WORKED TEMPORARILY

[YEA]  06/04/2008: Candice from Victorville, California writes: "I had read about this cure when it was first written and never had the chance to use it but always remembered it, because it sounded so unusual. A collegue of mine recently told me that her son had come down with a cold and that he had a fever and she was worried about it and when she phoned the doctor he just told her to give him some childrens tylenol. Well like any mother she still worried and told me that he wasnt feeling well and had a fever and so I told her about this remedy and she tried it on Friday night (5/30/08) and she said that it worked and took away his fever for 3 hours and then she re-egged his foot! Haha! Its such a weird theory but it really works! And she said that the eggs were partially cooked when she removed the paper towels and socks.
Thanks for this amazing remedy!"

[YEA]  05/06/2008: CETIzaguirre from Cheyenne, Wyo writes: "I have a 3 year old with a fever over 103 that motrin didn't seem to be helping. Out of desperation I looked for alternatives to a cold bath. I put a baby wash cloth in a sandwich baggie along with 4 egg whites, which i warmed to room temperature, double bagged for each foot. The to help hold them on and to keep the egg from slipping out, I used a fabric hair scrunchie around the ankle. He was not a big fan of the idea at first because it felt odd, but within 15 mintues he was sitting up and his fever had dropped by 1 degree. After 1/2 hour it dropped another 1/2 degree. Its been 4 hours since the Motrin and 1/2 hour since the egg whites. Next time, I'll head for the fridge first! Thank you EC!!!"

I just placed the egg whites on her feet and the fever has started to drop. I will check back with you later to give you additional feedback. Hubby sic too! I gave to them last week and feel yucky myself. Thank you so much!"

[YEA]  04/28/2008: Doris from Murfreesboro, Tennessee writes: "Since my husband had pneumonia almost two years ago and was on a respirator for ten days and in rehab for ten days, I worry when he starts feeling sick. Last Saturday he developed a fever, sore throat and weakness. I came to this site and searched under "fever". There were a lot of testimonials about egg whites. So I put three egg whites in a bowl, took a washcloth and rubbed the bottoms of his feet with the mixture. (not telling him what I was using, because he would have said no) Within 20 minutes, before my son got back from the store with Tylenol, he was sweating and his fever was gone. The next day his temperature was 101 again so I did the same thing with the egg whites. It worked again within 20 minutes. I also started giving him extra vitamin c, sprayed ionic silver in his mouth and put some in his water. No fever yesterday or today and no sore throat. He still feels a little weak, but that's getting better, too. I don't know if he was starting to get pneumonia again or if it was a cold or flu, but this time he didn't have to go to the hospital. He goes to his doctor tomorrow for a checkup. Thank you so much for this site. I love it!"

02/21/2009: Pamela from Salt Lake City, UT replies: "I don't know if you have tried Grapefruit Seed Extract but it is a "miracle" cure in my life especially for respiratory problems. I work in a school where the teachers are always getting sick and invariably the GSE cures them and can also prevent the viruses from taking hold if you take it at the first sign. Sounds like it might be hard to get him to take it and it has a nasty bitter taste so it is very hard to disguise but the curative effects are simply amazing and it does not cost that much because it is so concentrated. Has MANY MANY uses as well."

[YEA]  04/20/2008: Rosie from Bronx, New York writes: "1st let me start by saying Thank You, wow the egg whites remedy is amazing . My son is 13 months old and he had a fever since .Friday on Sunday it went up to 103.5. I panicked but i remember that i read about using egg whites the night before. I was kinda worried because i didn't know if he had an infection he was not crying or showing any ill signs. no ear ache etc... he was playing eating doing his normal things but with a high fever. I tried the egg-whites he cried only because it was sticky and cold . he fell asleep within the hour he was sweating and the fever was gone Amazing I was really worried because he is a baby on the other hand i was really scared that he could get into something more serious if i didn't help break the fever and be in the hospital all night in the waiting area and the baby still burning up with a high fever. Thank You so much this website is a great help of course if the fever would have continue i was going to his doctor 1st thing in the morning... I Recommend This website To anyone I Am so Happy With the Results God Bless"

[YEA]  04/01/2008: Thankful from UpperMarlboro, MD writes: "This works, my 3yr old had a fever of 102.5 for hrs with no success using meds (tylenol, motrin). I googled on the internet for assistance and found this site. I went to the kitchen, used two eggs, clothes, plastic bags and socks. Soaked the egg yolks on the clothes, wrapped the clothes around his fet one at a time, put them in plastic ziploc bags and socks over them and an in about 20 mins his fever went down to 100.5. In and hour to 99.7. It works. Next time i will use saran wrap instead of ziploc for a tighter fit. I placed a towel in his bed because the yolks leaked. But it works."

