REMEDIES NEEDED

12/14/2011: Patricia from Grants, Nm: "My husband has a wound on the bottom of his foot that just won't heal. He had his big toe amputated about 5 years ago and one year ago he had the next toe amputated. He gets blisters and they just won't heal. He's not diabetic although he may have vascular problems. He does have varicose veins. His latest blister/wound has been there since last February, 10 months. We have tried everything every time this happens. We've tried Manuka Honey, Dermawound, Dermatox ointment, Tamanu oil, turmeric paste... You name it... We've tried it. Any other suggestions would be appreciated."

12/15/2011: Robert Henry from Ten Mile, Tn Usa replies: "PATRICIA, have witnessed our chelation doctor cure foot injuries when other doctors said they would have to be amputated. He did it using hydrogen peroxide IV's. It normally only takes 3 and the foot is healed. N.M. is a state that has a number of Naturalist Doctors, so you should be able to find one there. Sometimes hospitals will do this treatment but you have to dang near sue them to get them to oblige. These three treatments will cost less than $300 and amputation puts thousands in the doctor's pocket.

If these IV's can't be arranged then you may try Bill Munro's inhaling method. E-mail him and see what he has to say. What you are trying to do is get Hydrogen Peroxide into your blood stream and he gets it there through the lungs.

Sorry to be so cynical about doctors , but that's the way you get after a long life.

02/07/2011: Uli from Atlanta, Ga: "Does anyone have suggestions for speeding the healing of many blisters on toes? They make walking hard, and I have to walk a dog several times a day! Please post remedies that have worked for you or someone you know. Thanks!"

09/25/2011: Butterflycari from Heber City, Ut, Usa replies: "Hello,

I have a nickel sized blister on the side of my heel from wearing new dancing shoes last night. Mine doesn't hurt much, I am barefoot now. I cut a piece of my aloe vera plant leaf and put the cut side on my blister attached with some Nexcare brand Gentle paper tape. I plan to leave it on all day and maybe overnight. I will let you know how it works."

10/18/2011: Erin from Tacoma, Wa replies: "When I was in ballet in the late 80's, we used to put a piece of raw veal against our foot blisters. The enzymes in the meat speed healing. With all the hubub about raw meats these days, my advice may not be as sound as it once was, but I still stand by the cure!"
02/18/2012: Sharonicus from Jacksonville, Florida replies: "This isn't so much a "remedy" I guess, but I did find it very helpful. Recently, I spent several days walking around Boston on vacation. I wore nice sneakers with padded arch supports, thinking they would be comfortable. By the end of the first day, I had numerous painful blisters and extremely sore feet.

Even with band-aids I couldn't even bare to put my shoes back on the next morning. So I put on the only shoes I could- flat bottomed, thin soled, leather sandals. They had only two straps across the foot, a thong strap and a heel strap. I walked around ALL day in these with NO discomfort at all. My blisters did not hurt because my toes were able to spread and breathe rather than being mushed into sweaty shoes all day.

I couldn't believe it, and I tell people all the time- if your feet hurt, try wearing flat sandals (not flip-flops) or even going barefoot if you can. I think feet aren't meant to be stuffed into shoes and they are happiest naked. (as long as they get some TLC and moisturizer! )"
