suns rays can be stronger as they bounce off the snow. Eat healthy."

MULTIPLE REMEDIES TRIED

[YEA] 05/25/2011: Kathie from Houston, United States writes: "The following are some of the things that have worked very well for me in taking care of my skin from youth to now (age 45).
In my youth, my dermatologist prescribed 50,000 I. U. S of VITAMIN A per day for my acne. This worked well, but after a while I began to experience extreem hair loss (too much of a good thing). So I began to apply it topically, I had even better results.
Because my mom practically raised me at our local health food store, we followed the recommendations of the store owner, TEA TREE OIL, applied after cleansing. I loved this stuff and still use it on occasion.
Mom also steamed her face regularly with SENNA LEAVES, I also did this. However, I was young and not that smart... I thought the heat was what was helping my skin so I began to wash my face with extreemly hot water (do not do this! I broke a ton of blood vessels on my face and no, those never went away).
Later, I found facial cleansers with SALICYLIC ACID and this helped a great deal. Look for one that is natural.
Now that I am older (43) I do not have the acne problems, Just wanting to keep my youth. I rarely use cleansers (only when I wear makeup), I just exfoliate with BAKING SODA, then I use an ALGAE EXTRACT solution (this has algenic acid that helps to lightly exfoliate). It is important to exfoliate (we need to get the dead skin off so our skin can better ABSORB MOISTURE). Algae extract is also packed with minerals that also benefit our skin (when our skin is mineralized it can better HOLD MOISTURE). (I have used algae extract for the last 15 years and can truely see a difference in my skin and my girl friends' skin). I follow up with one of three oils: JOJOBA OIL (they say it is most like our skins natural skin "oils"), SHEA BUTTER (I use the unrefined stuff from Africa... this is great stuff for dry winters), or COCONUT OIL.
I am currently experimenting with applying powdered VITAMIN C mixed with a touch of water (Vit. C helps build collegen). And today I am starting to supplement with ASTAXANTHIN. After reading an article on how well it works for wrinkles. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/05/25/sunscreen-and-wrinkle-prevention-in-a-pill.aspx
I also just ordered a book on FACIAL EXERCISES (15 minutes a day... I can do this, I hope! ).
My mom is a HOT MOMA, I owe a lot to her, for her knowledge and her genes."

I have tried eucalyptus oil, lotions and anything I can think of... I need help! I have been under a lot of stress lately. My father fell and broke his neck in Jan. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you"
Replies10/10/2010: Bessie from Calgary, Alberta, Canada replies: "Hi Jeepgirl - This may not even be applicable, but if you put a laptop on your lap/knees, you can experience extreme sensitivity in your skin - especially the left side. I've read that the optical drives of laptops are located on the left side and can damage skin. Some people even put their laptops on their stomachs while stretched out on the couch or bed. Perhaps a light massage of aloe vera gel (or even coconut oil) with a few drops of lavender essential oil mixed in might help with the sensitivity until you find the true cause of it. Good luck!"

11/19/2010: Pattde from Philadelphia, Pa/usa replies: "This is an amazing site, so many helpful people. I am so impressed. I hope someone can help me! I have been taking the following combination of pills and supplements for the last 2 weeks. Prescription drugs ;
Lovazo caps 1000 2 caps twice a day
Niaspan ER Tabs 1 Daily
Seroqel 100mg 1 Daily
Arimidex Tabs 1 Daily
Simvastatin Tabs 1 Daily
OTC
81 mg aspirin 1 Daily
Calcium 600 w/ Vitamin D3 2 Daily
Grape Seed 400 mg 1 Daily
Hyaluronic Acid 50 mg 2 Daily
Ester C 1000 mg 1 Daily
Acidophyilus 1 Cap Daily
In addition to this I am also taking 3 tablespoons of organic ACV. I stumbled upon this site looking for a natural cure for my Main Coon Rescue that had a nasty ear infection with vertigo that I took in in mid August of this year. I was amazed at all the information that was available not only for pets but humans too. Needless to say, I started reading all the posts and found myself wanting to try quite a few of them which I have. I am now having a problem and I 'm not sure what is causing it. I started the ACV, Grape Seed, HA, Ester C, & Acidophilus in addition to the other medications & Supplements that I have been on for the last 4 years. My facial skin has gotten extremely dry. I have been cleansing my face with baking soda and applying jojoba oil to face and neck. Only my face and neck are extremely dry. I am hoping someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. Prior to adding the above treatments, I had combination skin. I have also ordered Food Grade H202 and now I am wondering if I am doing too much too soon. Haven't taken the H202 yet, as I want to remedy this problem first. Thanks in advance to anyone who has taken the time to read this post and tried to help."

