Could worms only be causing my bloating?
Hi, I have soft yellow stools, massive bloating every time I eat and gas. I have tried many cures which have done not very much - clarkia I shed some white bits in my stools for a few days but then I stopped it and went onto H2O2, Diatomaceous earth did nothing, mms gave me severe cramping so I discontinued it and am now on H2o2. What I would like to know is could the worms I found in my stool - 2 different types - one a roundworm and other other unidentifiable (and I did a metametrix test which came up with pin worm but no others). So could the worms in my stool really be giving me this 10 months pregnant bloating after I eat something or could it be something else? Hope you can help. I am desperate.

Thank you for your reply. Do you know a good source where I can buy the tincture as I don't know of any walnut trees near me so can't make my own which is a shame?

Candida can cause the bloating you describe. Parasites can also accompany the candida so just getting rid of the parasites will not completely solve the problem. Do a search on candida treatments (this site and others) for ways to effectively deal with candida. At a minimum, reducing sugar and things that convert to sugar is mandatory, alkalizing your body with foods and using supplements like Pau d'Arco, Black walnut, ACV, and coconut oils can help. Be prepared for "die off" and know how to manage that... Vit C and lots of h2o help. You will feel so much better but may feel worse at first due to die off. Good Luck and Be Patient!

Hi, Yes, I tested positive for candida but did an 8 week treatment of horopito to get rid of it and because I no longer have vaginal discharge, I assume it is gone. So the massive bloating is not that.

I don't know in your area. I do recall watching a video on youtube by an English guy talking about green walnut tincture. He outlines how effective the light green tincture is before it darkens. He makes and sells it in England but that's all I know. I'd try to find that video again but youtube is blocked here at work.
I would investigate the old neighborhoods with tall trees or out in the country for walnut trees. They are fairly common. In the fall when the nuts are on the trees, the best way to spot them is to look for the fallen walnut husks on the ground, or listen to friends or family complaining about cleaning them every year out of the yard.
That is how I discovered them here in California. I was at a park and saw these small blackened balls on the ground and saw green ones in the trees. After researching online I was ecstatic, they are a black walnut species native to southern California. I had no idea there were black walnuts in herw California.

Dear Rebecca,
Thank you for the info. I've been having crazy bloating and gas problems for a year also, and I'm tiny as well which makes me look pregnant on top of it all. I don't think I need to explain to you how terrible this feels. I'd like to give your method a shot. Sounds hard but I'm curious and I can see that it has many benefits. If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to ask you for two things:
1. Can you post a sort of "template" or outline of your diet for a day? Such as what you eat and at what time.
2. And a list of foods that you do eat?
I would REALLY appreciate it.
Thanks so much.

Hello Saffi from New York -- Read your post from back in October, and I'd love to know how you're doing on the low-sugar program. I've cut out all sugar and grains too, for about 2 months now, but still suffer from bloating. I wonder if it's because of all the beans I love? Or maybe my portions need to be smaller. I stopped eating fruit also to eliminate that possibility.
Well, I hope you're having wonderful progress & I'd like to hear from you! ~~~Rhonda

I'm confused... Brown rice doesn't contain gluten so why is it on your "no" list?

Look up SIBO on Earth Clinic. Then read some posts on other forums too. Brown rice is actually bad if you have SIBO. If you have IBS, most likely, you have SIBO.

Hello everyone,
I am amazed at all the valuable information i have found on this site.
I have a question though... For three weeks i have been on a detox, eating mainly vegies, fruits, brown rice, and also honey, olive oil, nuts, raisins, and goats yogurt. I am also drinking warm lemon water in the morning, taking a cold showering and exercising daily. Yet with all my efforts, there has been a lot of pain caused by BLOATING, at times making me look like a very pregnant woman.
I understand now that it might be caused by the sudden change in diet and all the fiber i am eating. And so i was wondering if ACV was a good remedy for me. I am nervous to swallow vinegar as i have a naturally acidic ph and am working on alkalising my body. Given this fact, shall i try baking soda instead?
I also generally suffer from intense water retention before and during my period. Shall i combine ACV and baking soda?
Thank you for your help!
It is greatly appreciated.

I am trying ACV for fluid retention in my hands, wrist, and ankle. So far nothing's helped. It is crippling me. It's spreading and getting worse sporadically. I have had blood and urine tests that show nothing wrong but it's obvious something is and the doc.s don't have a clue. I'm poor and can't afford anymore tests or doctors. If anyone has any idea of what's wrong with me and what to do I will be very thankful!

I have been having stomach fluid retention for 4 years now and have done fluid extraction twice now but still notice the fluid is gathering again, I don't want another operation. Can I take apple cider vinegar?

In my opinion it could be that your body is too acidic!! Have you checked your ph level?

I have started using Apple cider vinegar one spoon twice daily since two days. I am a diabetic. I take metformin and actos low dose daily. I was struggling from bloating of late and after taking ACV I really felt relieved from bloating. But i feel tired and depressed all the time these two days and no interest in anything. Is anything wrong because of ACV?I would appreciate if I get some good thoughts on this issue.

I have had bloating issues for over a decade. I found out its a fatty liver. It also explained my irritability and depression. Look up fatty liver symptoms and ask your doctor for an ultrasound. Losing weight is a main cure and mild liver detox methods like acv... Warm water with fresh squeezed lemon throughout day.

I have tried many fatty liver remedies and the single most effective one, in my case, is L-Methionine 1grm daily w/ Vit-B12 1000mcg daily, and an occasional DMG.

Regarding the post from 2008, what would be the daily dosage for lycopodium? Also wondering what the concentration was and how many times a day?
