Vitamin D

About a year ago, a therapist suggested vitamin D for my chronic, nonspecific musculoskeletal pain. She recommended 4,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. I got a little better but not much, and didn't associate it with vitamin D supplementation at the time. Then about a month ago I heard about the Vitamin D Council, a non-profit group of physicians and research scientists, and I went on their website.

Knowing from a recent blood test that I am somewhat deficient in vitamin D, and based on what I was reading, I immediately began taking 8,000 IU of D3, and what an improvement!

In just a few weeks I am almost completely pain-free in the neck, shoulders, hips and knees. I don't believe it is a coincidence because I've been dealing with muscle pain for 6 years now. I will drop back to the Council's recommended dosage in the next few months, at which time I can get some of my vitamin D from the sun.

If there really is a magic bullet, it could very well be vitamin D. It helps just about every aspect of the human body. If you don't spend much time outside, are in the habit of slathering on sunscreen, or if you live north of 35 degrees latitude, you are probably low on D. Please be aware that although this research appears to be solid, and I know for certain it has helped me, it isn't yet mainstream and differs considerably from government recommendations. It is important to have your vitamin D level checked so you have some idea of how much you need. It's also important to know that vitamin D supplements must be D3, which is cholecalciferol, the same thing our bodies make from sunshine.

Leaky Gut Syndrome Protocol

Fibromyalgia

Pain throughout the body include pro-inflammatory mediators released by mast cells, such as serotonin and cytokines.

A recent post on Long Covid Maxer (Perth, Australia), found Ascaris worm and a disease called Ascariasic caused him joint pain. You have had Covid, Long Covid and potentially Ascariasic. You are having all over body pain.

Excessive levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines can lead to chronic inflammation, resulting in conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia that cause persistent pain. Dysregulation of cytokines can lead to various health issues. High Serotonin can be another factor in all over pain sensitivity but rare and more caused if taking anti-depressants.

Herbs like turmeric, ginger, and chamomile have shown potential in reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines and may help manage conditions associated with excessive inflammation. Quercetin with Bromelain reduce histamine levels. A SAAT practitioner can use a point in the ear to aide in regulating immune dysfunction.

I promote the Leaky Gut Syndrome protocol for it eradicates biofilms, parasites, bacteria, fungal, repopulates gut microbiota and heals the gut. This helps a disregulated immune system/ cytokines to be regulated which lowers inflammation and histamine which gets rid of pain.

LDN

I experienced Fibromyalgia symptoms following a traumatic event (NO FLUORIDE CONNECTION) and I have tried everything and will continue to stay diligent on my Keto diet, supplements etc. I started LDN - low dose naltrexone one week ago and see small improvements already. If you are based in the USA, you can order the medication on Ageless RX after completing an intake form and meeting with a provider virtually, there are other companies that are available also if your provider will not prescribe. I also started a Yoga video that I haven't touched in a year and although it is hard, it really helps! Please look up 12 Yoga Poses for Bone Health and Strength - Fishman Method for Osteoporosis by Kendra Fitzgerald on Youtube. The video is 20 minutes in length, and she is easy to follow, and I am less stiff after I am done. Also, try using an acupuncture mat as that distracts my pain. Lastly, I also started Beef Organ supplements a week ago to combat my fatigue, ferritin is generally very low in those with Fibromyalgia. I also see small improvement in my afternoon crashes. I hope this helps someone!

"I just need to feel better", I tried those supplements too but they wore off after awhile. Try the tDCS aka transcranial Deep Current Stimulation. I use The Brain Driver only b/c it's so easy to use. You now have to go to their website, it isn't on Amazon anymore. I think you're complaining about the chronic fatigue syndrome that goes along with this condition. That's caused from a mild metabolic acidosis secondary to the microspasms that are going on in your muscles. Your muscles are putting out a lot of lactic acid giving you metabolic acidosis, that's where the alkaline water will help. It will regulate your system. Best of luck and I have a feeling this year will be a better year for you. Remember we're all here on EC to help you.

I truly really appreciate your feedback and contributions on Earth Clinic! I just ordered the Brain Driver on their website and should be here in about a week. I do have a question for you about the EAT protocol, how long do you swab each nostril? I apologize if the information is posted and I overlooked. I try to do 60 seconds in each but I'm not sure if that is correct.

I forgot to ask you what side your pain is most prominent, for most people it's the left? You'll have to use the montage aka node placement for left sided pain but you can also do right side if you have pain on that side too.

Good, you're doing it right. I put the red node on the right side at the top of my head, midline and the black on my left side on my forehead, hope it works as good for you as it did for me. CBD lotion will help that frozen shoulder.

Agmatine Sulfate for Fibromyalgia/CFS

I stumbled on an article/video suggesting Agmatine Sulfate (powder) for Fibromyalgia (1-3 grams a day) and started a few days ago. From my understanding, it can take upwards of 4 weeks to really see a difference. It is too early for me to give feedback yet, but I put some powder in juice with creatine, a few drops of iodine, Moringa powder and potassium citrate and drink after breakfast. I also stumbled on another article recommending Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) so I am going to up my daily intake from 500 mg to 1000 mg. I started oil pulling with Coconut Oil 5 days ago so I've introduced a lot at once but honestly, as much as I would like to do one thing and test for several weeks, I just need to feel better. I have been taking Borax for 7 weeks and trying to follow a Keto diet. I've tried DE but flairs my eczema, so I stopped. Lastly, I ordered the Zinc liquid suggested on the Epipharyngeal Abrasive Therapy tab in Fibromyalgia and started that this morning. Earth Clinic is an amazing community, and I hope this helps someone else.

Dietary Changes

I was cured of Fibromyalgia by alternative MD. Liver function test showed phase 1 to be extremely functional and phase 2 to be almost completely dysfunctional. I was put on a diet replacement to heal liver function and the FM went away! All the chemicals released by phase 1 were not being carried out of my system by phase 2 so it got stored in interstitial sites between cells! Thus caused chronic nerve aggravation and pain. I used far infrared sauna to help eliminate the poisons in those miriad microscopic sties. It took a year to recover completelty. My liver function had been compromised from being under anesthesia for several hours of an operation.
