Never had heat rash before so had to search how to treat it. Was red and widespread but no blisters. The internet said use aloe vera, and Earth Clinicers suggested apple cider vinegar or castor oil. So I applied all of them! Mixed ACV vinegar (raw with the mother) with aloe vera gel & applied first. Then followed with castor oil. Applied just before going to bed and woke up and the rash was almost entirely gone. Wasn't expecting it to clear so fast.
