Re: Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda, Vitamin C for Basal Cell Carcinoma

Elizabeth (DE) on 06/20/2025

Hello Patricia. I know this is an old post, but I am just now reading it. I hope it reaches you. Please tell me how you mixed these products and what type of Vitamin C crystals did you use. Any specific brand? I am so confused because there are so many. Thanks.

Re: What Remedies Can Help Hair Loss After Menopause?

Mama To Many (Tennessee) on 06/18/2025

Dear Jacqueline,

For many months I was using taking a daily infusion (strong tea) of red raspberry leaf and nettle. After a while I realized I had a lot of new hair growth. Nettle is known to help with hair growth. But the combo with red raspberry leaf may have been helpful. I am 58, post menopausal, and have lots less hair than I used to as well.

Re: Just Started the Candida Diet Protocol

Vera (Colorado) on 06/17/2025

If I were in your shoes, I would do fasting. You are doing a lot of good things, but given the chronic nature and long timeline, and the uncertainty of it all... you could hand control to the body -- it knows what's wrong and it can heal it.

Water only fasting can heal so much!

There is also dry fasting, but that is a lot harder. Good book is Oldest Cure in the World. Good luck!

Pearls is an old term (from the 1900's) used to describe a capsule filled with a oil as medicine to be taken by mouth.

Just Started the Candida Diet Protocol

San (illinois) on 06/16/2025

Just getting started on the candida diet protocol

I've been sick for over a decade, with many ups and downs, thinking I was getting better, only to fall ill again. This past February, I caught "the flu" with a horrible cough. In April, I got a rash on my lower left leg. I could see the hyphae pattern of the fungus. I was seeing a Homeopath who didn't really seem to want to hear that it was fungus and of course, he did nothing for me. I continued with the nasty coughing and then a rash broke out on my chest. It's now June, the rash is mostly better, but I'm still coughing --- and am having endless panic attacks. It's clear that I have systemic fungus.

I just started the candida protocol 5 days ago and have not found any relief - yet. I'm following the turpentine, borax, alkalizing protocol and the diet. I'm also doing colloidal silver inhalation treatments and on occasion, I spray hydrogen peroxide and inhale that. I'm taking most of the recommended supplements as I sift through all of the info. One thing I think the fungus has done is affected my eyes. It's very hard for me to read. There was an "injury" to my left eye 4 years ago and now my right eye is clouded with floaters. I'm scared, but determined.

I would appreciate any other suggestions to help my breathing and to regain my vision.

Thank you, San

The DMSO Store has low-odor pharmaceutical grade DMSO. I was using the regular on my husband for stroke recovery and he smelled bad (like oysters), but when we switched to low-odor, I can't smell it at all.

Re: Melatonin Lotion Vs Gel and How to Make Melatonin Gel

Art (California) on 06/16/2025

Hi Patricia,

The lotion is fine for your knees. I made the melatonin gel for more sensitive areas such as the face and the fact that melatonin and aloe vera gel are both very good for the skin as a protectant and enhancer.

A friend told me she used melatonin lotion successfully for hemorrhoids, but I suggested that she might consider melatonin gel for such a sensitive area because the lotion has a ton of other ingredients, that you may not want in such a sensitive area.

I make the gel more often now because it works similarly to the lotion, but I can also use it in more sensitive areas. The cost to make either one is also similar.

The effects for either form for osteoarthritis are also going to be similar. Are you finding it beneficial for the osteoarthritis in your knees?

I have another question for you, have you tried the borax remedy for arthritis? I ask because the people who have benefited from borax for arthritis, such as myself have found it very effective. I think because of their different methods of action, melatonin lotion or melatonin gel with borax may have synergy with each other for arthritis. Here is a link to Earth clinics page on borax which explains how it is used and is also EC's #1 remedy for arthritis :

https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/borax.html

Here is a link discussing melatonin for osteoarthritis :

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39228264/

Here is a relevant quote from the link :

' Recent evidence indicates that the damaged regions in osteoarthritis are accompanied by the accumulation of iron ions. Ferroptosis, as an iron-dependent form of cell death, holds significant implications in osteoarthritis. Melatonin, a natural product with strong scavenging abilities against reactive oxygen species and lipid peroxidation, plays a crucial role in the treatment of osteoarthritis. This study aims to demonstrate the existence of ferroptosis in osteoarthritis and explore the specific mechanism of melatonin in suppressing ferroptosis and alleviating osteoarthritis. Our findings reveal that melatonin reverses inflammation-induced oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation while promoting the expression of extracellular matrix components in chondrocytes, safeguarding the cells. Our research has revealed that NADPH oxidase 4 (NOX4) serves as a crucial molecule in the ferroptosis process of osteoarthritis. Specifically, NOX4 is located on mitochondria in chondrocytes, which can induce disorders in mitochondrial energy metabolism and dysfunction, thereby intensifying oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation. LC-MS analysis further uncovered that GRP78 is a downstream binding protein of NOX4. NOX4 induces ferroptosis by weakening GRP78's protective effect on GPX4 and reducing its expression. Melatonin can inhibit the upregulation of NOX4 on mitochondria and mitigate mitochondrial dysfunction, effectively suppressing ferroptosis and alleviating osteoarthritis. This suggests that melatonin therapy represents a promising new approach for the treatment of osteoarthritis. '

Re: Aortic Aneurysm - Question for Art

Art (California) on 06/16/2025

Hi Vaibhav, I am not a doctor so I can not tell you what to do for your aortic aneurysm. I reported Avery's significant results with him using the specific supplements that he described here : Https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/enlarged-aorta-aortic-aneurysm.html It would be a good idea, if you have high blood pressure, to get it into the normal range. If you smoke it would be very good to stop smoking as both smoking and high blood pressure are significant contributing factors to aortic aneurysm. Art