[YEA]  03/31/2008: Mariah from Mayberry, USA writes: "My daughter is 7 months old, nearly 8 months old. This morning she woke up VERY cranky, which is unusual for her. The past couple of days she has been warm, so I gave her some Motrin yesterday. When I checked her temperature today, she was at 102.3. While I was searching for information on line, I stumbled upon this website. Within 30 minutes, she was back to her normal, happy-go-lucky self. Her temp is back down to 96.7!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for this information. I'm not a huge fan of Doctors and they aren't a huge fan of me because I appreciate what the Earth provides for us naturally. Love & light to you all!"

THANK YOU SO MUCH! p.s. I then washed his feet in anti bacterial soap. I didn't know if egg whites carry salmanilla(spelling?)."

[NAY]  03/23/2008: Markus from Spokane, Washington writes: "Sorry to say that the egg white remedy didn't work for us. We tried for an hour but very little change. Didn't want to wait much longer at 104.1. Used Pedia Tylenol in the end. Glad it worked for others. Worth a try though. We soaked cloth in the egg white, wrapped around foot. Put food in plastic bag, then sock on. Anybody doing research on this? More information on how to apply it? Does it have to be cold egg whites out of the fridge. Maybe more description hints could help."

[YEA]  03/10/2008: Maria from Trenton, New Jersey writes: "Egg Whites For Fevers I tried the egg white cure for fevers and it worked! My daughter was sick with a 102 degree temp. I soaked the bottom of a pair of ped socks in two egg whites, slightly beaten and put them on my daughter's feet. I then placed a plastic bag over each foot to keep the bed sheets clean. I put another pair of socks on top of the plastic bags to keep them from slipping off. I kept it on a few hours at a time and reapplied twice after that. To my surprise the fever really did go down in a little less than a half hour. Her fever went from 102 degrees to 99.4. One thing though. My daughter developed a tender spot on the bottom of her foot that really hurt her with the slightest of pressure. That's when I stopped the applications. She really didn't need it after that, the fever had broke but now she was left with a very tender spot on the bottom of her foot. The tenderness went away afer about a day. Can anyone tell me why this happened AND why does the egg white work?"

[YEA]  02/24/2008: Juanna from La Porte, Indiana writes: "Egg whites and socks-for a fever! My 5 year old son was sent home last monday for having a fever/headache. Well this past week, he hasn't been to school; because of a on and off again fever. I had trouble getting him to break a sweat to reduce the fever. Did the Ibuprofen and tylenol; rotation. Didn't really help. So tonight; I placed, egg whites on the soles of his feet with a baby washcloth and put socks on him and I went to his room to check on him about an hour later and he was sweating like a pig; literally!!! And his feet were very hot too! So thank god, for our ancestors!"

Out of desperation my wife searched the internet and came across your egg white remedy. After only 15 minutes his fever had dropped to 102 and then to 99 within 15 minutes later. Amazing yet excellent remedy to say the least. Thank you. This is one we'll definitely remember."

[NAY]  02/15/2008: A. Hobbs from Kyle, tx writes: "The egg whites did not work. Her feet were soaked in egg whites. My wife's temp was 100.5 when I found this site. 20 minutes later after applying the egg whites correctly it was 101.8 an hour later 102.8. I took the egg whites off her feet and used very hot towels on her feet and forehead. As of now 3 hours later it dropped for the first time to 101.5 I will see if the hot towles work. Egg whites seemed to raise the temp."

