Food Allergy Test

My doctor told me that dizziness may be caused by food allergies. Saw an allergist ran tests for both food and environmental allergies. I was allergic to wheat, corn, sugar few more things. I stopped eating foods I was allergic too. Also decided to stop drinking anything with caffeine. Increase my water intake and began eating more of simple keto like diet. I feel much better now
