Remedies Needed

08/28/2011: Dan18 from Uk: "Quite an embarrasing subject but I am desperate for a natural remedy. I have balanitis of the penis glans its really inflammed and very dry skin. I have seen a urologist and he has given me an emollient which contains sodium lauryl sulphate, yellow soft paraffin, liquid paraffin and cetostearyl alcohol and also given me a steroid cream/gel to apply to the glans. They sometimes cause a burning sensation when I use them it can be quite unbearable, it just doesnt feel right to put them on. Does anyone know how to get rid of balanitis naturally?"
