My name is Schafer, and I have had Quadriceps and Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy for about 3 years now. Tendinopathy is basically an overuse condition of the tendon - like the one above my knee cap - that can have a lot of pain from any sort of increase of loading in that tendon. So like when I go to suddenly change directions in basketball or when I’m attempting squats, those tendons are loaded and can cause a great deal of pain.
I’m looking for any advice on some natural remedies that may help my tendons as it’s began to affect my day-to-day activities - not just while I’m lifting or playing basketball.
