Tendonitis Remedies

After reading the many positive comments about alfalfa and tendonitis, I ordered some to try it. I'm happy for the people who found relief with the stuff, but it made my tendonitis ache and hurt more than it ever had. After a few days of taking it, the flare up calmed down for the most part. Tried taking one tablet a week later and the flare up started again.

I'm truly happy for anyone finding relief with alf, but for me its def a no go....
