The video is 20 minutes in length, and she is easy to follow, and I am less stiff after I am done. Also, try using an acupuncture mat as that distracts my pain. Lastly, I also started Beef Organ supplements a week ago to combat my fatigue, ferritin is generally very low in those with Fibromyalgia. I also see small improvement in my afternoon crashes.
