I have been using baking soda as toothpaste twice a day for a couple years. I can say hands-down that it is the best toothpaste I have ever used. Not only during the first few weeks did my teeth get whiter, but when I go in for cleanings, they are so much quicker and easier to clean because there isn't as much plaque.

This really works! BUT KEEP USING TOOTH PASTE!!! This stuff can't clean alone it just whitens!
The Baking Soda things really does work my teeth were brighter after I brush!
2 Pinches of baking soda
5 Squeezes of lemon juice
3 Grinds of seasalt!!!
WORKS!

I mixed a little baking soda a little seasalt and a little lemon together brushed my teeth it was amazing much whiter teeth.