It has cleared up somewhat. I also sent Ted an email concerning this since he seems to be the board "guru", but have not received a response yet. Hopefully, he will respond as I would like his input concerning this matter. Thanks again, Pattie"

EXTERNALLY: Instead of soaps, I wash with Aura Acacia lavender scented mineral salts, (consisting of: baking soda, sea salt, borax and lavender essential oil) I use it on my whole body, NOTE: On my face I am VERY gentle to avoid breaks in the skin, it exfoliates the skin, and afterwards your skin feels AMAZING! Then I use Jojoba oil to moisturize and organic toner to replace the pH on my skin. The whole process leaves my skin glowing and smooth, not oily or shiny.
INTERNALLY: I take Hyaluronic Acid, which helps keep skin hydrated and smooth, Omega-3 (2) 1000 to 1200 caps per day, and several minerals including calcium, magnesium etc. Drink plenty of water, the more alkaline you stay the better, avoiding the acid stuff like dairy, or red meats. I exercise daily as well. The result is I hardly get sick, and look years younger, as a bonus, men notice me more and many times they are younger than me!"

[YEA] 01/26/2009: Faith from North Richland Hills, TX USA writes: "After browsing your site, I began giving myself honey facials. I just slightly dampened my skin, patted on some honey, let it dry, and then rinsed it off. I noticed that the deep creases in my forehead temporarily plumped out. So I added a few more steps. After I rinse off the honey, I splash just a little ACV all over my face, and rinse that off. Then I put just a little jojoba oil on my facial skin and let it soak in.
I did this last night, and this afternoon at nearly 4 p.m., the deep creases in my forehead are still plumped out! It's like Botox without needles, and a lot less expensive. So now instead of spending a lot of money on various facial cleansers, toners, moisturizers, and various anti-aging unguents, it only costs a few dollars for the honey, ACV, and jojoba oil."

[YEA] 01/11/2009: Robin from Rocky Ridge, Ohio writes: "Taking one tablespoon of flax seed oil (an omega 3 essential oil, meaning we cannot create it within ourselves) internally twice a day, and/or using ground flax seeds in smoothies, hot cereals, on salads and veggies will moisturize your skin from the inside out. It will take several months of taking it internally on a consistent basis to see a difference in your skin because your body will address its nutritional needs before it will address the skin. Beauty starts on the inside.
Be sure to store either the oil or the seeds in the fridge or freezer to prevent them from going rancid, which this oil does easily. This is also a good preventative against breast cancer.
Also, flax seed oil is an excellent moisturizer and healing agent used topically on the skin. I am experimenting with this oil in making my own lotions and creams. I remember using Noxzema on my face as a teenager and the compliments I got after using it to clear up a few zits. One of the main natural ingredients in Noxzema is linseed oil, aka flax seed oil.
Something else you can do is make a cream using shea nut or cocoa butter instead of coconut oil. Coconut oil is recommended as a moisturizer for those with oily skin. You can take 1 cup of nut butter, melt and add 1/2 cup of another oil like apricot kernal, rosehip seed oil, flax seed oil or jojoba oil plus a teaspoon of vitamin E oil as a preservative. Simmer only or use a double boiler so you don't destroy the healing properties of the butters and oils, then pour into jars for use. This thins the butter and adds other oils for more skin nutrients. The key in applying any cream or lotion on the skin is to apply it to damp skin to seal in the moisture.
Another thing to do that's highly recommended is to a body scrub with an oil and either salt or sugar or both added. In a container, add about 1/2 of the salt or sugar and add enough oil to cover about 1/4 inch above the mixture. This exfoliates the dead skin off so the water from bathing and the oils or creams applied after have a chance to penetrate into the skin. A few drops of an essential oil like rose, lavender, frankincense, carrot seed, or jasmine for dry skin will scent the cream and add healing properties to it.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of pure clean water to flush the body and rehydrate. Not drinking enough will lead to dry skin.
One last suggestion. Do an internal cleanse like Dr.Natura's Colonix internal cleansing system. I was amazed at what this product did for me, and I have written about this on a thread for heavy metal cleansing. The benefits go way beyond cleansing heavy metals. Getting rid of the accumulated gunk on your insides helps you absorb nutrients needed for your health and beauty. There are many testimonies on their website about hair, skin and nail improvements from this cleanse among many other things.
I love the suggestion about the AC vinegar. I've been researching homemade skin, body and hair care recipes and I would like to try that out. My only problem is that I do not have a bathtub. Would slathering it on my body with a sponge in the shower have the same effect?
Blessings and good luck!"

A problem I have struggled with for years is finally saying Bye-Bye! I have introduced my body to OIL PULLING; I alternate days by eating either 1 TOMATO or 1 tbsp MOLASSES first thing in the morning. I do the BROWN-SUGAR SCRUB twice per week. I use HYDROGEN PEROXIDE after washing face; wash pillowcase regularly; apply VIT E before bed; apply a different FACE MASK once per week; apply CLEAR TAPE over troubled areas and peel away dead skin cells once per week. I also drink water regularly (spring/purified/tap). Thank you Earth Clinic for alternatives, and thank you fellow readers for sharing your tips."
