I have had a bad chewing habit since I was a child. I chewed on pen caps, erasers, plastic for years as a “gifted” student & type-A executive. I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 42 & meds helped a little, but I started chewing so hard that I chipped my teeth. For me, the ADHD meds made this chewing and tight jaw clenching habit 10x worse. So even though it's not a natural remedy, it's something to consider. I discovered CDS (chlorine dioxide solution) www.the universal antidote.com, and that seemed to help with my ADHD more than anything. I don't know if that would be considered a “natural” solution, but I make it myself with Andrea's Kalcker's recipe instructions.
