I'm sorry to hear your not feeling well I'm am currently going threw similar things I am 61 and had lost 36 lbs and my bp med was 40mg Lucinopril and I also take a cholesterol med rosuvastatin of 20 mg I had symptoms of feeling a Hoover in my body every night for a year but episodes get worse some nights when I get up to pee during sleep I lay back down and feel like my body is still moving internally. I started gettIng dizzy allot and nausea im pre diabetic and my kidney test just dropped to 50 my health watch is waking me up and my pre op for my spine both nurses said my heart rate bounded down to 30 and 37 said see a cardiologist. Watch is saying 49 alert when I'm resting or asleep. Lowered dose of bp meds was only days ago but I have serious nausea. Bradycardia will checked on the 7th of august and my low bp inproves periodically during the day. It seems low bp and bradycardia go hand in hand with sleep apnea. But once off my bp meds I had high bp again with worse symptoms. I'll be having a heart monitor and sleep test soon . Have you ever tried Cheyenne pepper in your water for low heart rate? It's so scarey to have low hr with low blood pressure the feelings are horrible falling asleep is scarey too