[YEA]  02/14/2008: Kris from Delray Beach, FL writes: "My daughter woke up crying and screaming with an extremely high fever. I tried the egg whites on the bottom of her feet. I put 1 egg white directly into each of the plastic ziploc bags (saw this recommendation on the other comments) and put her foot right in each one. Even though she was still screaming, we kept her feet in the bags for for 5 minutes. It was amazing...the fever went down to 101. She went back to sleep and woke up the next morning with only a low grade fever. We are going to let the body do its work. Thank you for your site. We are on here EVERY DAY! GOD BLESS!"

[YEA]  02/14/2008: kallie from Gulfport, Mississippi writes: "Thank you so much the egg white remedy worked extremely well. My 23 year old boy friend is such a ninny, and refuses to listen to any medical advice that's not mainstream. But when he came down with the flu, laid up in bed and almost in tears from fever and aches; I googled the quickest way to cure a fever from the flu. This website was one of the first 3 to show up. I took the last of our eggs and cut an old sock of his in-half. Then, I drenched them in the egg whites. (The socks weren't that absorbant, being that they were thin and worn) Lastly, I placed plastic bags around each foot, and then large socks. He thought I was nuts. But within 15 minutes he was saying that he felt cooler and less achy all over. Thank you so much for helping with my "grown" baby!"

[YEA]  02/09/2008: Lisa from Madera, US writes: "Thank you soooo much for the eggwhites remedy. My 11 yr. old son had a fever of 104.5 and tylenol was not bringing it down at all. He was starting to feel strange, dizzy and lightheaded. I was going to take him to the hospital when I found this website. I SOAKED 2 thin cloths with egg whites and wrpped his feet He went to 102 within 20 minutes(which is a big releif after seeing 104.5!) . I had to re-soak every 20 minutes thereafter because his hot feet were drying out the cloth. I'm so grateful, thank Again!"

Knowing that a fever is good and natural way for the body to fight off infection... we waited... then got nervous when it wasn't going down, and only going up. I soaked two wash coths in a bowl of seven egg whites. He said it was cooling and comforting... within 20-30 minutes his temperature was down to 99.0! It's totally worth a try. Thanks to all for the advise!"

[YEA]  01/31/2008: ANA from BOSTON, MA writes: "My 3yr old started a temp three days ago at 102. I started to give him Motrin and alternate with Tylenol. His fever did not go down all night and proceeded into the next morning. I stayed home with him and kept him on the medications and his temp stayed all day between 102 and 103. In the evening yesterday by 9pm my husband checks the internet for any remedies to bring down fevers. We were starting to worry. He was burning hot. Well he browsed until he got to this website and told me about it. I have never heard of egg yolk remedy before and I was skeptical about it. So off I went to get cloths, soaked it and applied it to my son's feet. Within half hour from 103 his temp went down to 101. I reapplied he cloths again with yolk a second time. Within 35min his temp went down to 99.5. I was amazed. All day trying to get his temp down with Motrin and Tylenol and nothing. Which surprises me becaue usually the motrin has helped at least bring down his temp a little. But this fever was not letting down. So after he fell asleep in his bed, i got up many times to check up him, and his fever was gone. Today I kept him home from daycare just to make sure his fever didnt come back. Sure thing, it DIDN'T. I am so THANKFUL,i have no words to explain. Who says because it sounds wiered to try it won't work. I instantly told my two closest friends and my sister about this and they were in disbelief. I will most definitly keep this remedy in mind for any future fevers that come along. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you."

EC: We presume you used egg whites, not egg yolks, but let us know if we're wrong. We'd love to know if egg yolks work as well!

[YEA]  01/29/2008: Amy from Troy, MI writes: "Egg whites cured my 7 year olds fever OMG...THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! After a full day of fevers at 102.6 to 101 I needed to get this fever down. All day long I used over the counter drugs to try and get his temp down. It worked for a hour or two and then went back up. Knowing that I could not give him and medicine for another three hours I went on the internet to try and find another wat to lower this temp. I came across your web site. I have heard about the Vicks on the Feet in order to cure a cough before so this made sense to me. I used 4 egg whites and paper towles, wrapped his feet and put socks on top of the paper towels. Within 30 minutes his fever went from 102.6 to 99.6. We still have the egg whites on his feet and will see how tonight goes but this is the lowest his temp has been ALL DAY."
