2 hours agoI Have Used The Following Remedy Effectively To Treat UTIs In Family And Friends
This is what I make :
- A 500 ml bottle of filtered water.
- Add a half teaspoon of sea salt
- Add 6 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract
- Add one and a half teaspoons of D Mannose powder
After adding all ingredients to the bottle, shake very well and drink.
I repeat this process 3 times per day until symptoms start to noticeably improve and then I reduce to two bottles per day and continue for two days after all symptoms are gone. My family and friends have reported this to be a very good alternative to the potent antibiotics they have used in the past. Symptoms generally start to reduce around 3.5 days.

2 hours agoThe EMF's from my laptop on my lap is a huge trigger for a herpes outbreak for me. The heat doesn't help either, but it's the EMF's that sets it off, deeply. I'd been too heads down on some work stuff to pay attention to my health for a while and neglected taking my normal supplements for quite a while. I gave myself some really deep and difficult outbreaks. As soon as I started taking my Black Seed Oil again (internally), almost immediate relief. I do 1-3 teaspoons a day depending. Spread out or all at once. Topically, Castor Oil helps along with the DMSO/Aloe with rose-scented lotion.

15 hours agoI have nasal polyps for more than 25 years. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work permanently.
3 operations.... only thing that works for me is prednisolone
Funny enough the doctors will not prescribe for me in the qty is use... 10-20 mg every other day, as they say it is a dangerous drug. I understand so I buy online... but... this constant reference to it being a dangerous drug keeps me alert on using it. Every 2-3 days my nose is blocked despite using the nose spray, tea tree oil, nasal rinsing with iodine or with saline...Chinese Traditional Medication, Ayurvedic, you name it, I tried it.
and then I saw an advertisement of an acupuncture clinic, I called and they confirmed they can treat me.
Tomorrow I go for the 7th session and I have not needed the prednisolone for the past 10 days
Only thing I do is use the cortinsone nasal spray in the evening..
Just wanted to report that this could just be it.... good luck with it..

15 hours agoI'm thinking they changed it or something. I looked it up on Amazon (not available in the US store) and on their website. On their website it LOOKS to be the same properties, but different mg.
The separation of Weight Formula and Probiotic Blend is gone, and now there is just the Weight Formula section. But, it's the same ingredients. IDK and then instead of 500mg it says 600mg.

15 hours agoThere is the fantasy that D3 is rat poison again. That is a myth perpetrated by people who have no understanding of science, chemistry or reality.
Yes the best form of vitamins is from foods and naturally acquired. But supplemental D3 has dozens of studies that prove it is not-first of all rat poison, and second, is vital in the health of individuals. It is an essential vitamin especially in northern climates during the winter months. Supplementation is vital.
Such things as Warfarin, is a prescription given by doctors for people with clotting issues, and that indeed is used in rodent control as well. Is it toxic to humans? In large doses sure. (Also do not trust the med establishment at all). You must remember that what is toxic to you may be nothing to me. I eat peanuts and love them. You may eat 1 and die. Does that mean they are toxic to humans? Many substances throughout the world are toxic to dogs but not humans. Calciferol and cholecalciferol or activated Vit d are different. Vit D is also toxic to dogs and cats, so does that mean its toxic to humans?
Don't just believe the first search on Google. Dig into NIH publications, Harvard or Berkley science papers to get large population studies and their results before making a blanket statement like d3 is poison!

15 hours agoIn June of 2023 my wife had a Vertigo attack and fell in the backyard while watering. She fractured her pelvis in two places and entered the hospital. A few days later she was tranferred to Yuma Medical hospital. She had extensive bruising on both legs and her groins. By extensive I mean complete black bruises covering her legs and groin areas. I had a bottle of Moringa oil and began applying it. Almost immediately we could see that it was helping. Since I did not live in Yuma I asked the nurses if they would apply it when I was not there. They had noted the effects already. the doctor in charge also was advised and she authorized using the oil. In a short time the bruising began to disappear. 17 hours agoI'm fairly lucky because, here in the Philippines, I can purchase and use medical grade eye drops that contain 10mg/2.5mg of boric acid and borax respectively per 10ml bottle.
As most of you are probably aware, both boric acid and borax are regarded as the ultimate anti-fungal and are very safe to use. Read about borax as an anti-fungal here and here.
And if you can purchase boric acid powder and borax you should be able to make your own anti-fungal eye drops. See below for the how-to details.
Ingredients
All you need to make this particular eyedrop mix is boric acid powder, borax (unscented 20 Mule Team Borax is fine), distilled water and a small empty or used plastic eyedropper that can hold 10 or 15 mls or more. You will also need a small digital weighing device.
How To Create You Own Eye Drops
Just follow these steps:
- This particular eye drop mix is based on the 10mg/2.5mg per 10ml boric acid/borax ratio.
- Add 100mls of distilled water into a glass or other receptacle.
- Measure and add 100mg of boric acid powder to the 100ml glass of water and stir well.
- Measure and add 25mgs of borax powder to the 100ml glass of water and stir well.
- Now add the liquid mix from the glass into the small plastic eyedropper bottle until it's full.
- Store any left-over eyedropper solution in a sealed container and store it in a cool, dry place.
I also like using this boric acid + borax eyedropper mix because it will kill any fungus and will also kill a wide range of bacteria in the eyes, sinuses and nasal pharynx, effectively and efficiently disinfecting these hard-to-reach regions. And, of course it's very cheap to make or buy.
