To be honest, I haven't tried adding an essential oil (EO) because I was trying to keep it as simple as possible to try and increase the number of people who would try it. If I were to try an EO, I would likely try a peppermint oil for the menthol content which should offer additional pain relief. Similarly for eucalyptus EO, for its potential pain relieving activity or possibly lavender EO for its potential relaxing effect. If it has a negative reaction with the lotion, not much lost at just 3 oz. per mix. So testing an EO in the mix seems worth a try, IMO.

Am going to make your lotion recipe.
Is it ok to add something like peppermint oil or something similar to your recipe and if so how many dips of essential oil to be added.
Thanks in advance

I am a smoker and 66 yrs, I'm just not a heavy smoker and since using the ointment, I often have a feeling I want another cigarette but the idea of the smoke just seems "too much", too soon and yucky. Probably due to the complete tissue and bone ointment, I don't know, but I DO know I "want" something and a cigarette is the first thing that comes to mind.
The thing is cigarettes are only 1mg of nicotine per and that seems like an awful lot of smoke for just 1mg of nicotine so...smoking just half at a time and not being a heavy smoker, it may simply not be enough.
Apparently, it works for all kinds of things, some of which are strength and motor function, nerve health, brain fog and other aging-related things so...I'll see if I suddenly feel 20 years younger or notice any other changes!! At any rate, I'm pretty sure I'm not getting enough - smoking just half of one at a time and not often enough to get a proper dose of the stuff. I don't FEEL particularly old but ya never know! Maybe I'm just not noticing!
You didn't answer my question but now see it may have seemed like some sort of criticism but it wasn't. I find that what one speaks of is usually relevant, even when one doesn't know why one speaks of it.

In my experience - contrary to what the docs say - you can heal some or all of your thyroid, if you have a little faith, and if you also keep working on it.

whosoever Bill is, I guess I can help. By "accident" I was learning about Iodine today. The best way to take it for me is to use Lugol's Iodine 5 %. I started with 4 drops a day because I followed the advice of Dr. Marc Sircus. This man wrote several books, is a doctor and keeps it simple for nonscientists. E-Book available on Amazon (I guess).
Friendly regards

Can you clarify the position as to who one should walk down the stairs?

Once the symptoms are gone, they're gone. Your body will store any excess nicotine for use when needed so, when you're exposed to a virus or something is "going around", you can do it again to replenish whatever is used to deal with whatever you've been exposed to.
Your body has an entire system geared toward JUST handling and distributing nicotine when needed. Just like iodine. Once your receptors are populated, they're populated until something comes along to call them out and activate them and you're probably getting enough nicotine from your food to replenish the stores but, if you're not - I.e. if you're avoiding the nicotine containing foods - as some "experts" might suggest - or you're exposed to something extra creepy - like another man-made bug or a vaccine - you can simply cut up another patch.
Same for children - to reduce the dosage, simply cut piece off a patch.
