I started using Vitamin A also known as retinol on my skin it works great for acne rosacea as it reduces the redness. It didn't work for my hormonal acne, which I also get, but I enjoy not having the little red lumps.

Great post with lots of savvy. Have fought the demodex mites off and on for about 20 years. Most folks don't even know they have them.
They are not good, but the visible mites like Van has will put you in the nut house. I think everyone should experience them once in their life and I've had my tour.

The kind of Selsen blue recommended for rosacea is the original formula that contains selenium sulfide. It works really well!

Walmart carries a product cleansing mask with sulfur... Sulfur is antifungal is helpful with rosacea. Miconazole nitate cream (2 %) is also helpful and will remove the redness. The demodex mite is associated with rosacea. Rosacea for me becomes worse after a lot of rain.

Call Tractor Supply, or Southern States (farm supply vendors). Ask if they carry a product called: Nu-Stock. This tube of cream contains BOTH Sulphur & Pine Oil. Herbal Healer Academy also carries this product. It cleared up a horrible case of scabies I "picked up" while staying in a hotel in VA Beach for their Neptune Festival.

I've developed acne almost overnight about 15 years ago. Been searching for answers and treatments since. I know my issue is internal/gut as I can see flares after I eat certain foods. So I've seen some improvements with dietary changes, but even on an extreme elimination diet, some acne/rosacea remained. Just recently, about a month and half ago, I started to use a sulphur soap based on the recommendations and success stories here. Within two days, my skin was a lot calmer and breakouts were reduced 95%. I follow the face wash with an ozonated jojoba oil cream as frequent use of the soap has been drying. Currently I've reduced the use of the soap to once every other day and the skin has remained pretty clear. I'm planning to start a more targeted internal cleanse as well to get to the root cause of this.
