Your saliva contains the enzymes necessary to break down your own blood. If you get your own blood on any fabric, immediately put the fabric in your mouth and suck on it until the stain is completely gone. This will only work when the saliva and blood are from the same person. I am a seamstress and this trick is used in many professional shops when a pin prick gets blood on fabric. It works, but you must do it right away before the blood dries and sets!
